We report the experimental method of angle-resolved in-plane light scattering for random surface parameter *** the measurement of the scattered intensity profile at a certain angle of incidence,the perpendicular component of wave vector remains constant,which is realized by controlling the movement of the detector along a specified circular arc *** use the central S-peak and the half-width of the diffused intensity profiles and their variations to obtain the roughness w,the lateral correlation lengthξand roughness exponent a of the rough surface *** measurement copes strictly with the theoretical analysis,and the inherent problem in previous in-plane light scattering experiment is overcome so that the changes of the perpendicular component of wave vector affect the half width a diffused intensity profile and the measurement accuracy.

The Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathway participates in many inflammation-linked diseases. However, the inflammatory response mediated by the Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathway in experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage has not been thoroughly investigated. Consequently, in this study, we examined the potential role of the Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathway in early brain injury in rat models of subarachnoid ***, possible neuroprotective mechanisms were also investigated. Experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage rat models were induced by injecting autologous blood into the prechiasmatic cistern. Experiment 1 was designed to examine expression of the Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathway in early brain injury induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage. In total, 42 adult rats were divided into sham(injection of equivalent volume of saline), 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 72-hour, and 1-week subarachnoid hemorrhage groups. Experiment 2 was designed to examine neuroprotective mechanisms of the Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathway in early brain injury induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage. Rats were treated with recombinant human Wnt1(rhwnt1), small interfering Wnt1(siwnt1) RNA, and monoclonal antibody of Frizzled1(anti-Frizzled1) at 48 hours after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Expression levels of Wnt1, Frizzled1, β-catenin, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ, CD36, and active nuclear factor-κB were examined by western blot assay and immunofluorescence staining. Microglia type conversion and inflammatory cytokine levels in brain tissue were examined by immunofluorescence staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Our results show that compared with the sham group, expression levels of Wnt1, Frizzled1, and β-catenin were low and reduced to a minimum at 48 hours, gradually returning to baseline at 1 week after subarachnoid hemorrhage. rhwnt1 treatment markedly increased Wnt1 expression and alleviated subarachnoid hemorrhage-induced early brain injury(within 72 hours), including cortical cell

随着科技的发展,无线技术已被应用到生产生活的每个角落。病床呼叫系统一般应用在医院病房、疗养院这些地方,是患者向医务人员发送呼叫信号的装置。设计了一种无线病床呼叫系统,用于提高医院的护理水平。该病床呼叫系统使用STC89C51为控制模块,使用nRF24L01为无线发送和接收模块,并配以相应的电源电路、LCD显示屏、按键电路和声光报警器。系统主要分为主机和从机两部分,从机收集病床信号发送给主机,主机接收后,蜂鸣器和发光二极管发出声光报警,提示医护人员有病人呼叫,然后医护人员按下响应键取消响应,实现了信号的远距离传输。

Influence of Transparent Anode on Luminescent Performance of Near-infrared Organic Light-emitting Diodes

The optical transmission（200--2000 nm）, sheet resistance and work functions of indium-tin oxide（ITO）（100 Ω/）, ITO（12 Ω/）, zinc-oxide（ZnO）, aluminum-doped ZnO（AZO） and polyaniline（PANI） films were investigated. Near-infrared organic light-emitting diodes（NIR-OLEDs） emitting around 1.54 μm based on Er（DBM）3Phen with ITO（100 Ω/）, ITO（12 Ω/） and PANI as anodes, respectively, were fabricated. The device structure was anode/4＂-tris（N-3-methylphenyl-N-phenyl-amino）-triphenylamine（m-MTDATA）/ N,N＇-di-l-naphthyl- N,N＇-diphenylbenzidine（NPB）/Er（DBM）3Phen/tris-（8-hydroxyquinoline） aluminum（Alq3）/A1. The results suggest that the performance of NIR-OLEDs with ITO（100 Ω/）, which has a lower Sn content, as anodes appear to be better than that of NIR-OLEDs with ITO（12 Ω/） and PANI as anodes, respectively. The high N1R transmittance of ITO（100 Ω/） is a major reason for the relatively high NIR EL efficiency. The more balanced holes and electrons in the device based on ITO（100 Ω/） are another reasons.

An algebraic Harniltonian for the two coupled nonlinear vibrations of highly excited nonrigid molecule HCP was presented. The Hamiltonian reduces to the conventional one in a limit which was expressed in terms of harmonic oscillator operators. It showed that the algebraic model can better reproduce the data than the conventional model by fitting the observed data of HCP.

A novel solvothermal synthesis method for the direct growth of B-form crystals of copper phthalocyanine（CuPc） is presented in this article. With quinoline as solvent, crystals were grown after cooling the reaction mixture of 1,3-diiminoisoindoline and copper oxide, heated for 9 h at 270 ℃, to room temperature in an autoclave. These high quality crystals were suitable for characterization measurements. The single-crystal diffraction data show a monoclinic system unit cell： a=1.4668（3） nm, b=0.48109（10） nm, c=1.9515（7） nm, a=90°, B=121.04（2）°, r=90°, where the corresponding cell volume is 1.17991 nm^3. Needle-like single crystals of CuPc up to 10.5 mm in length were obtained. The influences of different temperatures, reaction time and solvent volume on the crystal yields were also discussed. Optimum reaction conditions were 10 mL of quinoline, at 270 ℃ for 8 h.

Cermets are widely applied as attenuating materials due to high electromagnetic loss and better mechanical properties. In this paper, multiphase cermets composed of iron, iron oxide and alumina were successfully prepared by a two-step in situ synthesis process,which includes pressureless sintering and a selective reduction in hydrogen atmosphere. The phase composition and microstructure of cermets were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. It is shown that nanosized cuboid Fe particles and octahedral FeOparticles are distributed in alumina matrix. The permittivity and permeability of composites were tested with radio frequency impedance analyzer(0.01–1.00 GHz). The results show that permittivity presents obvious frequency dispersion. Furthermore,dielectric constants of multiphase cermets get enlarged due to the enhancement of interfacial polarization. On the other hand, there is a magnetic loss peak in permeability spectra,which indicates typical relaxation behavior. It is possible to achieve better electromagnetic attenuation property by adjusting process parameters.

A metal-flee purple H2Pc single crystal was synthesized by a facile solvothermal method, and its solubility and near-infrared （NIR） optical properties were also investigated due to its potential applications as a light-emitting layer for OLEDs. The H2Pc single crystal is insoluble in 1-chlorine naphthalene and other organic solvents. It gives a wide absorption in the range from 620 nm to 679 nm and a wide emission in near 922 nm. As an active light-emitting layer, H2Pc was employed to fabricate electroluminescent （EL） devices with a structure of ITO/NPB （30 nm）/Alq3：H2Pc （30 nm）/BCP （20 nm）/ Alq3 （20 nm）/Al. The emission center is at 936 nm when the H2Pc doping concentration is 20 wt%. The doping concentration strongly governs the emission intensity. When doping concentration decreases from 10 wt% to 1 wt%, the emission intensity remarkably fades, and simultaneously the emission center undergoes a blue shift.

With a microscopic imaging system composed of microscopic objective,lens and CCD,we observe the complicated structures in the speckle fields on the surface of a rough *** is found that such structures contain ridge stripes,large platform-like grains,and shivy grains,exhibiting multiple scales in size and multiple *** shows these structures are formed by different parts of the rough *** experimental curve of the autocorrelation function of the speckle intensity includes the three parts of the central peak,the transition part and the long tail *** the sum of self-affine fractal models with different scales and fractalities,we propose theoretically a triple-scale autocorrelation function to describe the speckle *** of this autocorrelation function to the experimental curve gives the values of such parameters as average speckle sizes and fractalities in different scales of the speckle structures.

The SOCS1/JAK2/STAT3 axis is strongly associated with tumor growth and progression,and participates in cytokine secretion in many ***,the effects of the SOCS1/JAK2/STAT3 axis in experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage remain to be studied.A subarachnoid hemorrhage model was established in rats by infusing autologous blood into the optic chiasm *** rats were first treated with JAK2/STAT3 small interfering RNA(Si-JAK2/Si-STAT3)or overexpression plasmids of JAK2/*** the brains of subarachnoid hemorrhage model rats,the expression levels of both JAK2 and STAT3 were upregulated and the expression of SOCS1 was downregulated,reaching a peak at 48 hours after ***,the interactions between JAK2 and SOCS1 were *** contrast,the interactions between JAK2 and STAT3 were markedly ***-JAK2 and Si-STAT3 treatment alleviated cortical neuronal cell apoptosis and necrosis,destruction of the blood-brain barrier,brain edema,and cognitive functional impairment after subarachnoid *** was accompanied by decreased phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 protein,decreased total levels of JAK2 and STAT3 protein,and increased SOCS1 protein ***,overexpression of JAK2 and STAT3 exerted opposite effects,aggravating subarachnoid hemorrhage-induced early brain ***-JAK2 and Si-STAT3 inhibited M1-type microglial conversion and the release of pro-inflammatory factors(inducible nitric oxide synthase,interleukin-1β,and tumor necrosis factor-α)and increased the release of anti-inflammatory factors(arginase-1,interleukin-10,and interleukin-4).Furthermore,primary neurons stimulated with oxyhemoglobin were used to simulate subarachnoid hemorrhage in vitro,and the JAK2 inhibitor AG490 was used as an *** in vitro results also suggested that neuronal protection is mediated by the inhibition of JAK2 and STAT3 ***,our findings indicate that the SOCS1/JAK2/STAT3 axis contributes to early brain injury after
