Comparative Chemical Research in Essential Oils from Six Apiaceae Species Growing in the Northern Region of Vietnam

Our study aimed to compare the essential oil(EO)concentration and composition of several Apiaceae species growing in the Northern region of *** yields of EOs from materials ranged from 0.03%(root EO of Angelica acutiloba and aerial parts EO of Heracleum bivittatum)-0.27%(leaf EO of Xyloselinum vietnamense).Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)allowed the identiﬁcation of 74 components in the EOs of six Apiaceae species,making up 94.4%–100.0%of the *** EO from Angelica acutiloba,(Z)-ligustilide accounted for an extremely large proportion(94.9%).EO of Angelica pubescens was dominated by six character-istic components includingα-pinene(21.5%),β-phellandrene(18.1%),p-cymene(12.2%),3-methylnonane(8.7%),o-cymene(8.1%),and D-sylvestrene(6.2%).the EO from Cryptotaenia japonica was characterized by high amounts ofα-selinene(48.7%),β-selinene(23.7%),and trans-β-farnesene(5.4%).the EOs from leaves and stems of Xyloselinum vietnamense were characterized by high concentrations of sabinene(69.8%and 33.8%),4-terpineol(8.7%and 7.4%)andβ-pinene(4.0%and 6.5%)while EOs from aerial parts and root of Xylo-selinum leonidii comprise four characteristic monoterpenes includingα-pinene(28.2%and 52.8%),β-pinene(7.9%and 10.3%),β-phellandrene(7.6%and 15.3%),and sabinene(3.0%and 4.1%).Additionally,cryptone is also one of the major components in the EO of Xyloselinum leonidii(13.2%in the aerial parts oil and 2.8%in the root oil).in the EOs isolated from the aerial parts and root of Heracleum bivittatum,α-pinene(22.5%and 70.2%)andβ-pinene(43.2%and 20.0%)were the predominant *** appeared in the EO from aerial parts of Heracleum bivittatum with a relatively high concentration(13.5%)while bornyl acetate(5.1%)was also one of the main components in the EO from its aerial parts but was not detected in other Apiaceae species in the present *** databases help identify and control the quality of plant material studied from the family Apiaceae growing in Vietnam.

Agrobacterium-Mediated transformation of Cry8db Gene in Vietnam Sweet Potato Cultivar

Sweet potato [ipomoea batatas （L.） Lam.] is an important food crop in the world as well as in Vietnam. it.is well known as a recalcitrant crop for gene transformation and tissue culture because of its genotype dependent.in vitro responses. in present study, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of cry8Db from Bacillus thuringiensis into KB 1 sweet potato variety has been studied. the C58cv strain carrying a pBl 121 backbone which cont.ined cry8Db delta-endotoxin gene regulated under 35 S CaMV prom oter, and the selection marker gene, neomycin phosphotransferase （npt11） gene, was subjected for plant transformation. Callus induced from shoot tips and leaf explants were inoculated and cocultured with A. tumefaciens. the selection occurred during callus producing and plant regenerating steps. A total of 201 transgenic putative plant lines were produced, and 21 transgenic lines were positively confirmed by PCR and finalized by Southern blot. Four putative transgenic lines confirming a single copy of the crySEib gene were transferred into soil pots in greenhouse. Biological activity evaluation for the insecticidal capacity of these transgenic lines under controlled conditions showed that the level of infestation by sweet potato weevils （Cylasformicarius） in untransformed plants was higher than that of transgenic lines.

Up-conversion photoluminescence(UCPL)refers to the elementary process where low-energy photons are converted into high-energy ones via consecutive interactions inside a *** additional energy is provided by intermnal thermal energy in the form of lt.ice vibrations(phonons),the process is called phonon-assisted ***,we report the exceptionally large phonon-assisted energy gain of up to^8kgt(kg is Boltzmann constant,t.is temperature)on all-inorganic lead halide perovskite semiconductor colloidal nanocrystals that goes beyond the maximum capabilty of only harvesting optical phonon *** systematic optical study in combination with a statistical probability model,we explained the nont.ivial phonon-assisted UCPL process in perovskites nanocrystals,where in addition to the strong electron-phonon(light-matter)coupling,other nonlinear processes such as phonon-phonon(matter-matter)interaction also effectively boost the up-conversion efficiency.

Layered van der Waals(vdW)materials,consisting of atomically t.in layers,are of paramount.importance in physics,chemistry,and materials science owing to their unique properties and various promising ***,their fast and large‐scale growth via a general approach is still a big challenge,severely limiting their practical ***,we report a universal method for rapid(~60 min)and large‐scale(gram scale)growth of phase‐pure,high‐crystalline layered vdW materials from their elementary powders via microwave plasma heating in sealed *** method can be used for growth of 30 compounds with different components(binary,ternary,and quaternary)and *** ferroelect.ic and transport properties of mechanically exfoliated flakes validate the high crystal quality of the grown *** study provides a general strategy for the fast and large‐scale growth of layered vdW materials with appealing physiochemical properties,which could be used for various promising applications.

目的探究温阳健脾方+恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月杭州杭钢医院148例乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者,按治疗方法分组,对照组(74例)接受恩替卡韦治疗,研究组(74例)在此基础上加用温阳健脾方治疗。比较2组疗效、肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒、肝纤维化指标、炎性因子、肠黏膜屏障功能相关指标及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率96%,比对照组的85%高(χ^(2)=5.049,Pt=9.055、5.494、6.107、27.095,Pt=8.481、15.813、22.770、7.865,Pt=8.152、5.712、10.729,Pt=10.979、7.886、6.000,P0.05)。结论温阳健脾方联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期疗效确切,可降低患者炎性因子水平,修复肠黏膜屏障,抑制病毒复制,且联合用药不会增加不良反应,用药安全。

目的探讨神经调节蛋白4(NRG4)对神经胶质瘤细胞的增殖、迁移以及侵袭作用的影响及机制。方法采用逆转录-定量聚合酶链反应(Rt-qPCR)法检测神经胶质瘤患者(研究组)、对照组(同期健康志愿者)血清以及星形胶质细胞ha、神经胶质瘤细胞系U251、SHG44、LN229及t98G中NRG4和人表皮生长因子受体4(ErbB4)mRNA表达水平;将U251细胞分为Control组(空白对照)、NC组(转染不带RNA的质粒)、si-NRG4组(转染si-NRG4)和si-NRG4+ErbB4组[转染si-NRG4和ErbB4过表达质粒(pcDNA-ErbB4)]4组,通过细胞计数试剂盒-8(CCK-8)检测细胞增殖情况,划痕愈合实验和transwell实验分析U251细胞的迁移与侵袭能力变化,免疫印迹(Western blot)检测Pi3K/AKt通路中关键蛋白磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(Pi3K)中p110α、p110β亚型、磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(pAKt)中ser473和thr308 a以及蛋白激酶(AKt)表达水平。结果研究组血清中NRG4和ErbB4 mRNA表达量明显高于对照组(Pi-NRG4组中NRG4基因表达下调,不仅抑制U251细胞的增殖、迁移与侵袭,还降低了Pi3 K-p110α,pAKt-ser473 and pAKt-thr308蛋白表达(Pi3K/AKt通路的激活,抑制U251细胞的增殖和迁移,促进U251细胞凋亡,因此NRG4有可能成为治疗胶质瘤的潜在靶点。

Features of soil redist.ibution and major element migration in a karst hillslope of Southwest China

in t.is study, we investigated the spatial characteristics of the rate of soil dist.ibution and the mechanism of major element migration in a typical karst hillslope in Guangxi Province, Southwestern China. Soil redist.ibution was examined using (137~)Cs technique under different hillslope components. With the combination of geochemical methods, the migration characteristics of major elements in soils of three hillslope components in both the horizontal and vertical directions were determined. t.irty-seven soil samples were collected and analyzed for 137 Cs and the major elements were determined. By using the profile dist.ibution model the mean soil redist.ibution rates were found to be-17.01, 0.40 and-23.30t ha-1 yr-1 in the summit(BYSD), shoulder(BYSY) and toeslope(BYSJ) components of the studied hillslope, respectively. in comparison to BYSD, the sesquioxides of Fe_2O_3 and tiO_2 tend to be enriched, whereas the alkalis(CaO, MgO, Na_2O and K_2O) tend to be depleted, both in the shoulder and toeslope components. Due to human and animal activities, the contents of CaO, MgO, K_2O and Na_2O have somewhat.increased wit.in the topsoil. the results indicated that (137~)Cs activities are significantly correlated with clay particles and organic matter, and are affected by the pedogenic process and vegatation. Overall, it maybe necessary to use techniques such as (137~)Cs to investigate soil erosion with the combination of geochemical methods.
