Uncontrolled fibrosis of skin and internal organs is the main characteristic of scleroderma, and collagen is a major extracellular matrix protein that deposits in the fibrotic organs. As the chaperone of collagen, heat shock protein 47 （HSP47） is closely related with the development of fbrosis. To explore the potential func- tion of HSP47 in the pathogenesis of scleroderma, the clinical, in vivo and in vitro studies were performed. In clinical, the increased mRNA level of HSP47 was observed in the skin fibroblasts and PBMC from scle- roderma patients, and the enhanced protein level of HSP47 was also detected in the skin biopsy and plasma of the above patients. Unexpectedly, the enhanced levels of HSP47 were positively correlated with the presence of anti-centromere antibody in scleroderma patients. Moreover, a high expression of HSP47 was found in the skin lesion of BLM-induced scleroderma mouse model. Further in vitro studies demonstrated that HSP47 knockdown could block the intracellular and extracellular collagen over-productions induced by exogenous TGF-13. Therefore, the results in this study provide direct evidence that HSP47 is involved in the pathogenesis of scleroderma. The high expression of HSP47 can be detected in the circulatory system of scleroderma patients, indicating that HSP47 maybecome a pathological marker to assess the progres- sion of scleroderma, and also explain the systemic fibrosis of scleroderma. Meanwhile, collagen over-ex- pression is blocked by HSP47 knockdown, suggesting the possibility that HSP47 can be a potential therapeutic target for scleroderma.

Two-dimensional(2D) layered materials have received significant attention owing to their unique crystal structures as well as outstanding optical and electric properties in photoelectric detection. However,most 2D materials are very sensitive to the environment. Adsorbates and traps introduced during the preparation process have a negative effect on the performance of devices based on these materials. Here,we focus on a molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) phototransistor gated by ferroelectrics, and insert a hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) layer between MoS2and the ferroelectric film to improve the interface. To clarify the role of h-BN in this device, two parallel devices are prepared on the same MoS2flake. One device is covered with h-BN, while the other is in direct contact with the ferroelectric film. The electronic and optoelectronic properties of these two devices are then measured and compared. Experimental results reveal that, compared to device without h-BN, the MoS2phototransistor with h-BN exhibits higher carrier mobility(average value: 85 cm~2·V-1·s-1and highest value: 185 cm~2·V-1·s-1), larger responsivity(85 A·W-1), and larger detectivity(1.76×1013Jones). Thus, this strategy is significant for the interface engineering and performance improvement of devices based on 2D materials.

In this study, a novel layer-by-layer polyaniline/graphene （PANi/Gr） structure for electrochemical detec- tion of atrazine was developed. Gr film was synthesized by thermal chemical vapor deposition （CVD） method and transferred onto the PANi-predeposited microelectrode. The properties of PANi/Gr film were thoroughly investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Raman techniques. The most attractive feature of this system is a suitable microenvironment, which could provide an amplifi- cation of the conductive signal, thus may contribute to enhancing electron transfer and subsequently improve the sensitivity in electrochemical measurements. With low detection limit （- 43 × 10 -12 g/L）, ac-ceptable stability and good reproducibility, the proposed electrochemical immunosensor could be advantageously extended for multiplexed detection of other agents of environmental pollution.

传热方程是一类常见的基本数学物理方程,热导率是土体重要的热物理参数。从基本传热方程出发,详细地推导了利用傅立叶级数求解一维传热方程的方法,以地面温度随时间变化的波动方程得到地下不同深度处土体温度分布的解析解。在此基础上,讨论了利用热导率进行土体含水率测量的基本原理,详细地推导了根据地下不同深度的温度计算土体热扩散系数的振幅法、相位法及其应用,介绍了利用传热方程进行数值模拟的计算原理。最后结合实例介绍了该方法的应用效果。

Electroacupuncture pretreatment exhibits antidepressive effects by regulating hippocampal proteomics in rats with chronic restraint stress

The clinical effect of electroacupuncture on depression is widely recognized. However, the signal transduction pathways and target proteins involved remain unclear. In the present study, rat models of chronic restraint stress were used to explore the mechanism by which electroacupuncture alleviates depression. Rats were randomly divided into control, model, and electroacupuncture groups. Chronic restraint stress was induced in the model and electroacupuncture groups by restraining rats for 28 days. In the electroacupuncture group, electroacupuncture pretreatment at Baihui（GV20） and Yintang（GV29） acupoints was performed daily（1 m A, 2 Hz, discontinuous wave, 20 minutes） prior to restraint for 28 days. Open field tests and body weight measurements were carried out to evaluate the depressive symptoms at specific time points. On day 28, the crossing number, rearing number, and body weights of the model group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Behavior test results indicated that rat models of depressive-like symptoms were successfully established by chronic restraint stress combined with solitary raising. On day 28, an isobaric tag for a relative and absolute quantitation-based quantitative proteomic approach was performed to identify differentially expressed proteins in hippocampal samples obtained from the model and electroacupuncture groups. The potential function of these differential proteins was predicted through the use of the Cluster of Orthologous Groups of proteins（COG） database. Twenty-seven differential proteins（uncharacteristic proteins expected） were selected from the model and electroacupuncture groups. In addition to unknown protein functions, COG are mainly concentrated in general prediction function, mechanism of signal transduction, amino acid transport and metabolism groups. Ileus from an impacted gallstone in the duodenum or any other part of intestine is a rare complication of cholelithiasis. When a gallstone impacted in the distal stomach or in the duodenum, it is called Bouveret＇s syndrome, a rare form of gallstone ileus. Small bowel ileus caused by gallstone has become more and more common recently due to popular usage of computed tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. In the past, imaging diagnosis relied primarily on conventional radiography and contrast-enhanced fluoroscopy. CT has subsequently been shown to be quite useful for this diagnosis. Recently, MR cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） has emerged as a valuable noninvasive technique for evaluation of biliary disease. Here we described the CT, MRCP and gastroenterography findings in two patients with unusual form of gallstone ileus （GI）, one is Bouveret＇s syndrome and the other is negative gallstone-induced ileus. Few reports about GI with angiografin and MRCP findings of Bouveret＇s syndrome has been published.

Background Severe cases of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)among pediatric patients are more common in children less than 1 year of *** aim is to address the underlying role of immunity and inflammation conditions among different age groups of pediatric *** We recruited pediatric patients confirmed of moderate COVID-19 symptoms,admitted to Wuhan Children's Hospital from January 28th to April 1st in *** were divided into four age groups(≤1,1–6,7–10,and 11–15 years).Demographic information,clinical characteristics,laboratory results of lymphocyte subsets test,immune and inflammation related markers were all *** Analysis included 217/241(90.0%)of patients with moderate clinical stage *** recovery time of children more than 6 years old was significantly shorter than of children younger than 6 years(P=0.001).Reduced neutrophils and increased lymphocytes were significantly most observed among patients under 1 year old(Ptumor necrosis factor γ (P=0.007),interleukin(IL)-10(P=0.011),IL-6(P=0.008),lactate dehydrogenase(P<0.001),and procalcitonin(P=0.007).Conclusion The higher rate of severe cases and long course of COVID-19 among children under 1 year old may be due to the lower production of antibodies and serum complements of in this age group.
