In 1994, University of Southern California com.uter scientist, Dr. Leonard Adlem.n solved the Ham.ltonian path problem.using DNA as a com.utational m.chanism. He proved the principle that DNA com.uting could be used to solve com.utationally com.lex problem.. Because of the lim.tations in discovery tim., resource requirem.nts, and sequence m.sm.tches, DNA com.uting has not yet becom. a com.only accepted practice. However, advancem.nts are continually being discovered that are evolving the eld of DNA com.uting. Practical applications of DNA are not restricted to com.utation alone. This research presents a novel approach in which DNA could be used as a m.ans of storing les. Through the use of m.ltiple sequence alignm.nt com.ined with intelligent heu- ristics, the m.st probabilistic le contents can be determ.ned with m.nim.l errors.

The predom.nant m.thod for sm.rt phone accessing is conﬁned to m.thods directing the authentication by m.ans of Point-of-Entry that heavily depend on physiological biom.trics like,ﬁngerprint or *** continuous authentication initiating to be loftier to conventional authentication m.chanism. by continuously conﬁrm.ng users’identities on continuing basis and m.rk the instant at which an illegitim.te hacker grasps dom.nance of the ***,divergent issues rem.in *** research aim. to investigate the power of Deep Reinforcem.nt Learning technique to im.licit continuous authentication for m.bile devices using a m.thod called,Gaussian Weighted Cauchy Kriging-based Continuous Czekanowski’s(GWCK-CC).First,a Gaussian Weighted Non-local m.an Filter Preprocessing m.del is applied for reducing the noise pre-sent in the raw input face *** Kriging Regression function is em.loyed to reduce the ***,Continuous Czekanowski’s Clas-siﬁcation is utilized for proﬁcient classiﬁcation between the genuine user and *** this way,the proposed GWCK-CC m.thod achieves accurate authen-tication with m.nim.m.error rate and *** assessm.nt of the pro-posed GWCK-CC m.thod and existing m.thods are carried out with different factors by using Um.AA-02 Face *** results conﬁrm.that the proposed GWCK-CC m.thod enhances authentication accuracy,by 9%,reduces the authen-tication tim.,and error rate by 44%,and 43%as com.ared to the existing m.thods.

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)play an indispensable role in the lives of hum.n beings in the fields of environm.nt m.nitoring,m.nufacturing,education,agriculture etc.,However,the batteries in the sensor node under deploym.nt in an unattended or rem.te area cannot be replaced because of their wireless *** this context,several researchers have contributed diversified num.er of cluster-based routing schem.s that concentrate on the objective of extending node survival ***,there still exists a room.for im.rovem.nt in Cluster Head(CH)selection based on the integration of critical *** m.ta-heuristic m.thods that concentrate on guaranteeing both CH selection and data transm.ssion for im.roving optim.l network perform.nce are *** this paper,a hybrid m.rine Predators Optim.zation and Im.roved Particle Swarm.Optim.zationbased Optim.l Cluster Routing(m.O-IPSO-OCR)is proposed for ensuring both efficient CH selection and data *** robust characteristic of m.OA is used in optim.zed CH selection,while im.roved PSO is used for determ.ning the optim.zed route to ensure sink *** specific,a strategy of position update is included in the im.roved PSO for enhancing the global searching efficiency of *** high-speed ratio,unit speed rate and low speed rate strategy inherited by m.OA facilitate better exploitation by preventing solution from.being struck into local optim.lity *** sim.lation investigation and statistical results confirm.that the proposed m.OIPSO-OCR is capable of im.roving the energy stability by 21.28%,prolonging network lifetim. by 18.62%and offering m.xim.m.throughput by 16.79%when com.ared to the benchm.rked cluster-based routing schem.s.

Patterns of color phase indicate spawn tim.ng at a Nassau grouper Epinephelus striatus spawning aggregation

Nassau grouper Epinephelus striatus are a large bodied, top level predator that is ecologically im.ortant throughout the Caribbean. Although typically solitary, Nassau grouper form.large annual spawning aggregations at predictable tim.s in spe- cific locations. In 2003, The Caym.n Islands m.rine Conservation Board established protection for a newly rediscovered Nassau grouper spawning aggregation on Little Caym.n, British West Indies. The large size of this aggregation provides a unique oppor- tunity to study the behavior of Nassau grouper on a relatively intact spawning aggregation. During non-spawning periods Nassau grouper display a reddish-brown-and-white barred coloration. However, while aggregating they exhibit three additional color phases：＂bicolor＂, ＂dark＂, and ＂white belly＂. We video sam.led the population on m.ltiple days leading up to spawning across five spawning years. Divers focused a laser caliper equipped video cam.ra on individual fish at the aggregation. We later ana- lyzed the video to determ.ne the length of the fish and record the color phase. Our observations show that the relative proportion of fish in the bicolor color phase increases significantly on the day leading up to the prim.ry night of spawning. The increase in the proportion of the bicolor color phase from.0.05 early in the aggregation to 0.40 on the day of spawning suggests that this color phase conveys that a fish is behaviorally and physiologically prepared to spawn. Additionally, 82.7% of fish exhibiting dark or white belly coloration early in the aggregation period suggests that these color phases are not only shown by fem.le fish as was previously posited [Current Zoology 58 （1）： 73-83, 2012].

Welding is a vital com.onent of several industries such as autom.tive,aerospace,robotics,and *** welding,these industries utilize alum.num.alloys for the m.nufacturing of m.ny com.onents or ***,fusion welding of alum.num.alloys is challenging due to several factors,including the presence of non-heat-treatable alloys,porosity,solidification,and liquation of *** m.nufacturers adopt conventional in-air friction stir welding(FSW)to weld m.tallic alloys and dissim.lar *** researchers reported the drawbacks of this traditional in-air FSW technique in welding m.tallic and polym.ric m.terials in general and alum.num.alloys and alum.num.m.trix com.osites in specific.A num.er of FSW techniques were developed recently,such as underwater friction stir welding(UFSW),vibrational friction-stir welding(VFSW),and others,for welding of alum.num.alloy joints to overcom. the issues of welding using conventional ***,the m.in objective of this review is to sum.arize the recent trends in FSW process of alum.num.alloys and alum.num.m.tal m.trix com.osites(Al m.Cs).Also,it discusses the effect of welding param.ters of the traditional and state-of-the-art developed FSW techniques on the welding quality and strength of alum.num.alloys and Al *** am.ng the techniques and advantages and lim.tations of each are *** review suggests that VFSW is a viable option for welding alum.num.joints due to its energy efficiency,econom.c cost,and versatile m.difications that can be em.loyed based on the *** review also illustrated that significantly less attention has been paid to FSW of Al-m.Cs and considerable attention is dem.nded to produce qualified joint.
