We discuss recent progress in extra.ting the excited meson spectrum a.d ra.ia.ive tra.sition form fa.tors from la.tice *** mention results in the cha.monium sector,including the first la.tice QCD ca.cula.ion of ra.ia.ive tra.sition ra.es involving excited cha.monium sta.es,highlighting results for high spin a.d exotic *** present recent results on a.highly excited isovector meson spectrum from dyna.ica. a.isotropic *** ca.efully constructed opera.ors we show how the continuum spin of extra.ted sta.es ca. be relia.ly identified a.d confidently extra.t excited sta.es,sta.es with exotic qua.tum numbers a.d sta.es of high *** spectrum includes the first spin-four sta.e extra.ted from la.tice *** conclude with some comments on future prospects.

The incidence of pedia.ric infla.ma.ory bowel disea.e is increa.ing; therefore, it is importa.t for the clinicia. to be a.a.e of the presenta.ion of this disea.e in the pedia.ric popula.ion. La.ora.ory tests, ra.iology studies, a.d endoscopic procedures a.e helpful in dia.nosing infla.ma.ory bowel disea.e a.d differentia.ing between Crohn＇s disea.e a.d ulcera.ive colitis. Once dia.nosed, the goa. of medica. ma.a.ement is to induce remission of disea.e while minimizing the side effects of the medica.ion. Specific a.tention needs to be pa.d to a.hieving norma. growth in this susceptible popula.ion. Surgica. ma.a.ement is usua.ly indica.ed for fa.lure of medica. ma.a.ement, complica.ion, or ma.igna.cy. a.gorithms for dia.nostic eva.ua.ion a.d trea.ment of pedia.ric infla.ma.ory bowel disea.e a.e presented. a. experimenta. investiga.ion wa. conducted on subcooled nuclea.e boiling on ultra.sma.l wires ha.ing dia.eters of 25―100 μm. High-speed photogra.hy a.d la.er PIV (Pa.ticle Ima.e Velocimetry) technology were used to visua.ly observe the bubble dyna.ics. For highly subcooled boiling a. modera.e hea. fluxes, the bubbles genera.ly rema.ned a.ta.hed to the micro hea.ing wires a.d bubble-top jet flows were clea.ly observed. Sma.ler bubbles usua.ly ha. stronger bubble-top jet flows, while la.ger bubbles seemed to produce multi-jet flows. The structures of the bubble-top jet flows, a. well a. multi-jet flows, were proposed from the experimenta. observa.ion. a.model wa. developed to describe jet flow phenomena.from bubbles on micro wires. Numerica. simula.ions for bubbles ha.ing dia.eter of 0.03 a.d 0.06 mm showed tha. both the bubble-top a.d multi-jet flows were induced by a.strong Ma.a.goni effect due to high tempera.ure gra.ients nea. the wire. The predicted velocity ma.nitudes a.d flow structures a.reed very well with experimenta. mea.urements. The bubble size rela.ive to the wire is a. importa.t fa.tor a.fecting the jet flow structure. For a.0.03 mm bubble on a.0.1 mm wire, only a.bubble-top jet flow forms, while a.complex multi-jet flow pa.tern forms a.ound the bubble with a.wea. bubble-top jet a.d two side jet flows for a.0.06 mm bubble.
