为提高养殖水产品中抗生素的检测效率，本研究以新型石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料为吸附剂，采用QuEChERS前处理，联合UPLC-MS/MS技术实现了不同养殖水产品中28种抗生素残留的同时检测。通过加标回收率研究了不同提取溶剂、不同种类吸附剂及添加量对养殖水产品中抗生素检测效率的影响，并确定了最佳的QuEChERS操作参数。然后，根据食品法典指南(CAC/GL-71)进行方法学验证，性能指标包括线性、检测限、定量限、基质效应、回收率、日内精密度和日间精密度等。结果显示，当以乙腈∶甲醇(75∶25，体积比)为提取剂，吸附剂的添加量为10 mg时，石墨烯/碳纳米管复合纳米材料的吸附效果最佳。此时，所建立技术方法的线性良好(R2>0.99)，检出限为0.06～1.42μg/kg，定量限为0.20～4.72μg/kg，多数抗生素[磺胺二甲异恶唑(SIA)、磺胺喹恶啉(SQX)、丹诺沙星(DAN)、洛美沙星(LOM)除外]基质效应较低(<10%)。在5～100μg/kg的添加水平下，平均回收率为80.1%～100.4%。日内精密度<10.3%，日间精密度<13.4%。将该方法应用于草鱼、大口黑鲈、凡纳滨对虾、中华绒螯蟹和厚壳贻贝中28种抗生素的检测，结果显示所建立的方法重复性好，灵敏度高，适用于常规检测。研究表明，石墨烯/碳纳米管复合纳米材料可以较好地吸附养殖水产样品中的共提取杂质，提高养殖鱼肉中抗生素的检测效率，在水产品质量安全控制方面具有较好的应用前景。

CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 have recently been identified as a cause of oculopharyngeal myopathy with ***,since only three patients from a single family were reported,it remains unknown whether their clinicopathological features are typical for CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/***,using repeat-primed-polymerase chain reaction and long-read sequencing,we identify 12 individuals from 3 unrelated families with CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1,typically presenting with oculopharyngodistal *** CGG repeat expansions range from 161 to 669 repeat *** of the patients present with ptosis,restricted eye movements,dysphagia,dysarthria,and diffuse limb muscle *** one patient shows T2-weighted hyperintensity in the cerebellar white matter surrounding the deep cerebellar nuclei on brain magnetic resonance *** biopsies from three patients show a myopathic pattern and rimmed *** of muscle biopsies suggest that CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 may deleteriously affect aggrephagic capacity,suggesting that RNA toxicity and mitochondrial dysfunction may contribute to *** study thus expands the phenotypic spectrum for the CGG repeat expansion of LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 and indicates that this genetic variant typically manifests as oculopharyngodistal myopathy with chronic myopathic changes with rimmed vacuoles and filamentous intranuclear inclusions in muscle fibers.

牙髓出现炎症时,继发髓腔内高压及血液循环障碍是牙髓炎出现不可逆缺血坏死的核心环节。单向滤膜减压保髓新技术的基本原理为:通过对髓腔开窗,采用具有阻止口腔微生物入侵牙髓组织的单向滤膜,持续对髓腔进行减压,改善牙髓血液微循环,待炎症的牙髓组织恢复正常后,再行永久性盖髓治疗。本研究应用此项技术,对1例不可复性牙髓炎进行活髓保存治疗,随访4年,效果良好。

We investigated whether an associative memory can be artificially implanted under anesthesia and then retrieved in a behaviorally relevant context. Rats with bilateral electrodes in the auditory cortex were trained to approach the left or the right hole of a behavioral apparatus to retrieve a reward depending on whether the right or left auditory cortex was electrically stimulated. Next, under anesthesia, a previously irrelevant visual stimulus（VS） was repeatedly paired with electrical stimulation of the auditory cortex（EAC） in the presence of cholecystokinin（CCK）, after which auditory cortex neurons started to respond to the light stimulus in both anesthetized and awake states. In subsequent behavioral testing, in response to the VS, rats approached the hole that was "engineered" to be associated with reward availability. High-frequency（HF） activation of the terminals of the entorhinal CCK neurons in the auditory cortex, which was followed by the pairing of the VS and EAC, enhanced neuronal responses to the VS in the auditory cortex of anesthetized mice. When the mice were pre-conditioned EAC with footshock, mice showed significantly increased freezing responses to the VS after the pairings. Application of CCK antagonist blocked the establishment of visuoauditory association in the behavioral experiment. CCK-/-mice have deficit in forming the visuoauditory association, but systemic administration of tetropeptide CCK rescued the formation of associative memory in CCK-/-mice. Our finding that an artificial memory formed under anesthesia could be translated into behavioral action provides a scientific foundation for "memory implantation" and CCK is the switching chemical for the formation of visuoauditory associative memory.

随着文旅融合深度发展,景区转型刻不容缓。本研究以肇庆星湖景区为例,探索文旅融合背景下的景区文创设计方法。通过对星湖景区用户的研究,IP形象设计、VIS视觉系统完善、线上智慧导览的创作实践,展现文旅融合背景下景区文创的设计研究路径。提出了景区用户定位不清、内容同质、系统性缺失、营销手段单一等问题,得到融入地域文化的景区IP、系统性视觉系统、智慧导览APP设计,最终构建“互联网+景区”线上线下相结合的“景区+旅游+文化”的新模式。

目的观察虚拟现实(VR)训练对老年特发性正常压力脑积水患者平衡与步行功能的影响。方法2022年9月至2023年7月,复旦大学附属华东医院收治的特发性正常压力脑积水患者38例,随机分为对照组(n=19)和观察组(n=19)。两组均接受常规康复训练,观察组增加VR训练,共4周。干预前后,采用功能性伸展测试(FRT)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、静态平衡功能测试(反应时间、移动速度、方向控制、最大偏移距离、端点行程)、计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)和双任务计时起立-行走测试(DTUGT)进行评估。结果干预后,两组各项指标均显著改善(|t|>6.563,P2.038,P<0.05)。结论增加VR训练可以进一步改善特发性正常压力脑积水患者的平衡与步行功能。

Emerging evidence suggests that intron-detaining transcripts(IDTs)are a nucleus-detained and polyadenylated mRNA pool for cell to quickly and effectively respond to environmental stimuli and ***,the underlying mechanisms of detained intron(DI)splicing are still largely ***,we suggest that post-transcriptional DI splicing is paused at the Bact state,an active spliceosome but not catalytically primed,which depends on Smad Nuclear Interacting Protein 1(SNIP1)and RNPS1(a serine-rich RNA binding protein)***1 and Bact components preferentially dock at DIs and the RNPS1 docking is sufficient to trigger spliceosome *** of Snip1 attenuates neurodegeneration and globally rescues IDT accumulation caused by a previously reported mutant U2 snRNA,a basal spliceosomal ***1 conditional knockout in the cerebellum decreases DI splicing efficiency and causes ***,we suggest that SNIP1 and RNPS1 form a molecular brake to promote spliceosome pausing,and that its misregulation contributes to neurodegeneration.

The Hammett equation is commonly used to theoretically depict the remote electronic effects of substituents on catalytic activitiesof metal nodes of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). However, the application of the theory to MOF catalysts usually encountersproblems because it relies heavily on empirical parameters with unknown transferability. To develop an alternative predictiontheory, the linker orbital energy model has been proposed by density functional theory calculations. The model provides a simplemethod to approximately depict the remote electronic substituent effects on catalytic activities of metal nodes of MOFs, and itsgeneral applicability to MOFs is supported by extensively revisiting the structure-activity relationships reported in the *** model can be used to design catalytic activity of metal nodes of MOFs by engineering the electronic properties of linkers andsubstituents.

【目的】北京外来入侵植物问题尤其突出,但其入侵和扩散的时空规律、影响因素尚不清楚,给制定相关管理措施带来挑战。本研究旨在厘清入侵植物在北京的动态规律及社会经济影响因素,为制定应对措施,有效防治外来入侵植物侵害提供信息和技术支撑。【方法】基于已有文献、专著和相关数据库信息,重新构建了北京外来入侵植物数据库,分析北京外来入侵植物的构成特征、入侵特点及危害,采用GIS、SPSS相关软件分析外来入侵植物的时间演变、空间分布特点,并与社会经济变量进行相关性分析。【结果】(1)北京外来入侵植物共101种,菊科植物最多;以一年生草本植物为主;原产地主要是美洲;主要入侵途径是人类活动造成的有意和无意引入;传播扩散活动多数依赖结实量大的特点;均会挤占本地种生态位;超过1/5属于国家重点关注防控的外来入侵植物;(2)不同时间阶段年均植物入侵数量具有极显著差异,经历了低、高和稳定3个阶段,入侵植物累计种数与历史事件累计次数、人口、货运量等社会经济因素呈极显著正相关;(3)空间分布格局中丰富度分布和密度分布的热点地区不同,入侵植物密度与常住人口密度、绿化覆盖率呈极显著相关。【结论】北京入侵植物的演变和分布特征除了受其自身入侵性的限制外,还受到社会经济发展及城市化等人类活动因素的影响,应预防、控制、消灭三管齐下,综合治理。
