Chlorophyll levels provide important imrormation about plant growth and physiological plasticity in response to changing environments. The stay-green gene NON-YELLOWING 1 （NYE1） is believed to regu-late chlorophyll degradation during senescence, concomitantly affecting the disassembly of the light- harvesting complex and hence indirectly influencing photosynthesis. We identified Brassica napus acces- sions carrying an NYE1 deletion associated with increased chlorophyll content, and with upregulated expression of light-harvesting complex and photosynthetic reaction center （PSI and PSII） genes. Compar- ative analysis of the seed oil content of accessions with related genetic backgrounds revealed that the B. napus NYE1 gene deletion （bnnyel） affected oil accumulation, and linkage disequilibrium signatures suggested that the locus has been subject to artificial selection by breeding in oilseed B. napus forms. Comparative analysis of haplotype diversity groups （haplogroups） between three different ecotypes of the allopolyploid B. napus and its A-subgenome diploid progenitor, Brassica rapa, indicated that introgres- sion of the bnnyel deletion from Asian B. rapa into winter-type B. napus may have simultaneously improved its adaptation to cooler environments experienced by autumn-sown rapeseed.

基因表达的连续分析是一种高通量的技术,可测定特定组织的基因表达水平。这项技术基于poly A+RNAs剪切得到的短标签和标签末端间的两两连接组成的串联体。标签序列通过克隆和对串联体进行测序而获得。SAGE广泛地应用于动物基因组学研究,但到目前为止很少用于植物基因组分析。本研究的目的是改进SAGE技术使其能够应用于甘蓝型油菜和其它类似的复杂多倍体全基因组的表达分析。我们特别感兴趣的是通过研究基因的转录覆盖和甘蓝型油菜种子发育过程中那些差异表达的基因,期望鉴定出一些有商业价值的种子内含物相关的基因。我们在实验过程中对原始程序进行了一些修饰,得到Robust-Long SAGE,它可产生长度为20-21bp的标签,能有效地用于甘蓝型油菜基因组的基因克隆和转录鉴定。种子发育的限定点在栽培种“Express”中鉴定,因为它的种子脂肪酸代谢方式与其它甘蓝型油菜相比发生了显著改变。总RNA在种子发育阶段分两次提取,以便作为对比,并用于构建文库。在整个过程中PCR扩增产物的数量和浓度以及限制性内切酶的使用都能够有效的保证得到较长的片段。高质量文库的获得是通过预先部分地酶切串联体,以提高质粒载体与高分子量的串联体的连接效率。这个步骤大概减少了环化的和不能克隆的串联体的分子浓度。文库的测序数据分析结果将在以下几个方面进行讨论,包括种子转录本的覆盖程度,特异性和利用公共芸薹属数据库进行基因标签作图的质量,以及芸薹属种子发育过程所涉及的差异表达的基因数量和差异表达的模式。

高速电动机目前被广泛用于汽车自主驾驶系统。由于高速电动机采用小质量设计,因此为了使转速和输出扭矩达到目标值,通常将渐开线齿轮组和它配套使用。然而,传统的渐开线齿轮在工作中噪声较大,因此一种新型的具有不规则轮齿设计的低音调(Low⁃Tone)齿轮被开发,以减少齿轮传动装置的噪声。通过优化算法,开发设计了一种Low⁃Tone齿轮,并应用于一个驱动电动车尾门启闭的电动推杆系统。之后在该系统运行期间,对使用Low⁃Tone齿轮和使用传统齿轮所产生的声压进行测量对比。结果表明,Low⁃Tone齿轮对于噪声有较好的抑制作用,其优势特别体现在音调特性方面。

The crystallographic structure of CdSe nanoparticles attached to carbon nanotubes has been elucidated by means of high resolution transmission electron microscopy and high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy *** rod-like nanoparticles,grown in solution together with carbon nanotubes,undergo a morphological transformation and become attached to the carbon *** tomography reveals that the nanoparticles are hexagonal-based with the(001)planes epitaxially matched to the outer graphene layer.

Lemierre’s syndrome(LS)is an uncommon condition with oropharyngeal infections,internal jugular vein thrombosis,and systemic metastatic septic embolization as the main *** species,a group of strictly anaerobic Gram negative rod shaped bacteria,are advocated to be the main pathogen *** report a case of LS complicated by pulmonary embolism and pulmonary septic emboli that mimicked a neoplastic lung condition.A Medline search revealed 173 case reports of LS associated with internal jugular vein thrombosis that documented the type of *** confirmed high prevalence in young males with Gram negative infections(83.2%).Pulmonary embolism was reported in 8.7% of cases mainly described in subjects with Gram positive infections(OR=9.786;95%CI:2.577-37.168,P=0.001),independently of age and *** four fatal cases were *** is an uncommon condition that could be complicated by pulmonary embolism,especially in subjects with Gram positive infections.

背景：对于早期骨坏死，保留股骨头是首选的目标；但是，如何才能达到这个目标并没有共识。单纯髓芯减压术由于缺乏结构支撑，结果不确定，而带血管腓骨移植需要扩大手术过程且供区致病率高及康复期的延长。附加使用多孔的钽金属植入物可给髓芯减压术带来结构支持，手术创伤小，无供区病损等。此项研究的目的是评估股骨头坏死髋关节经过髓芯减压和多孔钽金属植入后的生存率并评价其临床效果和影像结果。方法：我们对行股骨头骨坏死髓芯减压和多孔钽金属植入的54例患者（连续60髋）进行评价。52例患者（58髋）平均随访24个月。所有患者年龄均在65岁以下（平均年龄35岁）。根据Steinberg等分期，Ⅰ期病变1髋（2％），Ⅱ期病变49髋（84％），Ⅲ期病变8髋（14％）。结果的评估包括使用肢体特殊评分（Harris髋评分）、影像结果测量、以髋关节置换为观察终点的生存率分析。结果：共有9髋（15．5％）最终需行髋关节置换，包括6例Ⅱ期病变和3例Ⅲ期病变。12个月时总体生存率为91．8％（95％可信区间，87．8％-05．8％），24个月为81．7％（95％可信区间，75．8％-87．6％），48个月为68．1％（95％可信区间，54．7％-81．5％）。无慢性全身性疾病者在48个月时，总体生存率为92％（95％可信区间，87．4％-06．4％）。结论：采用髓芯减压加多孔钽金属植入物治疗早期股骨头坏死，可在微创技术下完成且无供区病损。早期临床结果显示无慢性全身性疾病者，尤其是早期病变者有令人鼓舞的生存率。可信水平：治疗性研究，Ⅵ级。进一步可信度参见作者介绍。
