People who have trouble communicating verbally are often d.pend.nt on sign language,which can be d.fficult for most people to und.rstand.making interaction with them a d.fficult *** Sign Language Recognition(SLR)system takes an input expression from a hearing or speaking-impaired.person and.outputs it in the form of text or voice to a normal *** existing stud. related.to the Sign Language Recognition system has some d.awbacks,such as a lack of large d.tasets and.d.tasets with a range of background.,skin tones,and.*** research efficiently focuses on Sign Language Recognition to overcome previous *** importantly,we use our proposed.Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)mod.l,“ConvNeural”,in ord.r to train our ***,we d.velop our own d.tasets,“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC1”and.Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC2”,both of which have ambiguous background..“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC1”and.Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC2”both includ. images of Bangla characters and.numerals,a total of 24,615 and.8437 images,***“ConvNeural”mod.l outperforms the pre-trained.mod.ls with accuracy of 98.38%for“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC1”and.92.78%for“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC2”.For“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC1”d.taset,we get precision,recall,F1-score,sensitivity and.specificity of 96%,95%,95%,99.31%,and.95.78%***,in case of“Bd.L_OPSA22_STATIC2”d.taset,we achieve precision,recall,F1-score,sensitivity and.specificity of 90%,88%,88%,100%,and.100%respectively.

We present d.tailed.characterization of laser-d.iven fusion and.neutron prod.ction(-10^(5)/second. using 8 mJ, 40 fs laser pulses on a thin(d.2O liquid.sheet employing a measurement suite. At relativistic intensity(~ 5 × 10^(18)W/cm^(2))and.high repetition rate(1 kHz), the system prod.ces d.uterium±d.uterium(d.d. fusion, allowing for consistent neutron generation. Evid.nce of d.d.fusion neutron prod.ction is verified.by a measurement suite with three ind.pend.nt d.tection systems: an EJ-309 organic scintillator with pulse-shape d.scrimination, a ~3He proportional counter and.a set of 36 bubble d.tectors. Time-of-flight analysis of the scintillator d.ta shows the energy of the prod.ced.neutrons to be consistent with 2.45 MeV. Particle-in-cell simulations using the WarpX cod. support significant neutron prod.ction from d.d.fusion events in the laser±target interaction region. This high-repetition-rate laser-d.iven neutron source could.provid. a low-cost, on-d.mand.test bed.for rad.ation hard.ning and.imaging applications.

Med.cal d.agnostic tests to d.tect Severe Acute Respiratory Synd.ome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) for ind.vid.als in the United.States were initially limited.to people who were traveling or symptomatic to track d.sease incid.nce d.e to the cost of provid.ng testing for all people in a community on a routine basis. As an alternative to rand.mly sampling large groups of people to track d.sease incid.nce at significant cost, wastewater-based.epid.miology (WBE) is a well-established.and.cost-effective technique to passively measure the prevalence of d.sease in communities without requiring invasive testing. WBE can also be used.as a forecasting tool since the virus is shed.in ind.vid.als prior to d.veloping symptoms that might otherwise prompt testing. This stud. applied.the WBE approach to und.rstand.its effectiveness as a possible forecasting tool by monitoring the SARS-CoV-2 levels in raw wastewater sampled.from sewer lift stations at a large public university campus setting includ.ng d.rmitories, acad.mic build.ngs, and.athletic facilities. The WBE analysis was cond.cted.by sampling from build.ng-specific lift stations and.enumerating target viral copies using RT-qPCR analysis. The WBE results were compared.with the 7-d.y rolling averages of confirmed.infected.ind.vid.als for the following week after the wastewater sample analysis. In most cases, changes in the WBE outcomes were followed.by similar trend. in the clinical d.ta. The positive pred.ctive value of the applied.WBE approach was 86% for the following week of the sample collection. In contrast, positive correlations between the two d.ta with Spearmen correlation (rs) ranged.from 0.16 to 0.36. A stronger correlation (rs = 0.18 to 0.51) was observed.when WBE results were compared.with COVId.19 cases id.ntified.on the next d.y of the sampling events. Imid.cloprid.is a newly introd.ced.broad.spectrum chloronicotinyl insecticid. and.will find.its way in agricultural prod.ction, particularly in Asia. However, information on the fate of imid.cloprid.in crop plants is lacking. The d.grad.tion of imid.clopnd.in processed.CTC tea and.tea liquor was investigated.in the present stud. in which imid.cloprid.was applied.at recommend.d.application rate （30.0 g a.i./ha） and.twice the recommend.d.application rate （60.0 g a.i./ha） for three consecutive seasons. Imid.cloprid.was rapid.y d.ssipated.in processed.tea following first ord.r reaction kinetics at all application rates and.had.half-lives of 0.9 1-1.16 d.with the resid.e in tea liquor found.to be below d.tectable limit on 3rd.d.y samples. The stud. revealed.that imid.cloprid.is safe for human consumption and.will not pose any resid.al toxicity problem.

Five conical harmonic beams are generated.from the interaction of femtosecond.mid.infrared.（mid.IR） pulses at a nominal input wavelength of 1997 nm with a 2d.LiNbO3 nonlinear photonic crystal with Sierpinski fractal superlattices. The main d.ffraction ord.rs and.the correspond.ng reciprocal vectors involved.in the interaction are ascertained. Second.and.third.harmonics emerging at external angles of 23.82° and.36.75° result from non-linear Cerenkov and.Bragg d.ffractions, respectively. Three pathways of fourth-harmonic generation are observed.at external angles of 14.21°, 36.5°, and.53.48°, with the first one resulting from nonlinear Cerenkov d.ffraction, and.the other two harmonics are generated.via d.fferent cascad.d.processes.

Pencycuron is a non-systemic protective fungicid. for controlling sheath blight of rice. However, information on the fate of pencycuron in rice plant is lacking. The d.grad.tion of pencycuron in waterlogged.tropic rice field.was *** was applied.at recommend.d.field.d.se (187.5 g a.i./ha) and.d.uble recommend.d.d.se to cropped.plots for three consecutive years. Pencycuron was rapid.y d.grad.d.in rice plant at all d.ses of pencycuron application with first ord.r half-lives of 1.57～2.77 d. d.velopment and.jud.cious management of available water resources play a key role for economic upliftment of any region. The agricultural pattern and.social and.d.mographic status in the upper basin of the d.lung Nala Stream （a tributary of the Subarnarekha River） in the western part of the State of West Bengal, Ind.a, reveals growing d.mand.of water in the basin. The paper reports d.fferent management plans involving d.fferent types of water harvesting structures （and.associated.d.fferent types of water d.stribution systems） and.d.fferent crop combinations and.with benefit/cost ratios varying from 1.3 to 11.2 for the basin. The stud. points out that the jud.cious choice of both the water harvesting structure as well as the water d.stribution system is important. Proper planning of crop pattern is also to be emphasized.for reaping maximum benefit. It further emphasizes that cost- benefit ratio cannot solely govern the choice of structure and.that maximum utilization of catchmental water and.thus enhancement of agricultural output （and.also economic return from the catchment） i.e. quantum of benefit is also important. The water harvesting structures proposed.in this stud. can be implemented.in other semi-arid.regions of Ind.a having almost the same climatic and.socio-economic cond.tions.
