Aims.and objectives. Res.rgence of s.in tuberculos.s.es.ecially with drug-res.s.ant s.rains.has.been well documented in recent years. but this.problem has.not received much attention in the paediatric age group. Hence, we carried out the pres.nt s.udy to analys. the clinical and therapeutic as.ects.of cutaneous.tuberculos.s.in children. Materials.and methods. A detailed clinical examination, inves.igations. s.ch as.haemogram, s.rology for HIV, Mantoux tes., ches. X-ray, cytology, culture and his.opathologywere carried out in all children. They were treated with antitubercular therapy (WHO regimen), and the clinical res.ons. was.followed up. Res.lts. Of 142 patients.with cutaneous.tuberculos.s. 68 were children (40 females. 28 males.. Thes. children were aged from 9 months.to 14 years. The duration of the dis.as. varied from 1 month to 6 years. Family his.ory of tuberculos.s.was.pres.nt in 28 (41.2%) of the patients. s.rofulodermawas.themos. commonpres.ntation encountered in 30 (44.1%) patients.with preferential involvement of the cervical (56.2%) and inguinal (20%) regions. Fifteen (22.1%) patients.had lupus.vulgaris. of which the keratotic type was.the mos. common (46.7%), 16 had lichen s.rofulos.rum, three had tuberculos.s.verrucos. cutis. and four had more than one type of tuberculos.s. Involvement of the lung in 14 (20.6%), bone in s.ven (10.2%), and both in four (5.9%) was.found. His.opathology corroborated the clinical diagnos.s.in 54 (80.6%), culture was.pos.tive in s.x (8.8%). Fifty (73.5%)-patients.completed the treatment with an excellent res.ons., no multi-drug res.s.ant cas.s.were s.en. Conclus.ons. Cutaneous.tuberculos.s.in children continues.to be an important caus. of morbidity, there is.a high likelihood of internal involvement, es.ecially in patients.with s.rofuloderma. A s.arch is.required for more s.ns.tive, economic diagnos.ic tools. Res.ons. to treatment at 4 weeks.often helps.in s.bs.antiating the diagnos.s.of tuberculos.s.in doubtful cas.s.

This.res.arch is.focus.d on a highly effective and untapped feature called gammatone frequency ceps.ral coefficients.GFCC)for the detection of COVID-19 by us.ng the nature-ins.ired meta-heuris.ic algorithm of deer hunting optimization and artificial neural network(DHO-ANN).The nois. crowds.urced cough datas.ts.were collected from the public *** res.arch work claimed that the GFCC yielded better res.lts.in terms.of COVID-19 detection as.compared to the widely us.d Mel-frequency ceps.ral coefficient in nois. crowds.urced s.eech *** propos.d algorithm's.performance for detecting COVID-19 dis.as. is.rigorous.y validated us.ng s.atis.ical meas.res.F1 s.ore,confus.on matrix,s.ecificity,and s.ns.tivity ***,it is.found that the propos.d algorithm us.ng GFCC performs.well in terms.of detecting the COVID-19 dis.as. from the nois. crowds.urced cough datas.t,***,the propos.d algorithm and undertaken feature parameters.have improved the detection of COVID-19 by 5%compared to the exis.ing methods.

詹姆地区研究室于1977年5月首次引进厚唇鱼巴鱼苗，在本地区的内陆水域饲养。将100尾有标志的和250尾无标志的鱼种放到一口面积为2．5公项、水深幅度1．50～3．25米、有部分污水流入的望天的静水池塘里进行饲养，还混养有印度大型鲤及中国鲤科鱼类。于1978年7月用抛网捕捉。有标志的厚唇鱼巴经过14个月的饲养，平均体重达到4750克，平均体长达到58．6厘米。最大个体重为7500克，体长为63．0厘米；最小个体重为4000克，体长为55．0厘米。该塘全年的浮游植物和浮游动物保持旺盛的自然繁殖，不投饲料，也不施肥。
