The change color effect of gold nanoparticle solutions was studied by means of resonance scattering and absorption spectrometry and scan electron microscopy. The red Au nanoparticles with a size of 10 nm exhibit a resonance absorption peak and a resonance scattering peak all at 525 nm. After some inorganic electrolyte was added to a red Au nanoparticles solution, the color of the solution became blue and the absorbance at (600_700) nm was significantly increased. The ratio of the concentration of monovalent cations, at which the resonance scattering of the system at 525 nm is maximal to that of divalent cations, is in the range of 100∶1_100∶1.8. It is in good agreement with the Schulze-Hardy rule of the coagulation value of electrolyte. After adding some cationic surfactants to the above solution, the color of the solution is in deep blue, with two resonance absorption peaks at 550 and 680 nm, and a greatly enhanced resonance scattering peak at 525 nm. The experiments demonstrate that the stronger the hydrophobicity of the cationic surfactant is, the stronger the change color effect of the Au nanoparticle solution promoted by cationic surfactant is. The change color effect of Au nanoparticle solution is resulted from the increased diameter of Au nanoparticles, and the changes of resonance absorption peak and resonance scattering.

目的:研究虫草素通过调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路抑制大鼠肩袖损伤后脂肪浸润的作用及其机制,为临床治疗肩袖损伤提供理论依据。方法:SPF级雌性SD大鼠50只,随机选取10只作为正常组,采用冈上肌肌腱和肩胛上神经压迫建立肩袖损伤修复模型,将手术成功的大鼠按照随机区组设计分为模型组、虫草素低、中、高剂量组(20、40、80 mg·kg^(-1))。治疗6周后,采用步态分析评估大鼠肢体功能;油红O染色和马松(Masson)染色观察肌肉组织病理变化情况;酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量;免疫组化(IHC)检测脂肪形成标记物氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)和CCAAT增强子结合蛋白α(C/EBPα)蛋白的表达,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测Wnt3a、Wnt10b、β-catenin mRNA和蛋白表达情况。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠步幅长和爪印面积显著下降(Penin mRNA和蛋白表达均明显降低(Penin mRNA和蛋白表达均明显升高(Penin信号通路相关。

High energy photon radiations of gamma-ray bursts(GRBs)and active galactic nuclei(AGNs)are dominated by their jet *** examine whether the synchrotron radiations of jets in BL Lacs,flat spectrum radio quasars(FSRQs),and Narrow Line Seyfert 1 galaxies(NLS1s)follow the relation between the prompt gamma-ray emission and the initial Lorentz factor(Γ0)of *** is shown that the AGN sample does not agree with the Lp-Ep,z-Γ0 relation of *** addition,we obtain a tight relation of Lsyn∝Е0.45±0.15δ3.50±0.25 syn,p for FSRQs and NLS1 galaxies,where Lsyn is the luminosity at peak photon energy Esyn,p of the synchrotron *** relation is different from the Lp-Ep,z-Γ0 relation of GRB *** dependence of Lsyn toδis consistent with the expectation of the Doppler boosting effect for the FSRQs and NLS1 galaxies,but it is not for *** argue thatΓ0 may be a representative of the kinetic power of the radiating region and the tight Lp-Ep,z-Γ0 relation is shaped by the radiation physics and the jet power together.

There is nonradiative recombination in waveguide region owing to severe carrier leakage,which in turn reduces output power and wall-plug *** this paper,we designed a novel epitaxial structure,which suppresses carrier leakage by inserting n-Ga_(0.55)In_(0.45)P and p-GaAs_(0.6)P_(0.4) between barriers and waveguide layers,respectively,to modulate the energy band structure and to increase the height of *** results show that the leakage current density reduces by 87.71%,compared to traditional *** nonradiative recombination current density of novel structure reduces to 37.411 A/cm^(2),and the output power reaches 12.80 W with wall-plug efficiency of 78.24%at an injection current density 5 A/cm^(2) at room *** addition,the temperature drift coefficient of center wavelength is 0.206 nm/℃at the temperature range from 5℃to 65℃,and the slope of fitted straight line of threshold current with temperature variation is *** novel epitaxial structure provides a theoretical basis for achieving high-power laser diode.

According to the basic idea of classical yin-yang complementarity and modern dual-complementarity, in a simple and unified new way proposed by Luo, the un-conventional Hamilton-type variational principles of holonomic conservative system in analytical mechanics can be established systematically. This unconventional Hamilton-type variational principle can fully characterize the initial-value problem of analytical mechanics, so that it is an important innovation for the Hamilton-type variational principle. In this paper, an important integral relation is given, which can be considered as the expression of the generalized principle of virtual work for analytical mechanics in mechanics. Based on this relation, it is possible not only to obtain the principle of virtual work of holonomic conservative system in analytical mechanics, but also to derive systematically the complementary functionals for three-field and two-field unconventional variational principles, and the functional for the one-field one by the generalized Legendre transformation given in this paper. Further, with this new approach, the intrinsic relationship among various principles can be explained clearly. Meanwhile, the unconventional Hamilton-type variational principles of nonholonomic conservative system in analytical mechanics can also be established systematically in this paper.

A two-stage method is developed to solve a new class of multi-storage tank multi-source (MTMS) systems. In the first stage, the optimal storage policy of each tank is determined according to the electricity tariff, and the ground-level storage tank is modeled as a node. In the second stage, the genetic algorithm, combined with a repairing scheme, is applied to solve the pump scheduling problem. The objective of the pump scheduling problem is to ensure that the required volume is adequately provided by the pumps while minimizing the operation cost (energy cost and treatment cost). The decision variables are the settings of the pumps and speed ratio of variable-speed pumps at time steps of the total operational time horizon. A mixed coding methodology is developed according to the characteristics of the decision variables. Daily operation cost savings of approximately 11% are obtained by application of the proposed method to a pressure zone of S. Y. water distribution system (WDS), China.

The adiabatic growth of a black hole(BH)may enhance the dark matter(DM)density surrounding it,causing a spike in the DM density *** spike around the supermassive BH at the center of the Milky Way may lead to a dramatic enhancement of the gamma-ray flux of DM annihilation from the galactic center(GC).In this work,we analyze the gamma-ray data of the innermost region(i.e.,the inner 1°)of the GC to search for potential line-like signals from the BH *** line-like signals could be generated in the process of DM particles annihilating into double *** adopt the gamma-ray data from the Dark Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE).Although the DAMPE has a much smaller effective area than the Fermi-LAT,the gamma-ray line search can benefit from its unprecedented high energy *** significant line-like signals are found in our *** derive upper limits on the cross section of the annihilation based on this *** find that despite the DAMPE’s small effective area for photon detection,we can still place strong constraints on the cross section(≥10^(-27)cm^(3)s^(-1))in the spike scenario due to the very bright model-expected flux from the *** results indicate that either DM does not annihilate primarily through theγγchannel in the mass range we considered or no sharp density spike is present at the GC.
