Coxsackievirus A10(CVA10)is one of the major causative agents of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).To investigate the epidemiological characteristics as well as genetic features of CVA10 currently circulating in Shanghai,China,we collected a total of 9,952 sporadic HFMD cases from January 2016 to December 2020.In the past five years,CVA10 was the fourth prevalent causatives associated with HFMD in Shanghai and the overall positive rate was 2.78%.The annual distribution experienced significant fluctuations over the past five years.In addition to entire VP1 sequencing,complete genome sequencing and recombination analysis of CVA10 isolates in Shanghai were further performed.A total of 64 near complete genomes and 11 entire VP1 sequences in this study combined with reference sequences publicly available were integrated into phylogenetic analysis.The CVA10sequences in this study mainly belonged to genogroup C and presented 91%-100%nucleotide identity with other Chinese isolates based on VP1 region.For the first time,our study reported the appearance of CVA10 genogroup D in Chinese mainland,which had led to large-scale outbreaks in Europe previously.The recombination analysis showed the recombination break point located between 5,100 nt and 6,700 nt,which suggesting intertypic recombination with CVA16 genogroup D.To conclusion,CVA10 genogroup C was the predominant genogroup in Shanghai during 2016-2020.CVA10 recombinant genogroup D was firstly reported in circulating in Chinese mainland.Continuous surveillance is needed to better understand the evolution relationships and transmission pathways of CVA10 to help to guide disease control and prevention.

Plasma nitrogen fixation system with dual-loop enhancement for improved energy efficiency and its efficacy for lettuce cultivation

Plasma nitrogen fixation(PNF)has been emerging as a promising technology for greenhouse gasfree and renewable energy-based agriculture.Yet,most PNF studies seldom address practical application-specific issues.In this work,we present the development of a compact and automatic PNF system for on-site agricultural applications.The system utilized a gliding-arc discharge as the plasma source and employed a dual-loop design to generate NO_(x)from air and water under atmospheric conditions.Experimental results showed that the system with a dualloop design performs well in terms of energy costs and production rates.Optimal operational parameters for the system were determined through experimentation,resulting in an energy cost of 13.9 MJ mol^(-1)and an energy efficiency of 16 g kWh^(-1)for NO_(3)^(-)production,respectively.Moreover,the concentration of exhausted NO_(x)was below the emission standards.Soilless lettuce cultivation experiments demonstrated that NO_(x)^(-)produced by the PNF system could serve as liquid nitrate nitrogen fertilizer.Overall,our work demonstrates the potential of the developed PNF system for on-site application in the production of green-leaf vegetables.

随着电价新政的发布,电力市场将进一步开放,同时目录电价的取消将加快分时电价机制的建立,在此背景下售电公司如何针对电力用户采取有效的分时电价措施是亟需解决的问题。为此在分析湖南省钢铁、电石等高能耗工业用户用电特性的基础上,结合售电公司、工业用户的成本及收益构建了售电公司成本收益模型、工业用户负荷转移成本模型,进一步提出了售电公司峰谷分时电价双层优化模型,上层模型优化目标为售电公司收益最大,下层模型优化目标为工业用户用电成本最小,以此确定峰谷分时电价套餐。以钢铁、电石等高能耗工业用户数据为例的仿真测算结果表明通过双层优化模型所得的峰谷分时电价套餐能够保证双方的利益,并有效引导工业用户合理用电、削峰填谷。

目的:探索三维(three dimensions,3D)打印导板引导的微创骨皮质切开术辅助正畸治疗骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形的临床效果。方法:选取就诊于我院的24例成人骨性Ⅱ类上颌前突患者,均需拔除上颌双侧第一前磨牙并使用种植体支抗内收上前牙,将其随机分为2组,对照组行常规正畸治疗,研究组在关闭间隙开始时实行3D打印导板引导下的微创骨皮质切开术,术后加力方式同对照组。分别对2组患者软硬组织变化相关指标和临床效果相关指标进行分析和比较。结果:研究组U1-SN(上中切牙长轴与SN连线交角)的变化值为(-1.49±2.18)°,U1-NA(上中切牙长轴与NA连线交角)为(-5.63±3.39)°,NA-Apo(颌突角)为-4.10(-4.60,-2.00)°,U1-Apo(上中切牙突距)为(-3.10±0.95) mm,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义;研究组关闭拔牙间隙过程中牙齿的每月平均移动距离[(0.90±0.21) mm]显著大于对照组[(0.54±0.15) mm],术后的牙根均未损伤,研究组与对照组治疗后牙根吸收程度、牙周探诊深度均无明显差异。结论:在骨性Ⅱ类的错(牙合)畸形患者掩饰性治疗中,辅助3D打印引导下微创骨皮质切开术可有效实现上颌前牙的整体移动,缩短治疗时间,手术并发症较少,是骨性Ⅱ类患者掩饰性正畸治疗有效的辅助手段。

Molecular mechanisms of aflatoxin neurotoxicity and potential neuroprotective agents

Aflatoxins (AFTs) represent one of the most notorious classes of deadly mycotoxins produced by certain fungi that are found on agricultural crops. Aflatoxins are highly toxic to mammals and are known to cause a series of detrimental effects， including neuro-， hepato-， nephron-， and immuno-toxicity. In this original review we summarize the mechanisms of aflatoxin-induced neurotoxicity and the clinical potential of novel neuroprotective agents. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is the most toxic congener among the 21 identified AFTs. Recent studies have shown that food borne exposure to AFB1 and/or its metabolites often leads to fatal neurotoxicity in animals and humans. Animal studies indicated that AFB1 exposure could induce abnormal behavioral changes， including anxiety， lethargy disorders， depression-like behavior， cognitive， learning and memory defects， and decreased feeding behavior. Mechanistically， AFB1 exposure has been associated with lipid peroxidation， ablation of non-enzymatic and enzymatic antioxidant defense systems and decreased neurotransmitter levels. AFB1 exposure has also been shown to induce DNA damage， apoptosis， pyroptosis， and mitochondrial dysfunction in the brain tissue. Several signaling pathways， including gasdermin D， toll like receptor 2 (TLR2)， TLR4， Akt， NF-κB， ERK/MAPK， protein kinase C (PKC)， and mitochondrial apoptotic pathways have been shown to participate in AFB1-induced neuronal or astrocyte cell death. Targeting these pathways by small molecules (e.g.， quercetin， curcumin， and gallic acid， and dimethyl fumarate)， Chinese herbal extracts (e.g.， Artichoke leaf extract， Chelidonium majus ethanolic extract， Pumpkin extract， and Crocus sativus L. tea)， and probiotic supplements could effectively improve AFB1-induced neurobehavioral abnormalities and neurotoxicity. To date， the precise molecular mechanisms of AFB1-induced neurotoxicity and potential neuroprotective agents remain unclear. Morphological Characteristics of the Dorsal Skin of Two Hynobiids and Their Adaptive Role in Aquatic and Terrestrial Habitats

The morphological characteristics of the dorsal skin of trunk in two species of hynobiid salamanders, Batrachuperus pinchonii and Hynobius chinensis were examined by light microscopy. The basic structures of the skin in the two species are similar and consist of two layers： epidermis and dermis. The epidermis consists of stratum corneum, stratum intermedium and stratum germinativum, while the dermis is composed of a stratum spongiosum and stratum compactum. However, some species-specific variation has been identified （e.g., the distribution of capillary vessels and gland cells, and the thickness of skin）. H. chinensis is a terrestrial species and only lives in water during breeding period, but B. pinchonii is aquatic and remains aquatic throughout its lifetime. The differences in the distribution of capillary vessels and gland cells are related to their different habitats, and show a morphological adaptation.

Effect of Huatan Jieyu granules in treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients with sleep disorder identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the safety and efficacy of Huatan Jieyu granules in treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD) patients with sleep disorder identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind in terms of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: In total, 107 Parkinson’s disease patients with sleep disorders identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(55 cases) and the control group(52 cases).Both groups were given basic treatment with prednisone. The experimental group of patients was treated with Huatan Jieyu granules and the control group of patents was treated with only the basic treatment. Treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Sleep polygraph were recorded before the study as well as 3 months and 6 months after treatment.RESULTS: After treated with Huatan Jieyu granules,the total sleep time, and the percentage of non rapid eye movement 2(NREM 2), non rapid eye movement 3(NREM 3) and rapid eye movement(REM)sleep period increased significantly, while the percentage of NREM1 sleep period decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P lity.

混合式直流断路器是实现柔性直流电网故障电流快速阻断,最大程度地保障系统健全和可靠持续运行的关键装备。目前,基于全控型电力电子组件级联的混合式直流断路器存在造价昂贵、控制复杂及难以大规模应用等问题。针对这一问题,该文提出一种基于电流注入的新型混合式直流断路器,利用直流系统本身对振荡支路电容进行预充电,通过晶闸管控制振荡支路电容、电感发生谐振而辅助故障电流迅速换流,实现直流线路故障电流快速阻断。首先分析电流注入基本原理,然后,在此基础上提出基于电流注入的新型混合式直流断路器,并详细阐述其工作原理,最后基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台验证所提新型混合式直流断路器的有效性和适用性。

上海市2010—2020年健康人群麻疹和风疹及流行性腮腺炎病毒抗体水平研究

目的了解2010—2020年上海市健康人群麻疹、风疹及流行性腮腺炎(流腮)病毒的血清IgG抗体水平,分析不同年龄组人群的抗体变化趋势。方法于2010年1月至2020年12月,将上海市10828名未患麻疹、风疹和流腮的健康人群纳入研究,分为0~7月龄、8~11月龄、1~2、3~4、5~6、7~9、10~14、15~19、20~29、30~39、40~49、50岁及以上12个年龄组。采集血清样本后,采用EliSA法检测血清中麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体水平,并分析抗体阳性率和抗体水平的差异。结果10828名对象年龄M(Q1,Q3)为8岁(9月龄,20岁);男性占48.34%(5234/10828),女性占50.92%(5514/10828),性别信息不详者占0.74%(80/10828);MMR免疫史不详者占27.03%(2927/10828)。10828名对象麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体总阳性率分别为76.78%、64.46%和64.29%,各年份麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒血清IgG抗体阳性率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)_(麻疹)=1049.50,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(风疹)=1103.11,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(流腮)=782.59,P<0.001)。麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体GMC分别为541.45 mIU/ml、31.76 IU/ml和133.73 U/ml,各年份麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒血清IgG抗体GMC差异均具有统计学意义(F麻疹=180.74,P<0.001;F风疹=189.95,P<0.001;F_(流腮)=122.40,P<0.001)。麻疹病毒抗体阳性率总体高于风疹和流腮病毒的阳性率,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=518.09,P<0.001)。结论上海市健康人群麻疹病毒IgG抗体水平较高,风疹和流腮病毒IgG抗体水平略低。
