The association of isocarbophos and isofenphos with different types of glucose metabolism:The role of inflammatory cells

To investigate the associations between isocarbophos and isofenphos with impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to assess the mediation roles of inflammation *** were 2701 participants in the case-control study,including 896 patients with T2DM,900 patients with IFG,905 subjects with *** isocarbophos and isofenphos concentrationsweremeasured using gas chromatography and triple quadrupole tandem mass *** linear models were used to calculate the relationships between plasma isofenphos and isocarbophos levels with inflammatory factor levels and *** cell was used as mediators to estimate the mediating effects on the above *** and isofenphos were positively related with T2DM after adjusting for other *** odds ratio(95%confidence interval)(OR(95%CI))for T2DM was 1.041(1.015,1.068)and for IFG was 1.066(1.009,1.127)per unit rise in *** prevalence of T2DM increased by 6.4%for every 1 unit more of ln-isofenphos(OR(95%CI):1.064(1.041,1.087)).Additionally,a 100%rise in ln-isocarbophos was linked to 3.3%higher ln-HOMA2IR and a 0.029 mmol/L higher glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)(95%CI:0.007,0.051).While a 100%rise in ln-isofenphos was linked to increase in ln-HOMA2 and ln-HOMA2IR of 5.8%and 3.4%,***,white blood cell(WBC)and neutrophilic(NE)were found to be mediators in the relationship between isocarbophos and T2DM,and the corresponding proportions were 17.12%and 17.67%,*** and isocarbophos are associated with IFG and T2DM in the rural Chinese population,WBC and NE have a significant role in this relationship.

A piecewise-integration method for simulating the influence of external forcing on climate

Climate drift occurs in most general circulation models (GCMs) as a result of incomplete physical and numerical representation of the complex climate system,which may cause large uncertainty in sensitivity experiments evaluating climate response to changes in external *** solve this problem,we propose a piecewise-integration method to reduce the systematic error in climate sensitivity studies. The observations are firstly assimilated into a numerical model by using the dynamic relaxation technique to relax to the current state of atmosphere,and then the assimilated fields are continuously used to reinitialize the simulation to reduce the error of climate simulation. When the numerical model is integrated with changed external forcing,the results can be split into two parts,background and pertur- bation fields,and the background is the state before the external forcing is *** piecewise-integration method is used to con- tinuously reinitialize the model with the assimilated field,instead of the ***,the simulation error of the model with the external forcing can be *** this way,the accuracy of climate sensitivity experiments is greatly *** with a simple low-order spectral model show that this approach can significantly reduce the uncertainty of climate sensitivity experiments.

Exhumation and Preservation of the Yangchuling Porphyry W-Mo Deposit in the Jiangnan Tungsten Ore Belt,South China:Insights from(U-Th)/He and Fission Track Dating

The Yangchuling porphyry W-Mo deposit(YPWD),located in the Jiangnan porphyryskarn tungsten ore belt,is one of the most important and large-scale porphyry W-Mo deposits in South *** previous zircon U-Pb and molybdenite Re-Os data suggest that Yangchuling WMo ore bodies formed almost simultaneously with granodiorite and monzogranitic porphyry at~150–144 Ma,their post emplacement history remains poorly understood,making their preservation status at depth *** this paper,new zircon and apatite(U-Th)/He and apatite fission track(ZHe,AHe and AFT,respectively)data of one hornfels and five intrusive rocks from a 1000-meter borehole are ***,together with new inverse thermal history models and previous geochronological data,help elucidate the post-diagenetic exhumation history and preservation status of the Yangchuling porphyry W-Mo *** general,ZHe and AHe ages decrease gradually from the near surface downwards and have relatively little intra-sample variation,ranging from 133 to 73Ma and 67 to 25 Ma,*** four granodiorites yield similar AFT ages that range from 63 to 55 Ma with mean track lengths varying from 12.2±0.7 to 12.6±0.5μ*** history modelling indicates that the Yangchuling ore district experienced slow,monotonic cooling since the ***-depth relationships are interpreted as recording~3.7±0.8 km of Cretaceous-recent exhumation in response to regional extension throughout South China thought to have been driven by subduction retreat of the Paleo-Pacific *** of estimated net exhumation and previous metallogenic depth of~4–5 km suggests that W-Mo ore bodies could still exist at depths of up to~1.3±0.8 km relative to Earth surface in the YPWD *** of the YPWD is attributed to the limited amount of regional denudation during the Late Cretaceous and Cenozoic.

目的:探讨河南农村成人血清糖皮质激素与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)10 a发病风险的关联,以及炎症在其中的中介效应。方法:从“河南农村队列”基线人群中选取4 995人,采用Logistic回归模型评估血清皮质醇、11-脱氧皮质醇、可的松水平与ASCVD 10 a发病风险的关联,评估9种炎症指标在关联中的中介效应。结果:调整性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、人均月收入、饮酒状况、脂肪摄入状况、蔬菜水果摄入状况和体力活动后,血清皮质醇和11-脱氧皮质醇水平与ASCVD 10 a发病风险存在正关联,β(95%CI)分别为0.184(0.080~0.287)、0.101(0.031~0.170)。血清皮质醇与ASCVD 10 a发病风险的关联部分由中性粒细胞百分比、单核细胞百分比、全身免疫炎症指数介导,中介比例分别为15.2%、11.9%、16.3%。血清11-脱氧皮质醇与ASCVD 10 a发病风险的关联部分由淋巴细胞计数、单核细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比、单核细胞百分比、中性粒细胞计数与淋巴细胞数计数比值、全身免疫炎症指数介导,中介比例分别为31.2%、15.5%、18.7%、10.3%、10.4%、9.9%、15.9%。结论:血清糖皮质激素水平升高会增加河南农村成人ASCVD 10 a发病风险,炎症部分介导了两者之间的关联。

Backgroud and aims;Two well-known polymorphisms(BsmI and FokI) in Vitamin D receptor(VDR) have been implicated in susceptibility of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),but the results to date have been inconclusive. The aim of this study was to quantitatively summarize the association between polymorphisms of BsmI and FokI in VDR gene and T2DM risk by an update meta-analysis. Methods:Statistical analysis was performed using the software STATA 12.0.A total of 30 case-control studies in 23 published articles were included. Results:Overall,marginal significant associations between BsmI polymorphism and T2DM risk were found for Bb ***(OR=1.36,95%CI:1.02-1.83,P = 0.038) and BB+Bb ***(OR = 1.36,95%CI:1.00-1.84,P = 0.049).And significant increasedassociations of Fokl polymorphism with T2DM were detected for three genetic mod- els(ff ***:OR=1.57,95%CI:1.28-1.93,P0.05). Conclusions:Ethnicity and sample size might be the possible factors of the *** meta-analysis suggests that the Fokl polymorphism of the VDR gene could bea risk factor for T2DM,especially in Chinese popula- *** studies are needed to confirm our results.

针对当前采煤机设备运行数据量大,存在大量异常值、无效值与缺失值,此类数据没有被进行有效预处理和分析等问题,通过Python语言编写预处理算法,算法内容包括数据整合、上传数据库、异常值检测等。通过基于箱线图的异常值检测和DBSCAN聚类算法分别进行了异常值检测,对比2种方法的适用范围,并对预处理后的数据通过统计描述、聚类分析方法进行了探究,为其他采煤机运行数据预处理和分析提供了参考方案和思路。

Effect of the YI QI HUA YU Recipe on Schwann Cell Activity Following Lumbar Nerve Root Compression

Objective:To study the effect of the YI QI HUA YU recipe on Schwann cells in a neuromuscular junction after compression of the L5 nerve root in ***:Using immunohistochemistry, confocal laser scanning techniques and the polyclonal antibody S-100 as a Schwann cell marker, motor endplates were visualized with fluorescein-conjugated a-bungarotoxin(a-BTX). The effects of the YI QI HUA YU recipe on Schwann cells in a neuromuscular junction were observed at 10d? 20d? 30d?and 60d after the L5 nerve root was ***:The aggregates ,sprouts and extension of terminal Schwann cells during degeneration, the amount of overlap of terminal Schwann cells with endplates and the reformation of neuromuscular junctions during regeneration were superior in cells treated with the YI QI HUA YU recipe than in control ***:The YI QI HUA YU recipe can promote the increase of Schwann cells and enhance regeneration. It can also accelerate the reformation of neuromuscular junctions and reduce regeneration time.

[目的]观察平胃散合黄连泻心汤治疗抗结核药所致胃肠反应疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性性设计方法,105例门诊患者使用平胃散合黄连泻心汤(陈皮15g,苍术、黄连、厚朴、白芍、人参各10g,甘草3g,生姜2片,大枣3枚;舌苔黄腻加茵陈3g;舌淡苔白加藿香15g;恶心呕吐加竹茹3g;不思饮食加生三仙3g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,2次/d。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效96例,有效9例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]平胃散合黄连泻心汤治疗抗结核药所致胃肠反应疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
