During the past two decades,the new types of molecular-based magnetic materials,such as single-molecule magnets(SMMs),single-chain magnets(SCMs) and other molecular magnet with slow magnetic relaxation,have been extensively studied due to their unique potential applications for molecular devices,high density information storage,and quantum *** which,the cyanide-bridged magnetic coordination complexes have always been given intense attention because not only of their various structure types ranging from OD cluster to 3 D network but also more importantly of their interesting magnetic properties mediated by the cyanide bridge between the homo-or hetero-paramagnetic metal ions.[1-3]For the synthesis of the low-dimensional cyanide-bridged complexes with desirable molecular structures,several effect factors such as the number and the position of cyanide groups,the number and the nature of charges of the cyanidecontaining building blocks,and the steric effect of the reactants must be taken into ***,the design and preparation of novel cyanide-containing building blocks of polycyanideiron(Ⅲ)[Fe(L)(CN)](L represents blocking ligand),which can play an important role in the synthesis of cyanide-bridged molecular magnetic materials,has become practical idea in cyanide-bridged magnetic field.A new pentacyanometallate structurally characterized as 1 D coordination polymer,which is with the excellent potential to act as building block to assemble cyanide-bridged magnetic complexes,has been prepared.

The already sizable field of metalrganic framework(MOF) chemistry continues to expand at a remarkable pace,in part because of the seemingly limitless number of potential structures,but also because of myriad potential *** among these applications is chemical *** zeolites(by far the most widely used catalysts industrially) MOFs promise catalysis-friendly features such as large internal surface areas,extensive micro-and/or mesoporosity,and crystallographically well-defined cavities and portals of molecular *** addition,because they enlist the chemistry of carbon they offer enormous tunability with respect to chemical functionality and *** seemingly attractive would be MOFs containing metalloporphyrins,as metalated porphyrins and their congeners are ubiquitous in metallo-enzymology,functioning,for example,as the key active sites in a range of oxidases,peroxidases,isomerases,dehalogenases,and transferases.1-3 Indeed,one of the earliest intentional attempts(Robson and co-workers) to create a crystalline and permanently microporous MOF utilized copper porphyrins as building ***,only one has been shown to be both catalytically competent and porous with respect to chemical reactants,despite of the fact that many two-or three-dimensional porphyrinic MOFs have been ***,we report a new nickel porphyrin-based metal organic framework,which has been preliminarily proven an active catalysis for some specific organic reactions.

Because the molecule-based magnetic materials can provide fundamental insight into interesting magnetic phenomena and are with potential application in magnetic devices,the molecular magnetism has always been a frontier research area during the past decade. Among which,due to the excellent magnetic transferring ability between the paramagnetic metal centers and the comparatively easy prediction of the magnetic coupling nature mediated by the cyanide bridge,the cyanide-bridged magnetic complexes have been given intense attention in the molecular magnetism field,and such intention have also led to many progress in this field.[1-3]The polyaza macrocyclic ligands with some rigid character obtained by condensation of 2,6-diacetylpyridine and polyamine,which are usually coordinated to the equatorial plane of metal ions with only two trans replaceable sites weakly bonded to other ligands,have been proved to be good ancillary ligands to assemble low-dimensional structural cyanide-bridged *** incorporating 3 d paramagnetic metal ions Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),*** these types of macrocyclic ligands,a few of low-dimensional magnetic complexes with interesting magnetic properties have been *** two-dimensional cyanide-bridged Fe-Ni coordination polymer has been successfully prepared with the polyaza macrocyclic compound[Ni(L)](Scheme 1) as assemble segment,and structurally and magnetically characterized.

失效模式与影响分析(Failure modes and effects analysis,FMEA)是一种重要的设计评审和可靠性评估手段,但传统FMEA是非形式化的,分析烦琐且容易出错。将形式化技术引入机电系统FMEA,提出基于模型检测的机电系统FMEA方法。基于机电系统中的状态和事件,研究机电系统行为过程的形式化建模,针对单元失效建立面向FMEA的系统形式化模型;基于计算树逻辑(Computation tree logic,CTL)对机电系统的潜在故障进行形式化规约,并以潜在故障的否定命题构建待验证的系统行为属性;借助于模型检测工具遍历系统状态空间来检验系统是否满足行为属性,从而辨识系统单元失效与系统潜在故障之间的关系,实现基于模型检测的机电系统FMEA;将上述方法应用到数控机床进给系统,通过模型检测成功辨识出限位开关失效所导致的系统故障,验证了该方法的可行性。

Statistical characteristics of spray autoignition of transient kerosene jet in cross flow

To study statistical characteristics of the random spray autoignition,aviation kerosene was injected transiently into non-vitiated air crossflow in a flow reactor with optical *** operating conditions were relevant to gas turbine combustor:the air crossflow pressure and temperature were in the range of 1.4-1.7 MPa and 830-947 K,respectively,and the jet-tocrossflow momentum flux ratios were 20,50 and *** distributions of random ignition delay times with adequate convergence were estimated based on *** dependences of the distributions on reactor pressure,temperature,and jet-to-crossflow momentum flux ratio were *** results show that the resulting distributions appear more concentrated with the increase of air temperature or jet-to-crossflow momentum flux *** then the correlations for the mean and standard deviation of the ignition delay time sample data were developed based on the present *** with the correlations of ignition delay time of homogeneous premixed gas-phase kerosene/air mixture reported in the literature,the results show a greater significance pressure dependence and lower temperature sensitivity of the ignition delay time of nonpremixed kerosene spray.

BACKGROUND： Cortical motor neurons, also known as upper motor neurons, are large projection neurons whose axons convey signals to lower motor neurons to control the muscle movements. Degeneration of cortical motor neuron axons is implicated in several debilitating disorders including hereditary spastic paraplegia （HSP）. Since the discovery of the first HSP gene, SPASTthat encodes spastin, over 70 distinct genetic loci associated with HSP have been identified. How the mutations of these functionally diverse genes result in axonal degeneration and why certain axons are affected in HSP remain largely unknown. The development of induced pluripotent stem cell （iPSC） technology has provided researchers an excellent resource to generate patient-specific human neurons to model human neuropathological processes including axonal defects. METHODS： In this article, we will first review the pathology and pathways affected in the common forms of liSP subtypes by searching the PubMed database. We will then summarize the findings and insights gained from studies using iPSC-based models, and discuss challenges and future directions. RESULTS： HSPs, a heterogeneous group of genetic neurodegenerative disorders, exhibit similar pathological changes that result from retrograde axonal degeneration of cortical motor neurons. Recently, iPSCs have been generated from several common forms of HSP including SPG4, SPG3A, and SPG11 patients. Neurons derived from HSP iPSCs exhibit impaired neurite outgrowth, increased axonal swellings, and reduced axonal transport, recapitulating disease-specific axonal defects. CONCLUSIONS： These patient-derived neurons offer a unique tool to study the pathogenic mechanisms and explore the treatments for rescuing axonal defects in HSP, as well as other diseases involving axonopathy.
