A total of 10 specimens of Alcyonacea corals were collected at depths ranging from 905 m to 1633 m by the manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi during two cruises in the South China Sea(SCS).Based on mitochondrial genomic characteristics,morphological examination,and sclerite scanning electron microscopy,the samples were categorized into four suborders(Calcaxonia,Holaxonia,Scleraxonia,and Stolonifera),and identified as 9 possible new cold-water coral *** of GC-skew dissimilarity,phylogenetic distance,and average nucleotide identity(ANI)revealed a slow evolutionary rate for the octocoral mitochondrial *** nonsynonymous(Ka)to synonymous(Ks)substitution ratio(Ka/Ks)suggested that the 14 protein-coding genes(PCGs)were under purifying selection,likely due to specific deep-sea environmental *** analysis of the median Ka/Ks values of five gene families and environmental factors indicated that the genes encoding cytochrome b(cyt b)and DNA mismatch repair protein(mutS)may be influenced by environmental factors in the context of deep-sea species *** study highlights the slow evolutionary pace and adaptive mechanisms of deep-sea corals.

Big Data Access Control Mechanism Based on Two-Layer Permission Decision Structure

Big data resources are characterized by large scale, wide sources, and strong dynamics. Existing access controlmechanisms based on manual policy formulation by security experts suffer from drawbacks such as low policymanagement efficiency and difficulty in accurately describing the access control policy. To overcome theseproblems, this paper proposes a big data access control mechanism based on a two-layer permission decisionstructure. This mechanism extends the attribute-based access control (ABAC) model. Business attributes areintroduced in the ABAC model as business constraints between entities. The proposed mechanism implementsa two-layer permission decision structure composed of the inherent attributes of access control entities and thebusiness attributes, which constitute the general permission decision algorithm based on logical calculation andthe business permission decision algorithm based on a bi-directional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) neuralnetwork, respectively. The general permission decision algorithm is used to implement accurate policy decisions,while the business permission decision algorithm implements fuzzy decisions based on the business *** BiLSTM neural network is used to calculate the similarity of the business attributes to realize intelligent,adaptive, and efficient access control permission decisions. Through the two-layer permission decision structure,the complex and diverse big data access control management requirements can be satisfied by considering thesecurity and availability of resources. Experimental results show that the proposed mechanism is effective andreliable. In summary, it can efficiently support the secure sharing of big data resources.

Self-powered ultraviolet photodetectors(UVPDs)provide great possibility for the next-generation energy conservation optical communication technology;while the high photodetection performance at zero bias is still a tremendous ***,ntype GaN film with Si-doping concentration of~1018cm^(-3)and p-type organic PEDOT:PSS were adopted to construct a planar hybrid heterojunction via the simple spin-coating *** from typical type-Ⅱenergy band alignment and giant photovoltaic effect at GaN/PEDOT:PSS inorganic-organic interface,the fabricated UVPD achieved excellent self-powered photoelectrical properties in dual-band with large R of 0.96 A/W(2.8 A/W),superior D*of 5.7×1012Jones(1.7×10^(13)Jones),prominent EQE of 325%(1371%),high on/off ratio of 9.65×10^(3)(6.15×10^(3))and fast rise/decay time of 60.7/124.5 ms(30.9/26.7 ms)for UVA(UVC)band,as well as outstanding UV/visible rejection ratio and great detection *** as an optical signal receiver,this designed self-powered UVPD decoded a message of“NJUPT”from a simple optical communication *** results open a new avenue for GaN/PEDOT:PSS heterojunction in UV communications and related applications.

A growing body of evidence suggests that the gut microbiota contributes to the development of neurodegenerative diseases via the microbiota-gut-brain *** a contributing factor,microbiota dysbiosis always occurs in pathological changes of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,and amyotrophic lateral ***-throughput sequencing technology has helped to reveal that the bidirectional communication between the central nervous system and the enteric nervous system is facilitated by the microbiota’s diverse microorganisms,and for both neuroimmune and neuroendocrine ***,we summarize the bioinformatics analysis and wet-biology validation for the gut metagenomics in neurodegenerative diseases,with an emphasis on multi-omics studies and the gut *** pathogen-associated signaling biomarkers for identifying brain disorders and potential therapeutic targets are also ***,we discuss the role of diet,prebiotics,probiotics,postbiotics and exercise interventions in remodeling the microbiome and reducing the symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases.

GRB 210323A: Signature of Long-lasting Lifetime of Supra-massive Magnetar as the Central Engine from the Merger of Binary Neutron Star

Theoretically,a supra-massive neutron star or magnetar may be formed after the merger of binary neutron ***210323A is a short-duration gamma-ray burst （GRB） with a duration of lasting～1 *** light curve of the prompt emission of GRB 210323A shows a signal-peaked structure and a cutoff power-law model can adequately fit the spectra with Ep=1826±*** interestingly,it has an extremely long-lasting plateau emission in the X-ray afterglow with a duration of～10～4s,and then follows a rapid decay with a decay slope～*** temporal feature is challenging by invoking the external shock *** this paper,we suggest that the observed long-lasting X-ray plateau emission is caused by the energy injection of dipole radiation from supra-massive magnetar,and the abrupt decay following the longlasting X-ray plateau emission is explained by supra-massive magnetar collapsing into a black *** is the short GRB（SGRB） with the longest X-ray internal plateau emission powered by a supra-massive neutron *** this is the case,one can estimate the physical parameters of a supra-massive magnetar,and compare with other *** also discuss the possible gravitational-wave emission,which is powered by a supra-massive magnetar and its detectability,and the possible kilonova emission,which is powered by r-process and magnetar spin-down to compare with the observed data.
