背景:成纤维细胞生长因子受体2(FGFR2)改变已成为治疗肝内胆管癌的潜在希望靶点。Futibatinib是新一代、共价结合的FGFR1-4抑制剂,已被证明对FCFR改变的肿瘤患者具有抗肿瘤活性,并对与ATP竞争性FGFR抑制剂相关的获得性耐药突变具有很强的临床前活性。方法:该项多国、开放标签、单臂、2期的研究招募了无法切除或转移性的、FGFR2融合阳性或FCFR2重排阳性的肝内胆管癌患者,这些患者既往接受过一种或多种系统治疗(排除FGFR抑制剂)后疾病进展。

Radiofrequency ablation in the management of primary hepatic and biliary tumors

In the United States,80%-90%of primary hepatic tumors are hepatocellular carcinomas and 10%-15%are cholangiocarcinomas(CCA),both with high mortality rate,particularly CCA,which portends a worse *** management with surgery has good outcomes in appropriately selected patients;however,novel ablative treatment options have emerged,such as radiofrequency ablation(RFA),which can improve the prognosis of both hepatic and biliary *** is aimed to generate an area of necrosis within the targeted tissue by applying thermal therapy via an electrode,with a goal to completely eradicate the tumor while preserving surrounding healthy *** of RFA in management of hepatic and biliary tumors forms the focus of our current mini-review article.

Role of intraluminal brachytherapy in palliation of biliary obstruction in cholangiocarcinoma:A brief review

Surgery is the only curative treatment for cholangiocarcinoma. However, mostpatients present with advanced disease, and hence are unresectable. Thus, theintent of treatment shifts from curative to palliative in the majority of *** drainage with intraluminal brachytherapy is an effective means ofrelieving the malignant biliary obstruction. In this review, we discuss the role ofbrachytherapy in the palliation of obstructive symptoms in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
