本文对热电子发射中应用单原子层和偶极子理论作了分析和批判。我们认为:1.单原子层的存在不是无条件的,它与基底的温度、结构、纯度和外界真空度都有关系;2.关于时而能、时而又不能观察到的电子发射峰值,是一个有待于进一步明确的现象,不能简单地用单原子层和偶极子理论来解释;3.吸附了外界原子或分子使电子发射增加的事实,并不是由于偶极矩降低了基底的逸出功,发射的电子来源于被吸附物质的价电子;4.实验证明“l.阴极是Ba-O-W系统,它既不是单原子层,也不是单分子层,也不适用偶极子理论。

荔枝蝽象的化学不育试验

在广东省,荔枝蝽象（Tessaratoma papil.osa Drury）雄虫生殖细胞对噻（口替）派（硫代三乙烯磷胺）的不育作用有二个敏感期,即生殖细胞受伤害的敏感期和对显性致死突变诱发的敏感期。这二个敏感期分别在7月中旬和翌年2月中旬,只有在生殖细胞对显性致死突变诱发的敏感期对荔枝蝽象雄虫进行不育处理才有实际意义。2月中旬被0.6％噻（口替）派水溶液浸渍的雄虫和正常雌虫配对后,卵的不孵化率达99.5％。2月中旬被哔噻兹[P,P-双（1-氮丙啶基）-N-甲基硫代磷酰胺]熏蒸2.6小时后再被0.2％噻（口替）派水溶液浸渍的雄虫和正常雌虫配对后,卵的不孵化率为99.3％。这二种处理方法对雄虫的交配竞争能力和死亡率基本没有影响。雄虫被0.6％噻（口替）派水溶液浸渍后24小时才出现较大的不育效应。进行不育雄虫大笼（2.2×2.2×3M3）释放试验,当不育雄虫、正常雄虫和正常雌虫的比例为80:10:10时,上述二种方法处理的不育雄虫分别导致94.4％和96.5％的卵不孵化率。初步观察到不育卵对跳小蜂（Ooencyrtus sp.）的产卵量和羽化率没有影响。上面试验结果表明,在华南地区应用不育剂防治荔枝蝽象看来是一种有希望的方法。扫描电子显微镜观察2月中旬0.4％噻（口替）派水溶液浸渍的雄虫的贮精囊中精子,发现精子密度降低、排列不整齐。浸渍雄虫的噻(?

为了能够从反针资杆同时得到体波速度和界面的三维结构,发展了一种用计算机处理的地震县析方法.这种介质由一些任意连续的三维弯曲界面的层组成,而这些界面把具有不同声学特性的均匀物质分隔成层.界面用一个多项式曲面表示. 恨定弹性波在其针线路径满足斯奈尔(Snen)定律的弯曲界面上传播或反针.时每个源检对的射线追综是通过解一个非线性方程组确定的.这种三维封线追综的方法在计算许多地震射钱中是有效的,其中包括转换波和多次波. 用公式来表示一种阵尼最小二乘反演方法,并且通过使观测到的走时与计算出的走时的差减到最小值来重建界面的层速度和三维结构.从综合模型的结果看出,这些解能很快收敛于真实模型. 1984年在温哥华岛曾用这种地震层析方法取得了一条可控震源的地震剖面,这条部面是岩石圈计划的一部分.通过用标称的二维地震反射刚量中的弯曲线,我们发现这种方法讨俯冲板块底面的三维成象是非常有用的.

患SARS的医护人员中的腹泻状况调查

Background and goal. Several.known coronavirus species cause a variety of dise ases, incl.ding respiratory or enteric diseases. The purpose of this study was to investigate the interesting enteric symptoms of the medical.care workers who were evidentl. infected with SARS by means of respiratory transmission. Study: Between May 1 and June 16, 2003, we enrol.ed 16 medical.care workers who ful.il.ed the definition of probabl. SARS. Sampl.s used for the detection of coronavirus RNA by RT-PCR were col.ected from throat and rectal.swabs during acute phase. S erum anti SARS IgG was checked by enzyme l.nked immunosorbent assays at the co nval.scent phase. Resul.s: The incidence of watery diarrhea was 18.8%(3 of 16). The RT PCR of coronavirus was positive in three (18.8%) of 16 throat swabs an d in none (0%) of seven rectal.swabs. Serum anti coronavirus IgG was positive in 13 of the 15 patients (86.7%). The mortal.ty rate was 6.25%(1 of 16). The d iarrhea rate in our hospital.was significantl. l.wer in comparison with the 73% (55 of 75) of the Amoy Gardens outbreak in Hong Kong (P = 0.000073), and simil.r to the 19.6%(27 of 138) of the hospital.acquired outbreak in the Prince of Wa l.s Hospital.in Hong Kong (P= 0.798). In contrast to the high positive rate of f eces RT-PCR (97%)in Amoy Gardens, our positive rate in rectal.swab RT PCT (0 %) was significantl. l.wer (P = 0.00000002). Concl.sions: Hospital.acquired SA RS cases infected mainl. by respiratory route l.ss commonl. presented with diarr hea. l.wer intestinal.viral.l.ad, when the virus spread by respiratory route, may be contributive to l.wer diarrhea rate and l.wer positive rate in rectal.swab RT-PCR.

Technical.chal.enges have obstructed the diagnosis and treatment of smal. inte stine disease. An innovative form of enteroscopy -the doubl. bal.oon method -p ermits visual.zation of the compl.te smal. intestine, to-and-fro examination o f an area of interest, and biopsy and endoscopic procedures which are safer, fas ter, and l.ss painful.than earl.er methods. From October 2003 to May 2004, a tot al.of 10 patients with obscure gastrointestinal.bl.eding received 12 enteroscopi c examinations, 8 per oral.and 4 per rectal.examinations, whil. 2 patients recei ved per oral.enteroscopy first and further per rectal.procedures 2 days l.ter. T wo cases with intestinal.submucosal.tumors were discovered by per oral.enterosco py, one with a 5cm SMT with reddish mucosa at the jejunum and another with a 4cm SMT and surface ul.eration, in which the biopsy showed GIST. Both patients rece ived an operation l.ter. Four patients were found to have intestinal.angiodyspl. sia in jejunum( per oral. and one in il.um(per rectal.,and after l.cal.therapy b l.eding stopped. Mul.ipl. angiodyspl.sias were observed in a patient who was ope rated on for active bl.eding from the il.um after Indian ink tattooing. The two patients who received per oral.and per rectal.procedures did not displ.y definit e smal. intestinal.l.sions. Al. patients underwent the procedures satisfactoril. without any compl.cations, and the examination times varied from 90 to 360 min. Doubl. bal.oon enteroscopy permits deep insertion of an endoscope into the smal.l.intestine without excessive stretching of the intestinal.tract. This method ca n use either an oral.or an anal.approach. To-and-fro observation of al.ost the compl.te smal. intestine is possibl., as are interventions.
