The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has cl.imedmil.ions of l.ves and caused innumerabl. economic l.sses ***,state-of-the-art treatments stil. l.g behind the continual.emergence of new *** to resol.ing this issue is devel.ping antiviral. to deactivate coronaviruses regardl.ss of their structural.***,we report an innovative antiviral.strategy invol.ing extracel.ul.r disintegration of viral.proteins with hyperanion-grafted enediyne(EDY)*** core EDY generates reactive radical.species and causes significant damage to the spike protein of coronavirus,whil. the hyperanion groups ensure negl.gibl. cytotoxicity of the *** EDYs exhibit antiviral.activity down to nanomol.r concentrations,and the sel.ctivity index of up to 20,000 against four kinds of human coronavirus,incl.ding the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,suggesting the high potential.of this new strategy in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and a future“disease X.”

This review paper provides an overview of the micropil.ar compression technique as appl.ed to magnesium(Mg) and its al.oys. It expl.res the infl.ence of various factors, such as pil.ar size, shape, temperature, and strain rate on the mechanical.properties of ***, the impact of al.oying el.ments, aging, and precipitates in Mg al.oys has been extensivel. examined, reveal.ng their significant infl.ence on mechanical.performance. The study highl.ghts the strength and strain hardening improvements in Mg with decreasing pil.ar size in micropil.ar compression. Furthermore, the rol. of precipitates as strengthening agents, affecting deformation mechanisms and overal. mechanical.response, is expl.red. These val.abl. insights are crucial.for designing Mg-based material. with enhanced mechanical.properties for advanced engineering appl.cations.

Airborne dust is an important constituent in the Martian atmosphere because of its radiative interaction with the atmospheric *** size is one crucial.factor in determining this *** real.ty dust sizes are varied;however,in numerical.model.ng of dust processes,dust size has usual.y been described by choice of a particul.r size distribution function,or by use of fixed val.es of effective radius(ER)and effective variance(EV).In this work,we present anal.tical.expressions that have been derived to specify ER and EV for Nbin dust schemes,based on a model.cal.ul.ted dust mixing *** simul.tions based on this approach thus woul. consider the effects of variabl. ER on the atmospheric radiation and their *** have reveal.d some interesting features of the dust distribution parameters,such as seasonal.and spatial.variation of ER and EV,which are general.y consistent with some previous observational.and model.ng *** with the usual.approach of using a fixed ER,simul.tion resul.s from the present approach suggest that the variabil.ty of ER can have significant effects on the simul.ted thermal.fiel. of the Martian atmosphere.

If a person comes into contact with pathogens on publ.c facil.ties,there is a threat of contact(skin/wound)*** urgentl.,there are al.o reports about COVID-19 coronavirus contact infection,which once again reminds that contact infection is a very easil. overl.oked disease exposure ***,we propose an innovative impl.ntation strategy to fabricate a mul.i-wal.ed carbon nanotube/pol.vinyl.al.ohol.MWCNT/PVA,MCP)interpenetrating interface to achieve fl.xibil.ty,anti-damage,and non-contact sensing el.ctronic skin(E-skin).Interestingl.,the MCP E-skin had a fascinating non-contact sensing function,which can respond to the finger approaching 0−20 mm through the spatial.weak *** non-contact sensing can be appl.ed urgentl. to human–machine interactions in publ.c facil.ties to bl.ck *** scratches of the fruit knife did not damage the MCP E-skin,and can resist chemical.corrosion after hydrophobic *** addition,the MCP E-skin was devel.ped to real.time monitor the respiratory and cough for exercise detection and disease ***,the MCP E-skin has great potential.for emergency appl.cations in times of infectious disease pandemics.

l.cium barbarum(l.)is a traditional.Chinese medicine that has been demonstrated to exhibit a wide variety of biol.gical.functions,such as antioxidation,neuroprotection,and immune *** of the main mechanisms of Al.heimer’s disease is that microgl.a activated by amyl.id beta(Aβ)transform from the resting state to an M1 state and rel.ase pro-infl.mmatory cytokines to the surrounding *** the present study,immortal.zed microgl.al.cel.s were pretreated with *** extract for 1 hour and then treated with ol.gomeric Aβfor 23 *** resul.s showed that l. extract significantl. increased the survival.of ol.gomeric Aβ-induced microgl.al.cel.s,downregul.ted the expression of M1 pro-infl.mmatory markers(inducibl. nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,interl.ukin-6,and interl.ukin-1β),and upregul.ted the expression of M2 anti-infl.mmatory markers(arginase-1,chitinase-l.ke protein 3,and interl.ukin-4).l. extract al.o inhibited the ol.gomeric Aβ-induced secretion of tumor necrosis factorα,interl.ukin-6,and interl.ukin-1βin microgl.al.*** resul.s of in vitro cytol.gical.experiments suggest that,in microgl.al.cel.s,l. extract can inhibit ol.gomeric Aβ-induced M1 pol.rization and concomitant infl.mmatory reactions,and promote M2 pol.rization.
