The coexistence of coronary artery disease(CAD)and atrial fibrillation(AF)is common in clinical *** with CAD require antiplatelet therapy to reduce the occurrence of myocardial ischemic ***,patients with AF at high risk of thromboembolism require oral anticoagulants to reduce the occurrence of thromboembolic events such as *** cases where CAD coexists with AF,the combined use of antiplatelet and anticoagulation therapy can effectively reduce the risk of ischemic and thromboembolic events but increase the risk of bleeding at the same *** optimal antithrombotic regimen in patients with both CAD and AF has been controversial in clinical *** recent years,the expert consensuses on antithrombotic therapy in patients with AF presenting with acute coronary syndrome and/or undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention have been successively released in Europe and North America,and have been updated in a timely *** contrast,the guidelines on antithrombotic therapies in China are *** on published clinical evidence,this consensus incorporated relevant international and chinese guidelines,consensuses,and expert recommendations,and addressed the issues encountered in the clinical practice of antithrombotic therapy in patients with AF and different types of *** current guideline is of great significance to guide treatment in patients with both CAD and AF in China.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of mortality in *** prevention of cardiovascular disease with a focus on lifestyle intervention and risk factor control has been shown to effectively delay or prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular *** promote a healthy lifestyle and enhance the detection,diagnosis,and treatment of cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension,dyslipidemia,and diabetes,and to improve the overall capacity of primary prevention of cardiovascular disease,the chinese society of cardiology of chinese medical association has collaborated with multiple societies to summarize and evaluate the latest evidence with reference to relevant guidelines and subsequently to develop recommendations for primary cardiovascular disease prevention in chinese *** guideline consists of 10 sections:introduction,methodology for developing the guideline,epidemiology of cardiovascular disease in China and challenges in primary prevention,general recommendations for primary prevention,assessment of cardiovascular risk,lifestyle intervention,blood pressure control,lipid management,management of type 2 diabetes,and use of *** promulgation and implementation of this guideline will play a key role in promoting the practice of primary prevention for cardiovascular disease in China.

免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)通过激活机体免疫系统抵御肿瘤细胞, 目前已成为多种恶性肿瘤的重要治疗手段。但其使用过程中可能发生多种不同类型的皮肤不良反应, 包括斑丘疹、瘙痒、水疱病变、色素减退和脱发等, 严重者出现类似Steven-Johnson综合征/中毒性表皮坏死松解症(SJS/TEN)样表现。这些ICIs相关皮肤相关不良反应(cirAEs)发生率高, 严重影响患者的生活质量和医师的治疗决策, 部分严重的皮肤不良反应(SCARs)甚至危及生命。为此, 中华医学会皮肤性病学分会、中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会、中国老年医学学会皮肤医学分会和其他相关领域的专家共同讨论并制订了《免疫检查点抑制剂相关皮肤不良反应诊治中国专家共识(2024版)》。此共识包括cirAEs的命名与流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、分类分级、诊断依据、治疗策略与ICIs的重启治疗等, 旨在为中国cirAEs的诊治提供更科学、更权威的参考依据。

The role of chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in China becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, chinese society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements,[1-7] domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 chinese consensus on IBD management.[8] The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.
