The chinese society of critical care medicine(CSCCM)has developed clinical practice guidelines for nutrition assessment and monitoring for patients in adult intensive care units(ICUs)in *** guideline focuses on nutrition evaluation and metabolic monitoring to achieve optimal and personalized nutrition therapy for critically ill *** guideline was developed by experts in critical care medicine and evidence-based medicine methodology and was developed after a thorough review of the system and a summary of relevant trials or studies published from 2000 to July 2023.A total of 18 recommendations were formed and consensus was reached through discussions and reviews by expert groups in critical care medicine,parenteral and enteral nutrition,and *** recommendations are based on currently available evidence and cover several key fields,including screening and assessment,evaluation and assessment of enteral feeding intolerance,metabolic and nutritional measurement and monitoring during nutrition therapy,and organ function evaluation related to nutrition *** question was analyzed according to the Population,Intervention,Comparison,and Outcome(PICO)*** addition,interpretations were provided for four questions that did not reach a consensus but may have potential clinical and research *** plan is to update this nutrition assessment and monitoring guideline using the international guideline update method within 3–5 years.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

影像引导下肿瘤冷冻消融治疗以其精准、微创、示踪性好、消融范围可控、存在免疫诱导效应等优势获得广泛应用。但在消融过程中存在皮肤冻伤、低体温、冷休克等并发症,严重时甚至可发生急性肾功能衰竭以及死亡。影像引导肿瘤消融治疗的围手术期护理可防治术中、术后并发症,提升患者围手术期的安全性及舒适度。中国抗癌协会肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会、中国医药教育协会介入微创治疗专业委员会邀请全国介入领域专家共同讨论,制定了该共识,以期在推广的同时获得持续改进。
