This paper is devoted to study of an iterative procedure for domain decomposition method of second order elliptic problem with mixed boundary conditions (i.e., Dirichlet condition on a part of boundary and Neumann condition on the another part of boundary). For the pure Dirichlet problem, Marini and Quarteroni [3], [4] considered a similar approach, which is extended to more complex problem in this paper.

目的检测急性缺血性脑卒中患者肠道大肠杆菌浓度,分析大肠杆菌与脑卒中患者短期预后的关系。方法选取2022年3~12月徐州医科大学第二附属医院收治的老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者75例,根据患者3个月后改良Rankin量表评分分为预后良好组47例和预后不良组28例。采用多因素logistic回归分析影响脑卒中患者预后的因素,采用ROC曲线分析大肠杆菌水平对脑卒中患者短期预后不良的预测价值。结果预后不良组入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、大肠杆菌浓度[log(CFU/g)]水平显著高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,NIHSS评分(OR=1.302,95%CI:1.077~1.573,P=0.006)和大肠杆菌浓度(OR=2.803,95%CI:1.454~5.404,P=0.002)是急性缺血性脑卒中患者短期预后不良的独立危险因素。ROC曲线分析结果显示,大肠杆菌的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.758,NIHSS评分的AUC为0.718,大肠杆菌含量联合NIHSS评分的AUC为0.818。结论肠道中大肠杆菌浓度、NIHSS评分可能与急性老年缺血性脑卒中患者预后不良相关,肠道中大肠杆菌浓度越大,神经功能恢复情况可能更差,影响患者的短期预后。

The latitudinal dependence of the westward drift in the main geomagnetic field is examined by using the correlation analysis of moving random pattern. The study reveals the characteristics in the differential rotation of the main field. The results show that the global geomagnetic field drifts westward with an average speed of 0.18/a during 1900—2000. The westward drift rate is not symmetrical with re-spect to the equator. The maximum westward drift rate, 0.31/a, occurs at the latitude j = -15? forming a Rapid Westward Drift Belt (RDB) around this latitude. Going northward and southward from this belt, the drift rate de-creases and reaches the minimum (0.12/a) at j = 50?and the minimum (0.14/a) at j = -56? forming a Northern Hemi-sphere Slow Westward Drift Belt (N-SDB) and a Southern Hemisphere Slow Westward Drift Belt (S-SDB). Three phases can be detected in the evolution of the westward drift. In the first phase (1900—1940), the RDB dominates the global drift pattern. The westward drifts in this belt are much faster than those in other areas. In the second phase (1940—1960), the drift rates in the RDB are less than those in the first phase, while the drifts in the N-SDB and S-SDB are relatively large. In this phase, the differential rotation becomes less obvious. In the third phase (1960—2000), the westward drift in the RDB increases again and the differen-tial rotation gradually becomes apparent.

Using five well-replicated Qilian juniper (Sabina przewalskii Kom.) tree-ring width index se- ries, monthly normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) of grassland, and climatic data from 1982 to 2001, the relationships between tree-ring width index, NDVI of grassland, and climatic data were analyzed firstly. Then, the relationship between tree-ring width index and NDVI of grassland was explored. The re- sults showed that: (1) Temperature and precipitation in June influenced tree-ring width index and NDVI of grassland deeply in Delingha. (2) There were sig- nificant relationships between five tree-ring width index series (DLH1-DLH5) and monthly NDVI of grassland from June to September, with the most significant relationship being between tree-ring width index series and NDVI of grassland in August. (3) The PC1 (the first principal component derived from DLH1-DLH5 series) exhibited good agreement with monthly NDVI of grassland in the grass growth sea- son (from June to September) and the averaged NDVI in the growth season, which was attributed to their common responses to water-supply limit in Delingha. This study may allow an increase in studying the past dynamics of grassland in Delingha in that the variation of grassland NDVI during the last millennium has been reconstructed from PC1.

本研究基于积极心理学的三支柱理论,探索课堂环境、二语坚毅对英语学业成绩的预测作用以及学业情绪(包括二语愉悦、焦虑和无聊)在其中的中介作用。共267名本土初三英语学习者参与问卷调查,研究结果采用结构方程模型方法分析。结果显示,课堂环境、二语坚毅对英语学业成绩无直接预测作用,但通过上述情绪间接预测英语学业成绩。其中,愉悦起正向中介作用,焦虑和无聊起负向中介作用。研究结果为更好了解积极心理学的三大支柱之间的关系提供实证依据,为提升学生的英语课堂体验和学习成效带来实践启示。

猴痘(Mpox)是一种由猴痘病毒(MPXV)感染引起的疾病,目前国际上没有针对猴痘病毒的特异性治疗药物,应用的抗病毒药物及疫苗既往主要用于治疗和预防天花等正痘病毒属相关疾病,抗病毒药物主要包括特考韦瑞、西多福韦、布林西多福韦等;疫苗主要使用ACAM2000、MVA-BN、LC16等,能够较好治疗和预防猴痘疾病的发生与发展。在无特效药物且无更有效、更安全疫苗的前提下,这些药物与疫苗可在早期治疗及预防中应用,以缓解猴痘病毒带来的临床症状,降低重症率和死亡率。本文从作用机制、临床试验、安全性等方面对抗病毒药物及疫苗进行论述,以期为我国猴痘的治疗和预防提供参考。

The Late Neoproterozoic-early Palaeozoic suture zones within the Central Orogenic Belt of China can be considered a system—the Kunlun-Qilian-Qinling suture system (KQQ suture system). It is basically divided into the western, central and eastern sectors. The western sector consists of the Küda-Subashi suture zone, the Mazar-Kangxiwar suture and the central West Kunlun microblock. The central sector covers the following five suture zones: the Altun, North Qilian, Qaidam northern marginal, Qimantag-Wutuo and east Kunlun southern marginal sutures, in addition to some microblocks such as the mid-south Qilian, Qaidam, Ayakkum and Maqen microblocks. The eastern sector is composed of the Shangdan suture zone, Mianlüe suture zone and central Qinling-Dabie microblock. The KQQ suture system experienced (1) extending-rifting of the Rodinia super-continent in the early-middle Sinian (～780–600 Ma); (2) the formation and evolution of the KQQ archipelagic ocean during the Late Sinian-Ordovician (～600–440 Ma), and (3) closing of the KQQ ocean and forming of the KQQ suture system during the Late Ordovician—early Silurian (～440–400 Ma). As a system comprising many suture zones and microblocks, the KQQ suture system constitutes the foundation of the Central Orogenic Belt of China.

Anti-implantation effect of droloxifene in rats and its relationship with anti-estrogenic activity

Aim: To investigate the anti-implantation effect of droloxifene and study the possible relationship between the anti-estrogenic activity of droloxifene and its antiimplantation effect. Methods: Pregnant rats were treated orally with droloxifene at 10:00 AM on d 2 at doses of 1.25-20 mg/kg to observe anti-implantation effects, and then doses of 14 mg/kg or 2.5 mg/kg were given at different time on d 2 to d 5 to determine the optimal administration time for anti-implantation effects. Pregnant rats were treated with a combination of droloxifene (2.5 mg/kg, ig) and e2 (0.5-8.0μg/kg, sc) on the optimal administration time to observe the antagonistic effect of external estrogen on the anti-implantation effect of droloxifene. Serum estrogen and progesterone levels were measured by carrying out radioimmunoas says on d 1 to d 6 in droloxifene-treated and control rats to determine the surge time for nidatory estrogen and the effect of droloxifene on ovary function. Results: Droloxifene has anti-implantation effects in rats. The optimal oral administration time was at 22:00 PM on d 4, which was after the surge time for nidatory estrogen (on d 4 at 10:00 AM). This suggests that the anti-implantation effect of droloxifene is not attributable to antagonism of the surge in secretion of nidatory estrogen. external estrogen did not antagonize the anti-implantation effect of droloxifene. Droloxifene had no effect on the serum levels of estrogen and progesterone on d 5 or d 6 when administered on d 4 at 22:00 PM. Conclusion: Droloxifene has an anti-implantation effect in rats, and the effect appears to be not completely due to its anti-estrogenic activity.

The diploid Oryza species with C-genome type possesses abundant genes useful for rice improvement and provides parental donors of many tetraploid species with the C-genome(BBCC,CCDD).Despite extensive studies,the phylogenetic relationship among the C-genome species and the taxonomic status of some taxa remain *** this study,we reconstructed the phylogeny of three diploid species with C-genome(Oryza officinalis,***,and ***) based on sequences of 68 nuclear single-copy *** obtained a fully resolved phylogenetic tree,clearly indicating the sister relationship of *** and ***,with *** being the more divergent *** phylogenies of the C-genome species found in previous studies might result from lineage sorting,introgression/hybridization and limited number of genetic markers *** further applied a recently developed Bayesian species delimitation method to investigate the species status of the Sri Lankan and African *** of two datasets(68 genes with a single sample,and 10 genes with multiple samples) support the distinct species status of the Sri Lankan and African *** addition,we evaluated the impact of the number of sampled individuals and loci on species *** simulation suggests that sampling multiple individuals is critically important for species delimitation,particularly for closely related species.
