在不确定性成为交通运行新常态背景下,如何在抑制风险的前提下,提升城际出行韧性,掌握需求侧城际出行波动的时空格局对韧性交通建设具有重要意义。文章界定了城际出行韧性内涵,基于长时间序列城际出行数据和扰动事件一般属性构建了城际出行韧性测度模型,并以COVID-19扰动为案例,揭示了COVID-19三年以来的城际出行适应性格局与韧性时空格局规律。研究表明:1)兼顾季节性与节假日趋势所构建的城际出行韧性评估方法可以很好地揭示扰动事件影响下的城际出行波动时空格局。2)COVID-19疫情对城际出行的影响程度表现为全国大流行高峰期>奥密克戎高峰期>多点波动高峰期。城际出行强度随距离增加呈线性衰减趋势,每增加50 km的距离,3个阶段的城际出行分别要多损失0.86、1.03、1.15个百分点。3)全国大流行、多点波动和奥密克戎3个阶段居民城际出行平均距离分别缩短了52.55、65.31、105.16 km。4)城际出行韧性呈现多点波动时期>奥密克戎暴发时期>全国大流行时期,在时序上表现出城际出行韧性逐渐增加的趋势。同时,3阶段的城际出行韧性在空间上亦明显呈现出差异化空间分异和区域集聚特征。

目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散引起过敏样症状的不良反应,为研究复方聚乙二醇电解质散引起过敏的机制提供参考。方法对复方聚乙二醇电解质散同时导致同父同母姐弟2例患儿过敏样反应病例进行分析,检索同类文献病例,提出用药建议。结果2例患儿服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散后同时出现过敏样症状,停用该药,给予抗过敏治疗后症状逐渐消失,分析其因果关系,同时查阅国内外相关文献和病例报告,提示2例患儿出现该不良反应与复方聚乙二醇电解质散很可能相关。结论这2例复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂过敏反应呈家族聚集性,可能与特定基因位点相关,需进一步研究其与基因分子生物学的关联。提示肠镜操作前服用复方聚乙二醇散剂进行肠道清洁时有引起过敏反应风险,需告知患者尽量避免自行服用,如出现任何不适,应立即停药及时就医。

Reef frameworks and building models of the early-Middle Permian in the eastern Kunlun Mountains have been verified through studies of reef-building communities, palaeoecology and carbonate facies. The eastern Kunlun reefs are built mainly by 6 reef-building communities, which include 11 major categories of frame-building organisms and 6 categories of reef-associated organisms. eight types of reef-frames have been distinguished and eleven kinds of rocks identified to belong to 6 reef facies. Three sorts of reefs classified by previous researchers, namely mudmounds, knoll reefs and walled reefs, are well developed in the study area. Such reef-facies association and reef distribution show that there are 4 models of reef growth and development, i.e. the tidal-bank knoll-reef model, the plateau-margin wall-reef model, the composite wall-reef model and the deep-water mudmound model. 20世纪初年,新文化同人以“白话文学”相号召,形成了现代汉语文学创作的语言基础。其时,以“冰心体”为代表的“欧化语体”因思想的优胜与形式的新颖,成为现代文学的先锋文本,在青年学生群体中广为传播,其融会口语及欧化语过程中形成的韵律不匀,被谓之为新文艺的“滥调”,是为“新文艺腔”的先声。以文言、口语、欧化语多语体杂糅而成的“新文艺腔”,通过不断的韵律试验与调适,进而融入现代白话文学创作中。从现代文学及现代汉语书面语日渐成熟的角度视之,“欧化语体”作为“历史中间物”,奠定了现代文学及现代汉语的书面语基础,成为建构现代汉语书面语的重要一翼。

目的:观察中药保留灌肠联合多西环素治疗慢性子宫内膜炎(Ce)患者的临床效果。方法:将连云港市妇幼保健院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的60例Ce患者以随机数字表法分为试验组、对照组,各30例。试验组给予中药保留灌肠联合多西环素治疗,对照组仅给予多西环素治疗,比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、子宫内膜情况、免疫组化白细胞分化抗原38(CD38)、白细胞分化抗原138(CD138)阳性率及胚胎种植成功率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Pe患者以中药保留灌肠联合多西环素治疗临床效果显著,可进一步缓解患者症状,改善子宫内膜厚度,降低免疫组化CD38、CD138阳性率,提高患者胚胎种植成功率。

Recent investigations reveal that the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic (UHPM) rocks in the Donghai region of east China underwent ductile and transitional ductile-brittle structural events during their exhumation. The earlier ductile deformation took place under the condition of amphibolite facies and the later transitional ductile-brittle deformation under the condition of greenschist facies. The hanging walls moved southeastward during both of these two events. The 40Ar/39Ar dating of muscovites from muscovite-plagioclase schists in the Haizhou phosphorous mine, which are structurally overlain by UHPM rocks, yields a plateau age of 218.0±2.9 Ma and isochron age of 219.8Ma, indicating that the earlier event of the ampibolite-facies deformation probably took place about 220 Ma ago. The 40Ar/39Ar dating of oriented amphiboles parallel to the movement direction of the hanging wall on a decollement plane yields a plateau age of 213.1±0.3 Ma and isochron age of 213.4±4.1 Ma, probably representing the age of the later event. The dating of pegmatitic biotites and K-feldspars near the decollement plane from the eastern Fangshan area yield plateau ages of 203.4±0.3 Ma, 203.6±0.4 Ma and 204.8±2.2 Ma, and isochron ages of 204.0±2.0 Ma, 200.6±3.1 Ma and 204.0±5.0 Ma, respectively, implying that the rocks in the studied area had not been cooled down to closing temperature of the dated biotites and K-feldspars until the beginning of the Jurassic (about 204 Ma). The integration of these data with previous chronological ages on the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphism lead to a new inference on the exhumation of the UHPM rocks. The UHPM rocks in the area were exhumed at the rate of 3-4 km/Ma from the mantle (about 80-100 km below the earth's surface at about 240 Ma) to the lower crust (at the depth of about 20-30km at 220 Ma), and at the rate of 1-2 km/Ma to the middle crust (at the depth of about 15 km at 213 Ma), and then at the rate of less than 1 km/Ma to the upper crust about 10 km

Introduction: Viral hepatitis B (VHL) is a public health problem, particularly in sub-Sahara Africa. The aim of this study was to assess vaccination coverage against HBV in children in Brazzaville. Patients and Methods: This was a cross-sectional analytical study conducted in Brazzaville health centres from January to September 2019. It involved children aged between six months and six years who received a vaccination against HBV. Sampling was exhaustive and based on stratified sampling. Results: The overall prevalence of children vaccinated against HBV in Brazzaville was 96.2%. It was insufficient in the Talangai health district (79%). The pentavalent vaccine was administered to 97.7% of children, 85% of whom had received all three doses. The reasons for incomplete vaccination were parents’ ignorance of HVB (85.6%) and of vaccination (14.3%). Conclusion: Although the prevalence of vaccinated children is high in Brazzaville, it is still insufficient in some health districts, particularly Talangai, because parents are unaware of the disease and of vaccination. Pentavalent is the only vaccine available in the national vaccination programme, which is why an effective national vaccination policy needs to be put in place. .

We study the delayed periodic n-species Lotka-Volterra systems where the growth rate of each species is not always positive. The sufficient conditions for the extinction that are independent of the delays are obtained. Some known results are improved and generalized. Our results suggest that under some conditions, the introduction and the variance of the time delays can be both harmless and profitless. Discussion about the effect of time delays on the extinction of the system is also advanced.
