Many ant colony routing （ACR） algorithms have been presented in recent years, but few have studied the problem that ants will get stuck with probability in any terminal host when they are searching paths to route packets around a network. The problem has to be faced when designing and implementing the ACR algorithm. This article analyzes in detail the differences between the ACR and the ant colony optimization （ACO）. besides, particular restrictions on the ACR are pointed out and the three causes of ant being-stuck problem are obtained. Furthermore, this article proposes a new ant searching mechanism through dual path-checking and online routing loop removing by every intermediate node an ant visited and the destination host respectively, to solve the problem of ant being stuck and routing loop simultaneously. The result of numerical simulation is abstracted from one real network. Compared with existing two typical ACR algorithms, it shows that the proposed algorithm can settle the problem of ant being stuck and achieve more effective searching outcome for optimization path.

This paper proposes a new and secure video encryption method based on chaotic maps in DCT domain,which is quite in keeping with the common ideas and the frequent practices of video *** select the I-frames of the video sequence as encryption objects. First,we introduce two coupling chaotic maps to scramble the DCT coefficients of every original I-frame,and receive the scrambled ***,we encrypt the DCT coefficients of the scrambled 1-frame using another chaotic *** the whole process,we use three chaotic maps and five keys;the I-frame is encrypted ***,we performed several tests and the experimental results have proved our method to be secure and efficient.

A large number of buildings were seriously damaged or collapsed in the "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake. based on field surveys and studies of damage to different types of buildings, seismic design codes have been updated. This paper briefly summarizes some of the major revisions that have been incorporated into the "Standard for classification of seismic protection of building constructions Gb50223-2008" and "Code for Seismic Design of buildings Gb50011-2001." The definition of seismic fortification class for buildings has been revisited, and as a result, the seismic classifications for schools, hospitals and other buildings that hold large populations such as evacuation shelters and information centers have been upgraded in the Gb50223-2008 Code. The main aspects of the revised Gb50011-2001 code include: (a) modification of the seismic intensity specified for the Provinces of Sichuan, Shanxi and Gansu; (b) basic conceptual design for retaining walls and building foundations in mountainous areas; (c) regularity of building configuration; (d) integration of masonry structures and precast RC floors; (e) requirements for calculating and detailing stair shafts; and (f) limiting the use of single-bay RC frame structures. Some significant examples of damage in the epicenter areas are provided as a reference in the discussion on the consequences of collapse, the importance of duplicate structural systems, and the integration of RC and masonry structures.

A study is given on the application of bP neural network (bPNN) in sensorfailure detection in control systems, and on the networ architecture desgn, the redun-dancy,the quickness and the insensitivity to sensor noise of the bPNN based sensor detec-tion methed. besules, an exploration is made into tbe factors accounting for the quality ofsignal recovery for failed sensor using bPNN. The results reveal clearly that bPNN can besuccessfully used in sensor failure detection and data recovery.

Owing to the adaptability to large scale processing,excellent composition control and film uniformity,the metal-organic chemical vapor deposition（MOCVD） technique is a promising process for high-temperature superconductor Yba;Cu;O;（YbCO） *** this technique,the evaporation characteristics and thermostability of adopted precursors in whole process will decide the quality and reproducible results of YbCO *** the present report,bis（2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionato）copper（II）(Cu（TMHD）;) was synthesized by the interaction of copper acetate hydrate with TMHD in methanol solution,and its structure was identified by FTIR,1 H NMR,and EI-MS ***,thermal property and the kinetics of decomposition were systematically investigated by nonisothermal thermogravimetric analysis methods（TGA） at different heating rates in streams of N;,and the average apparent activation energy of evaporation process was evaluated by the Ozawa,Kissinger,and Friedman *** possible conversion function was estimated through the Coats-Redfern method to characterize the evaporation patterns and followed a phase boundary reaction mechanism by the contracting area equation with average activation energy of 85.1 kJ·mol;.

In this paper,radar graph fractal method is introduced to describe wear debris boundaries. Research results show that it is a nice way to describe wear debris boundaries. Since the longest axis is selected as the first coordinate axis,its center point selected as the center point of the radar graph,and the co-ordinate value of wear debris boundary selected as the measure parameter,the limitations existing in Yard fractal measure method can be avoided. For any wear debris,its radar graph fractal dimension value is one and only,and as the wear debris shape changes from round to strip,the radar graph fractal dimension value also changes from low to high,showing strong uniqueness and independence. Due to the fact that the researched wear debris is gotten in different wear states,the results also prove that radar graph fractal dimension value is correlated with frictional pairs work condition and wear state. Radar graph fractal method is compared with Yard fractal measure methods,and results show that ra-dar graph fractal dimension values gotten from different wear debris have enough value grads to avoid effect of errors,and provide higher sensitivity for wear debris shape. This paper also discusses the influencing factors for radar graph fractal method. With the increase of the decomposing degree value,the radar graph fractal dimension tends to keep stable at one certain value,showing the typical characteristic of the fractal theory. All this proves that radar graph fractal method is an effective description method for wear debris boundaries.

The robust H∞ control problem was considered for a class of fuzzy hyperbolic model(FHM)systems with parametric uncertainties and multiple ***,FHM modeling method was presented for time-delay nonlinear ***,by using Lyapunov–Krasov- skii approaches,delay-dependent suficient condition for the existence of a kind of state feedback controller was proposed,which was expressed as linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).The controller can guarantee that the resulting closed-loop system is robustly asymptot- ically stable with a prescribed H∞ performance level for all admissible uncertainties and ***,a simulation example was provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
