In the direct synthesis of methylchlorosilanes, a series of complex by-products are formed, whichcomprises 7 weight percent of high-boiling residues(HBR).The commercial value of HBR is low, consequentlylarge inventories of residues have been built up by thesilicone industry. This inventory poses a serious problemfor it represents an expensive, relatively useless *** continued accumulation of the residue posesa storage problem. Catalytic cleavage, which converts Si-Sibond contained compounds in HBR to methylchlorosilanes,is a promising innocuous treatment technology. However,industrial applications of traditional catalysts such asLewis acid or organic amine have limitations. Recently,with the development of mesoporous materials, kinds ofnew catalysts have been applied to increase the conversionrate and the selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane. Othercompounds could not be treated by catalytic cleavage, areconverted to variety of organosilicon products by multipleways. In this paper progress in the innocuous treatmenttechnology of HBR were reviewed. In addition a newmethod using HBR for plastic filler was introduced.

氯乙酸灼伤中毒及其肌肉超微结构改变

目的探索氯乙酸灼伤创面与时限关系及其肌肉的超微结构改变。方法实验观察60只大白鼠(分3组)不同性质灼(烫)伤创面变化,120只大白鼠(分6组)氯乙酸灼伤创面累及进程及其肌肉的超微结构;结合91例氯乙酸灼伤病例和现场调查资料进行研究分析。结果相同灼(烫)伤深度,氯乙酸灼伤比烫伤或硫酸灼伤累及组织要深;随时间延长创面会加深且吸收中毒,并引起肌肉超微结构改变。91例氯乙酸灼伤病例有2例死亡,占2.2%,而且面积不大。1例截除趾末节。3例均为创面冲洗有延误、不彻底所致。结论氯乙酸灼伤有别于其他灼(烫)伤,呈进行性损害且吸收中毒,并致线粒体坏死。立即持续冲洗是减轻创面加深,减少或避免中毒的有效措施。

Water- and alkali-soluble hemicelluloses were isolated with hot water and 10%KOH at 25 CC from dewaxed and delignified Salix psammophila,*** alkali-soluble hemicelluloses were then successively sub-fractioned by neutralization and graded precipitation at final ethanol concentrations of 15%,30%,45%,60%,75%and 90%, *** composition,physico-chemical properties,and structures of eight precipitated hemicellulosic fractions were elucidated by a combination of sugar analysis,molecular determination,FT-IR,H,C 2D HSQC *** was found that water-soluble hemicelluloses were more branched,and had low molecular weights（6060 g/mol）,whereas the alkali-soluble hemicelluloses were less branched,and had high molecular weights（17110-85540 g/mol）,in which xylose and uronic acid are the main sugar *** addition,the less branched hemicelluloses with large molecules were precipitated in lower ethanol percentages,while with the increasing ethanol concentrations,more branched hemicelluloses with low molecular weights were obtained. That is,linear hemicelluloses could be recovered at lower ethanol concentrations,and more branched hemicelluloses could be obtained at the higher ethanol concentrations. Based on the FT-IR,H,C and 2D HSQC NMR studies, the alkali-soluble hemicelluloses had a main structure composed of the（1→4）-linked β-D-xylopyranosyl backbone with 4-O-methyl-α-D-glucuronic acid attached to O-2 of the xylose residues.

A rapid method for measuring chemical oxygen demand （COD） in high chloride wastewater was presented and *** with the standard method,it proposed to use the MnSO4 instead of Ag2SO4 as catalyst,the mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid to replace only sulfuric acid in the refluxed operation,and the HgSO4 was voted by multiples to mask the high chloride *** on the experiments,some factors were studied,such as the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid,MnSO4 *** optimized conditions of measurement were:H2SO4 and H3PO4 volume ratio=3:1,MnSO4 dosage of 12g/L,reflux time of *** under the optimized conditions,the determination of the COD range,the application ranged of K2Cr2O7 concentration as well as the impact of chloride ion concentration were *** results showed that when the chloride ion concentration was 10,000mg/L,this method was suitable for COD values range from 50 to 1,000mg/L,K2Cr2O7 concentrations of 0.25 and 0.5mol/L,and if the chloride ion concentration was less than 40,000mg/L,there was a little effect on the COD determination *** precision and accuracy of the method were well and met the measurement requirements.

　采用微波加热法,以氯乙酸与正丁醇为主要原料,丝光沸石为催化剂,合成氯乙酸正丁酯.考察微波功率、微波辐射时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等因素对反应的影响,得出合成氯乙酸正丁酯的较适宜的反应条件.在相同或相似的工艺条件下,采用微波加热法的反应速度是传统加热法的6～8倍,而产率相当.

In order to reduce the environmental risk from heaping up low-grade pyrite cinder in South of Sichuan Prov. china, the high-strength, lightweight sintered ceramsite with a bulk density of 900kg/m3 level was prepared in laboratory scale using low-grade pyrite cinder as main components incorporated with phosphogypsum and coal powder as bloating agent in this paper. The effect of preparing parameters, such as the chemical composition of mixture, sintering regime, etc., on the performances of the sintered ceramsite was investigated. The results show that in conditions of 80% of pyrite cinder, with 1250oC of sintering temperature, the ordinary lightweight ceramsite can be prepared with 860 kg/ m3 of packing density, 5.1MPa of numerical tube pressure, and 10% of water absorption rate. This method could not only consume large low-grade pyrite cinder, but also solve the problem of environmental pollution. The emission of sulfur oxides in the process of sintered ceramsite can be used in manufacturing sulfuric acid process which results in a new green process.

Diatomite was investigated as an adsorbent to remove strontium （II） from aqueous solution. The results demonstrate that diatomite can be successfully used as an adsorbent for the removal of heavy metal/ radionuclide ions from aqueous solution. PH value of the solution was an important factor for both solution chemistry of metals and adsorbent. The adsorption capacity of diatomite with strontium ions was better in acid condition. The removal rate rose as the dosage of diatomite increased, and declined as the concentration of strontium ions increased. While, the adsorption capacity declined as the dosage of diatomite increased, and rose as the concentration of strontium ions increased. The kinetics research indicated that the adsorption of strontium ions on diatomite was a rapid process. The removal rate and adsorption capacity could reach 95% of adsorption equilibrium in 60 minutes. The experimental results were fitted well to PSO kinetics model.

＜正＞Glyoxylic and oxalic acid, lactic and acetic acid, propionic and acetic acid were used as two-component carboxylic acid system. Amine and organophosphorus compounds were used as the complexing agent. The extraction behavior in two-component solute system was studied. The mathematics models were set up to describe the extraction equilibrium assuming extractive reaction in the organic phase. Results showed that the distribution coefficient （D） of stronger acid was larger for tri-octyl amine （TOA）, while the D of weaker acid was larger for Adogen 283. The larger selectivity was obtained for organophosphorus compounds in the system of carboxylic acids with closed pKa. Some rules were discussed for two-component acid systems.

The structural features and parameter identification of wiener model are firstly introduced in this paper, and then through the online solving method Newton-Rapshon, the GPC algorithm based on wiener model is applied to the primary dynamic wave inlet pressure control of sulfuric acid industry. Simulation results show that the GPC algorithm based on wiener model can solve the inlet pressure control problem of primary dynamic wave very well. Considering the inlet pressure drastic change when the working condition switches, some methods are adopted and the control effect is improved fatherly.
