In this letter,the new concept of Relative Principle Component (RPC) and method of RPC Analysis (RPCA) are put forward. Meanwhile,the concepts such as Relative Transform (RT),Ro-tundity Scatter (RS) and so on are introduced. This new method can overcome some disadvantages of the classical Principle Component Analysis (PCA) when data are rotundity scatter. The RPC selected by RPCA are more representative,and their significance of geometry is more notable,so that the application of the new algorithm will be very extensive. The performance and effectiveness are simply demonstrated by the geometrical interpretation proposed.

Double staining flow cytometry was performed using 7-amino actinomycin D and 6-carboxy-2’,7’-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate, to detect the level fluctuation of reactive oxygen species （ROS） during the cell cycle of normal NB4 cells. Our results showed that NB4 cells possessed higher level of ROS in G2/M phase than in G1 and S phases. Double staining flow cytometry, with TdT mediated dUTP nick end labeling （Tunel） and propidium iodide （PI）, indicated that As2O3 （2μM） could induce apoptosis in NB4 cells prevailingly from G2/M phase, and this efficacy was enhanced upon co-administration of 2, 3-dimethoxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone （DMNQ）（2.5μM） which could produce the endogenous ROS. These results suggested that different ROS level in different cell cycle phases of NB4 cells might determin the selective induction of G2/M apoptosis and the cells’ susceptibility to apoptosis by As2O3.

Forging die design is heavily dependent on engineers’ *** traditional AI technologies can barely pro- vide a standard knowledge representation style for knowledge *** paper introduces ontology into forging die design. 3-layer forging die design ontology is built,which includes Meta-ontology,Domain-ontology and Bottom ***,by conceptualization,the concepts and their relations are formally addressed by primitives such as Term,Relation and Function etc, which are explicitly expressed by concept *** ontology uses Knowledge Item and Prototype to represent and capture general knowledge for knowledge reuse and *** die design ontology building approach is discussed for standard knowledge repre- sentation,knowledge mine and knowledge driven CAD design *** OWL language is employed for integration among different domain ontologies *** a locomotive forging die KBE system is presented to demonstrate this approach.

This paper is focused on the non-intrusive load monitoring（NILM） system,which allows the identification of residential appliances in a non-intrusive *** previous techniques are not performing perfectly in all aspects of economy,feasibility and accuracy.A new method,via the feature of working style and power characteristic of residential appliances,using human reaction time as the time scale unit （sampling frequency）,to complete the classification and identification in a financially viable and easily applicable *** attribution of this paper is simplify the identification,which can be integrated into the meters now,and this simplification will improve the application of NILM system in demand side management（DSM）.Feature selection,mathematic model and algorithm details are *** of typical experiments is shown in *** objects including 12 important power consumption types of the most common residential appliances.

Taking the effects of transmission network into account,strategic forward contracting induced by the interaction of generation firms’ strategies in the spot and forward markets is investigated.A two-stage game model is proposed to describe generation firms’ strategic forward contracting and spot market *** two-stage model is formulated as an equilibrium problem with equilibrium constraints(EPEC),in which each firm’s optimization problem in the forward market is a mathematical program with equilibrium constraints(MPEC) with a parameter-dependent spot market equilibrium as the inner problem.A nonlinear complementarity method is employed to solve this EPEC model.A numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modeling and solution method.

＜正＞Power generating firms’ forward contract sales have strategic impacts on the competition outcomes of electricity spot *** is possible that these strategic impacts could also give rise to another incentive for generating firms to sign forward *** forward contracting induced by this incentive is examined under different competition modes in an electricity spot market with asymmetric,multiple strategic generating *** analysis shows that if each generating firm takes as fixed the other firms’ contract positions when making its own forward contracting decision,then under Cournot-type competition in the spot market,each rational firm would voluntarily take part in the strategic contracting,while under long-lived linear supply function（LSF）-type competition in spot markets,the incentive to strategic contracting will be lost for each firm.A numerical example is used to verify theoretical results.

Experiment can improve students innovation ability, but traditional experiment teaching needs students must stay at experimental sites according to appointed time, so that time, place and space restricts experiment opening efficiency. Here, a kind of virtual experiment used computer, communication and control technology to change traditional experiment method. The system applied LabVIEW to develop a virtual experiment plat of tracking-command technology course. The plat used serial communication to finish data acquisition, visual programming techniques to complete data analysis and processing and network long-distance control technology to achieve remote experiment operation and monitoring. The plat can provide diverse experimental teaching method;it is convenient for students to do experiment at any time and place. Actual using experience shows that the plat has been useful assisted experiment teaching methods and improves students experiment interest.
