研究了00Cr11Ni11MoTi钢1150℃轧后原始粗大晶粒在780～900℃固溶处理的遗传特征。结果表明,该钢存在一个奥氏体重新形核、不再遗传粗大晶粒的临界温度(Ac),00Cr11Ni11MoTi钢Ac在870～900℃,远高于A_f相变点,在A_f～Ac加热均发生原始粗大晶粒遗传。As(630℃)～A_f(730℃)两相区预处理可使奥氏体重新形核的临界温度(Ac)降低,但在Ac温度以上这种预处理没有明显的晶粒细化作用。

＜正＞The brushless DC motor with two sets of control channels is presented in the paper,which will be used in an Electro-mechanical Actuation（EMA）of the next generation More Electric-Aircraft（EMA）.Either of the channels is failure the motor will work in the single channel mode,***-tolerant operation *** control system needs to resolve the problems of current balance,load disturbance,and structure *** to these,a three-loop integral-fuzzy-sliding control strategy is adopted,and then the system has more robustness to parameter variations and external load *** control method of the parameters fault-tolerant rebuilding is selected in the fault tolerance operation *** simulation results show that if one channel is failure the transition time of reverting to steady operation is shorten, and steady error does not exist in the fault-tolerant operation mode,the excellent fault-tolerant control performance is attained.

Confocal measurement system is recently widely used as important tools for measurement of three-dimensional microstructures and surface contours because of its good 3D chromatographic imaging *** superresolution pupil filter is often used for improving the resolution of confocal measurement system because of its easy structure, thereby satisfying the measurement requirement of ultra-precision microstructures for higher spatial *** the pupil filter improves the resolution by changing the amplitude and phase distribution of light beam,the position of pupil filter has an important effect on the *** this paper,the measurement model of confocal measurement system is established for different position of pupil filter,and based on these models;the resolution properties are analyzed by emulation to confirm the best position of pupil filter in the measurement *** the optimized phase-only filter is combined with a confocal measurement system to improve the lateral resolution and the test setup is *** order to verify the validation of the above theory,the standard step is measured using the established setup when the pupil filter is at different *** experiments and analyses indicate the system using a phase-only filter at different positions can achieve different resolutions. The confirmation of the best position of the pupil filter can provide effective theory approach for optical system design,and more effectively improve the measurement capability.

External synchronization is addressed as two or more dynamical systems with synchronous motions, which is also regarded as master-slave system. In this paper, two dynamical systems, one employs a hysteretic term to model the friction phenomenon, the other involves a hardening stiffness component with the third order of displacement due to flexible deformation, are controlled to converge to the same trajectory. The control strategy is extended from feedback control for all parameters known to adaptive control for linear parameters unknown and all parameters unknown. The slave system can keep synchronous motions with the movements of master via the designed control strategy even all the parameters are not known. The stability of synchronization error, the transient process into synchronization and the effects of parameters on the designed controller using different control strategies are investigated. The simulation results unfold the feasibility and effectiveness of this synchronization method.

针对星载激光雷达望远镜的设计要求,基于超轻量化主镜组件模型结构,从材料选择、结构形式及轻量化等方面对主次镜间支撑结构及组件进行详细设计,获得次镜组件重仅为0.530 kg;主、次镜间支撑结构重仅为1.000 kg,最终获得望远镜整机结构,总重仅为10.600 kg.通过有限元建模、分析的方法,重点分析了主次镜的面型精度、相对位置关系受重力变形的影响及整机模态,保证了主次镜支撑面型RMS优于λ/40(λ@632.8 nm),整机系统具有较好的刚度和环境适应性.分析结果表明:望远镜主次镜支撑结构及组件满足设计要求,可为同类望远镜结构设计提供一定指导.

＜正＞ A quasi-3D dynamic finite element （FE） model for striprolling mills is developed, which uses beam, stiffness,and lumped mass elements, instead of 3D body *** proposed quasi-3D FE model resolves problemsarising in 2D models, such as losing bending modes ofthe rollers. Meanwhile, the proposed model also avoidshuge meshing and computational efforts needed with 3Dbody models. Therefore, it is feasible to make one’s ownFE program code and to integrate it to a model updatingsoftware, so as to update the initial quasi-3D modelsaccording to measuring data.

Silicone rubber （SIR） samples, which are employed in outdoor insulators, were treated by CF4 radio frequency （RF） capacitively coupled plasma. The hydrophobic and oleophobic properties were characterized in static contact angle method. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） was used to test the variation of the functional groups on the modified SIR surface. The results indicate that the H2O and CH2I2 static contact angles of SIR surface are improved from 100.7° and 61.6° to 150.2° and 123.6°, respectively. According to the XPS analysis, it is suggested that the formation of super-hydrophobic surface ascribes to the formation of [-SiFx（CH3）2-x-O-]n （x = 1, 2） structure produced by the direct attachment of F atoms to Si, especially, the formation of [-SiF2-O-]n structure is one of main factors of super-hydrophobic surface.
