By providing several new varieties of G-M-type Banachspaces according to decomposable and compoundable properties, this paper discusses the operator structures of thesespaces and the K-theory of the algebra of the operators on these G-M-type Banach spaces throughcalculation of the K-groups of the operator ideals contained in the class of Riesz operators.

A novel strong-fluorescent Eu-containing hydrotalcite-like compound (Eu-HTlc) was synthesized using the coprecipitation method,in which aluminum(III) was partially substituted by Europium (III) in the hydrotalcite-like layers,and thenoyltrifluoroacetone,1,10-phenanthroline were dispersed into the anions in the interlayer *** sample was characterized by XRD,XPS,FT-IR,ICP,TG-DSC,TEM and fluorescence spectra,and its composition and structure were *** results indicated that the sample exhibited a characteristic red light (614 nm).The fluorescent lifetime and fluorescence quantum yield of Eu-HTlc were measured to be respectively 893 -s and 66.44%,higher than those of Eu(III)-thenoyltrifluoroacetone1,10-phenanthroline complex [Eu(TTA)3phen].The result of TG-DSC measurement showed the enhanced thermal stability of Eu-HTlc compared with that of MgAl-LDHs and Eu(TTA)*** excellent photoluminescent property and thermal stability,low contents of rare earth ions and ligands,the Eu-HTlc may become one of the novel fluorescent materials with potential applications.

Conversion of natural forests into pure plantation forests is a common management practice in subtropical *** evaluate the effects of forest conversion on soil fertility, microbe numbers and enzyme activities in topsoils (0-10 cm)were quantified in two 33-year-old monoculture plantations of Castanopsis kawakamii Hayata (CK) and Cunninghamia lanceolata Lamb. (Chinese fir) (CF), and compared to a neighboring relict natural C. kawakamii forest (NF), in Sanming,Fujian. Five soil samples were collected once each in January, April, July, September and November in 2000 in each forest for laboratory analysis. Over the sampling year, there were significant differences for bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes between forests and between seasons (P ＜ 0.05). The largest bacteria and fungi populations were in NF, while CF contained the greatest number of actinomycetes. There were also significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) with microbial respiration for forests and seasons. Additionally, compared with NF, urease and acid phosphatase were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05)in CK and CF. Also, the correlations of soil hydrolysable N and available P to soil microbial and enzymatic activities were highly significant (P ＜ 0.01). Thus, to alter the traditional Chinese fir monoculture so as to mimic the natural forest conditions, managing mixed stands of Chinese fir and broadleaf trees or conducting crop rotation of conifers and broadleaf trees as well as minimizing forest disturbances like clear-cutting, slash burning and soil preparing, could be utilized.

By using d-form function, a new construction of frequency hopping sequence with optimal Hamming correlation is presented in this article, which generalizes the results presented by Ding （2007）. Furthermore, a new class of non-power function style d-form function is proposed and an upper bound of the Hamming autocorrelation of the corresponding sequence is also derived.

The purpose of this paper is to construct quotient algebras L(A)1C/I(A) of complex degenerate composition Lie algebras L(A)1C by some ideals, where L(A)1C is defined via Hall algebras of tubular algebras A, and to prove that the quotient algebras L(A)1C/I(A) are isomorphic to the corresponding affine Kac-Moody algebras. Moreover, it is shown that the Lie algebra Lre(A)1C generated by A-modules with a real root coincides with the degenerate composition Lie algebra L(A)1C generated by simple A-modules.
