The micro free-piston swing engine （MFPSE） is a new structure, free-piston internal combustion engine. The dynamic model integrated MFPSE with a power generator and thermodynamic models in compression, power and scavenge processes based on the open thermodynamic systems were presented. A simulation was executed at given geometric parameters and initial conditions. The results manifest that the working principle of MFPSE is feasible.

Inspired by the coarse-to-fine visual perception process of human vision system,a new approach based on Gaussian multi-scale space for defect detection of industrial products was *** selecting different scale parameters of the Gaussian kernel,the multi-scale representation of the original image data could be obtained and used to constitute the multi- variate image,in which each channel could represent a perceptual observation of the original image from different *** Multivariate Image Analysis (MIA) techniques were used to extract defect features *** MIA combined Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to obtain the principal component scores of the multivariate test *** Q-statistic image, derived from the residuals after the extraction of the first principal component score and noise,could be used to efficiently reveal the surface defects with an appropriate threshold value decided by training *** results show that the proposed method performs better than the gray histogram-based *** has less sensitivity to the inhomogeneous of illumination,and has more robustness and reliability of defect detection with lower pseudo reject rate.

Computer numerical control(CNC)system is the base of modern digital and intelligent manufacturing technolo- *** opened its architecture and constituted based on PC and Windows operating system(OS)is the main trend of CNC sys- ***,even if the highest system priority is used in user mode,real-time capability of Windows(2000,NT,XP)for applications is not *** using a device driver,which is running in kernel mode,the real time performance of Windows can be enhanced *** acknowledgment performance of Windows to peripheral interrupts was *** with an intelligent real-time serial communication bus(RTSB),strict real-time performance can be achieved in Windows platform. An opened architecture software CNC system which is hardware independence is proposed based on PC and RTSB.A numerical control real time kernel(NCRTK),which is implemented as a device driver on Windows,is used to perform the NC *** are divided into real-time and non ***-time task is running in kernel mode and non real-time task is running in user *** are exchanged between kernel and user mode by DMA and Windows Messages.

＜正＞This paper presents the development of Multilevel Flow Modeling（MFM）—a modeling method in means-end and part-whole way,for automatic real time fault diagnosis of power plant process *** MFM decomposes the complex plant process from the main goal to each component at multiple levels to represent the contribution of each component to the whole system to make clear how the main goal of the system is *** plant process is described abstractly in function level by mass,energy and information flows,which represent the interaction between different components and enable the causal reasoning between functions according to the flow ***,in the abnormal status,a goal-function-component oriented fault diagnosis can be performed with the model at a very quick speed and abnormal alarms can be fully explained by the reasoning relationship of the model.

In order to explore effective ways to improve the performance and ensure the success of BPR,the paper puts forward a conceptual model and 4 hypotheses describing the relationship between the capability of IT (information Technology) and *** Analysis, Correlation Analysis,Multiple Linear Regression,Canonical Correlation Analysis and One-Way ANOVA are as well as the SPSS13.0 statistical software is used to test the *** relationship between BPR and the capability of IT is concretely revealed;it preliminarily explored how contextual factors(for example,the size of the enterprise) influence role which the capability of IT plays in *** result showed that four factors of the capability of IT play positive roles in the success of BPR,various factors influence BPR differently,and there wasn't a significant difference in the depth of implementing BPR among enterprises in different size.

Simulation investigation on fluid characteristics of the water hydraulic jet pipe servo valve （WHJPSV） is conducted through a commercial computational fluid dynamics （CFD） software package FLUENT. In particular, the factors to fluid characteristics of WHJPSV are addressed, which include diameter combination of jet pipe and receiver pipe, jet pipe nozzle clearance, angle between two jet receiver pipes and deflection angle of the jet pipe. It is concluded from the results that：（i） Structural parameters have great influences on fluid characteristics of WHJPSV, when d1 = d2 = 0.3 mm, α= 45 , b = 0.5 mm, and the simulation exhibits better fluid characteristics; （ii） The magnitude of the recovery pressure and flow velocity increase almost linearly with the deflection angle of jet pipe. The research work in this paper is important for determining and optimizing the structural parameters of the jet pipe and jet receiver. The relevant conclusions could be extended to the study of other water hydraulic servo control components.
