With an increase in the electrification of end-use sectors,various resources on the demand side provide great flexibility potential for system operation,which also leads to problems such as the strong randomness of power consumption behavior,the low utilization rate of flexible resources,and difficulties in cost *** the core idea of“access over ownership”,the concept of the sharing economy has gained substantial popularity in the local energy market in recent ***,we provide an overview of the potential market design for the sharing economy in local energy markets(LEMs)and conduct a detailed review of research related to local energy sharing,enabling technologies,and potential *** paper can provide a useful reference and insights for the activation of demand-side flexibility ***,this paper can also provide novel insights into the development and further integration of the sharing economy in LEMs.

As an important enzyme for gluconeogenesis, mitochondrial phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase(PCK2) has further complex functions beyond regulation of glucose metabolism. Here, we report that conditional knockout of Pck2 in osteoblasts results in a pathological phenotype manifested as craniofacial malformation, long bone loss, and marrow adipocyte accumulation. Ablation of Pck2 alters the metabolic pathways of developing bone, particularly fatty acid metabolism. However, metformin treatment can mitigate skeletal dysplasia of embryonic and postnatal heterozygous knockout mice, at least partly via the AMPK signaling ***, these data illustrate that PCK2 is pivotal for bone development and metabolic homeostasis, and suggest that regulation of metformin-mediated signaling could provide a novel and practical strategy for treating metabolic skeletal dysfunction.

Objectives:The bacteriostatic effects of a citral nanoemulsion against Shewanella putrefaciens CN-32(SHP CN-32)were investigated using in vitro culture and gene expression analysis,forbuilding a potential application in spoilage microorganism control and aquatic products quality *** and Methods:SHP CN-32 was treated by prepared citral nanoemulsion when the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)was *** growth curve,membrane integrity,scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,biofilm formation and quorum sensing(QS)signaling molecule Al-2 content were evaluated in different MIC treatment groups(0 to 1.00 MIC).The gene expression status of SHP CN-32 in O and 0.50 MIC groups were compared using transcriptome sequencing and quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:The in vitro culture revealed that the citral nanoemulsion could inhibit the growth of SHP CN-32 with MIC of approximately 200μg/*** of membrane *** and biofilm formation suggested significant biological structure damage in bacteria after ***,the Qs signaling molecule Al-2 content showed a decline with increasing treatment *** sequencing and quantitative PCR revealed that the majority genes related diversified functional metabolic pathways of SHP CN-32 were downregulated at varying ***:A significant bacteriostasis of citral nanoemulsion against SHP CN-32 was verified via the results of growth inhibition,structural destruction,signal molecular decrease and gene expression downregulation of *** synergies significantly affect the characteristic expression of SHP CN-32,revealing the application potential as bacteriostat,QS inhibitor and preservative in aquatic products.

In Changchun, china, roundabouts are fairly common. They are often designed to connect the main roads because of their ability to reduce conflict points, making them safer than other intersections. They can also beautify the city when the central islands are landscaped. However, with increasing traffic, they may not function well and may even paralyze the road network. This means that it is important to evaluate the performance of roundabouts promptly, and to make necessary improvements if required. Using several roundabouts in Changchun as case studies, this article uses V/C ratio and delay to evaluate roundabout performance. Based on the result of evaluation, the micro-simulation model of the poorly-performing roundabout is built and enhancement is proposed.

The present work aimed at assessing the electrochemical behavior and the corrosion inhibition performance of Mg-Al-layered double hydroxide(LDH)coatings modified with methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)and cerium nitrate on AA5005 aluminum *** chemical compositions and surface morphologies of the coatings were investigated by XRD,FT-IR and FE-SEM,while their corrosion resistance was evaluated by electrochemical and immersion *** optimum corrosion resistance of the composite coatings was obtained by adding 10^−2 mol·L^−1 cerium *** excess addition of cerium nitrate resulted in a loose structure and poor corrosion resistance of the *** corrosion mechanism of the composite coatings was proposed and discussed.
