Background: There is limited information regarding adjuvant treatment for malignant meningiomas. Although external whole-brain irradiation is recommended, the patient’s family in our case rejected this modality. Notably, traditional chemotherapy was ineffective. Aim: I speculated if the exfoliation of graphene could disassemble the three-dimensional (3D) structures of the graphene because the tumor mass or the blood clots including the graphene consisted of inhomogeneous materials. Therefore, I aimed to explore another possible mechanism for the instant removal of inhomogeneous materials. Method: Herein, I report a case of anaplastic papillary meningioma. A 59- year-old man presented with partial complex seizures and recurrent headaches following craniotomy for the removal of a mass with a right frontotemporal convexity 10 years ago. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a right frontotemporal mass with diffuse contrast enhancement and extensive surrounding edema. A right frontotemporal flap was.p.rformed. The tumor and the infiltrated dura were removed, but massive intraoperative bleeding occurred and the right middle cerebral artery was clipped at the M2 territory. postoperatively, the follow-up CT scan revealed hydrocephalus. Accordingly, a ventriculoperitoneal shunt was.p.aced. The patient suffered from left hemiplegia as a sequela of intraoperative bleeding. Four months later, the follow-up CT scan showed chronic epidural hematoma in the right frontotemporoparietal region. The patient also had an altered level of consciousness. Results: The patient’s level of consciousness was restored after infusion of a NaCl + KCl solution with instant dis.p.earance of the mass. Conclusion: There may be another mechanism for disassembling the inhomogeneous graphene-containing complex, such as quantum fluctuation of the graphene exfoliation with pair annihilation or relation to tissue engineering by the graphene.

In recent decades,fog computing has.p.ayed a vital role in executing parallel computational tasks,specifically,scientific workflow *** cloud data centers,fog computing takes more time to run workflow ***,it is essential to develop effective models for Virtual Machine(VM)allocation and task scheduling in fog computing *** task scheduling,VM migration,and allocation,altogether optimize the use of computational resources across different fog *** process ensures that the tasks are executed with minimal energy consumption,which reduces the chances of resource *** this manuscript,the proposed framework comprises two phases:(i)effective task scheduling using a fractional selectivity approach and(ii)VM allocation by proposing an algorithm by the name of Fitness sharing Chaotic particle swarm Optimization(Fs.p.O).The proposed Fs.p.O algorithm integrates the concepts of chaos theory and fitness sharing that effectively balance both global exploration and local *** balance enables the use of a wide range of solutions that leads to minimal total cost and makespan,in comparison to other traditional optimization *** Fs.p.O algorithm’s.p.rformance is analyzed using six evaluation measures namely,Load Balancing Level(LBL),Average Resource Utilization(ARU),total cost,makespan,energy consumption,and response *** relation to the conventional optimization algorithms,the Fs.p.O algorithm achieves a higher LBL of 39.12%,ARU of 58.15%,a minimal total cost of 1175,and a makespan of 85.87 ms.p.rticularly when evaluated for 50 tasks.

1 Background Congenital heart disease(CHD)is the most common major congenital anomaly,affecting approximately one in every 100 live births[1].Among congenital anomalies,66%of preventable deaths are due to CHD,and 58%of the avertable morbidity and mortality due to congenital anomalies would result from scaling congenital heart surgery services[2].Every year,nearly 300,000 children and adults die from CHD,the majority of whom live in low-and middle-income countries(LMICs)[3].Approximately 49%of all individuals with CHD will require surgical or interventional care at some point in their lifetime[4];as a result of advances in access to and the delivery of such services,over 95%of children born with CHD in high-income countries now live into adulthood[3].Here,adults have surpassed children in the number of CHD cases at a ratio of 2:1[5].

Objective:To determine the genetic diversity of plasmodium(p.)knowlesi isolates from sabah,Malaysian Borneo and peninsular Malaysia,targeting the s-type ssU rRNA gene and including aspects of natural selection and ***:Thirty-nine blood samples infected with *** were collected in sabah,Malaysian Borneo and peninsular *** s-type ssU rRNA gene was amplified using polymerase chain reaction,cloned into a vector,and *** natural selection and haplotype of the s-type ssU rRNA gene sequences were determined using Dnasp v6 and illustrated using NETWORK *** study's 39 s-type ssU rRNA sequences and eight sequences from the Genbank database were subjected to phylogenetic analysis using MEGA ***:Overall,the phylogenetic analysis showed no evidence of a geographical cluster of *** isolates from different areas in Malaysia based on the s-type ssU rRNA gene *** s-type ssU rRNA gene sequences were relatively conserved and with a purifying *** sharing of the s-type ssU rRNA gene was observed between the *** isolates in sabah,Malaysian Borneo,but not between sabah,Malaysian Borneo and peninsular ***:This study suggests that the s-type ssU rRNA gene of *** isolates in sabah,Malaysian Borneo,and peninsular Malaysia has fewer polymorphic sites,representing the conservation of the *** features make the s-type ssU rRNA gene suitable for comparative studies,such as determining the evolutionary relationships and common ancestry among *** species.

In the wake of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence(AI), we stand on the brink of a transformative leap in data systems. The imminent fusion of AI and DB(AI×DB) promises a new generation of data systems, which will relieve the burden on end-users across all industry sectors by featuring AI-enhanced functionalities, such as.p.rsonalized and automated in-database AI-powered analytics, and selfdriving capabilities for improved system performance. In this.p.per, we explore the evolution of data systems with a focus on deepening the fusion of AI and DB. We present NeurDB, an AI-powered autonomous data system designed to fully embrace AI design in each major system component and provide in-database AI-powered analytics. We outline the conceptual and architectural overview of NeurDB, discuss its design choices and key components, and report its current development and future plan.
