The study presents possibilities for reconstruction of electric power supply systems in Bulgarian Black Sea resorts and possibilities to use statistical methods in energy planning. The paper shows the use of classic statistical methods in combination with advanced digital measurement systems in order to obtain the correlation dependencies, nature of energy consumption and opportunities for energy forecasting. The main purpose of the study is to obtain statistical dependencies of the nature of power consumption and correlations between electricity consumption and ambient temperature in order to improve the accuracy of energy planning. The analysis includes application of energy management systems for proper energy planning, improving economical efficiency and reducing power and energy losses.

A major difficulty with any perturbation calculation of the atomic energy (or the transition amplitude) beyond first order is the necessity of summing over infinity of excited bound states and integrating over the continuum. In relativistic case, all possible intermediate states are incorporated into the spectral sum over all bound states, all positive energy continuum electron states and all the negative energy continuum states. The need for such summation (irrespective of the general approach) emerges in the process of determining the perturbed wave functions or energy shifts of atomic levels in the perturbation theory setting.

Complicated system(collage)of block structures and orogenic belts had been formed in the S-E of Asia by collision prosesses in Mesozoic and Cenozoic periods. The results of long-term studies of photorespiration are summarized and the unsuccessful attempts to increase productivity by suppressing this process are shown. It has been shown that photorespiration and glycolate metabolism are involved in the regulation of the relationship between light processes in chloroplasts and the dark reactions of carbon dioxide assimilation. The studies were conducted on plants in vivo and were associated with the activity of the apoplastic invertase enzyme, affecting assimilate transport. In violation of donor-acceptor relations between photosynthetic and plant-assimilating organs (removal of part of organs-consumers of assimilates or leaves, increase in nitrate nutrition), the kinetics of inclusion of 14C in glycolate was changed. This is due to the strengthening of the role of the transketolase mechanism of its formation. The study of genetically transformed plants, in which either an additional apoplastic invertase gene was introduced, or the existing gene was blocked and did not act, showed a different change in the ratio of 14C-labeled sucrose/hexose and the transpiration response to reduced light. In this connection, the concept of the mechanism of photorespiration interaction with apoplastic invertase and stomatal apparatus of the leaf is proposed when the ratio of light and dark reactions of photosynthesis or assimilate transport is changed. The essence of the concept is that when the ratio of light and dark processes is disturbed, the concentration of organic acids changes first in mesophilic cells (mainly by photorespiration), and then in the extracellular space. It changes the activity of apoplastic invertase, which hydrolyzes sucrose and prevents it from being exported from the leaf. Hydrolysis of sucrose increases the osmoticity of the aquatic environment of the apoplast, which increases with movement to the stomata. Irtysh shear zone is a stretched, but relatively narrow nearfault tectonic zone, which ischaracterized by the following features: a) general sturcture anisotropy (310-320o) with pre-dominance of symmetrical relationships of planar and linear types; b) predominant develop-ment of bended blastomyolnite, blastocataclasite and metamelange fomations; c)regional,but non-uniform foliation of ricks and general manifestation of structures of the shearingflow; d) separation of numerous lenses of mingmatite-like and pegmatoid formations, smallintrusions of leucocratic granites, granite-porphyres and granite-aplites and dike-like bodiesof gabbro-dyabaes and ultrabasic rlcks, rarely.

The kinetics of 14C incorporation into glycolate was studied after changing the export of photosynthetic products from the leaf. It has been shown that the ribulose-bisphosphate-oxygenase pathway of glycolate formation works in the stationary state of the plant. An excess of photosyntates or a decrease in the amount of light primary products, as well as nitrates in the leaves, immediately turns on the transketolase pathway of glycolate formation. In this case, part of the oxygen formed in the photochemical reactions of chloroplasts ceases to be released from the leaf. After oxygen receives an electron from ferredoxin in the electron transport chain of chloroplasts, it starts (through photorespiration) the formation of non-carbohydrate photosyntates and metabolic processes in the cytoplasm. It was concluded that the main function of photorespiration in the regulation of photosynthesis is maintaining a balance between light and dark processes of photosynthesis on change of living conditions.

The Irtysh shear zone (ISZ) of Altai region is the lineament structure of the collision suture type, where granites of Kalba complex and granodiorites of Zmeinogorsk complex are exposed to regional gneiss formation and stress metamorphic alterations. This study is based on detailed structural observations at special grounds using optical and electron microscopy, and on the behavior analysis of isotopic systems from altered *** the ISZ area we have established the continuous rows of granitoid stress metamorphism from initial recrystallization of protolite, its cataclasis and mechanical flaring up to complete recrystallization with alteration of mineral composition and formation of the streaky complexes of granite tectonites of blastomylonite and blastocataclasite types. The directed alteration of rocks has several impulse and is expressed by a change in morphology of mineral grains and their relations, magnification of deformation component in the rock structure, and formation of new mineral phases on the basis of initial ones without surface fluidization. At transformation of isotopic systems from granitoid, their feldspars, biotite and hornblende, we can observe “rejuvenation” of the rock substrate from 270-290 Ma for Kalba granitoids to 220-235 Ma for their tectonites, and for Rudny Altai granodiorites, their ages changes from 285-317 Ma to 232-257 Ma for their tectonites.
