Objective To explore the effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with autologous fat transplantation in augmentation *** Clinical data of 28 female patients who underwent autologous fat by CGF mixed with purified fat between May 2015 and June 2018 were retrospectively *** evaluation was performed to observe and measure the shape of the breast after breast augmentation,the increase in the value of the nipple plane measurement,and *** All of 28 patients,after 12 months of follow-up,all patients no fat infection,hematoma,breast nodules and other *** showed that the contouring of breast were improved and more chubbiness than that before *** results were satisfied from *** Concentrated growth factor combined with autologous fat transplantation has a stable breast augmentation effect,beautiful breast shape,simple operation and small damage,which achieves breast rejuvenation.

Aim:To seek a novel and potent antitussive drug based on Shedan-Chuanbeipowder,a complex of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for cough ***:Verticinone-cholic acid (Ver-CA) salt,a novel,salifying derivative ofverticinone and cholic acid,both of which are the major bioactive components inShedan-Chuanbei powder,was *** then evaluated the antitussiveactivity and the acute toxicity of the ***:The new compound,with goodsolubility in water,has much more potent antitussive activity in comparison withthe same dose of single verticinone and single cholic *** administration 3mg/kg of Ver-CA could result in over 50% reduction of a citric acid-induced *** with naloxone (0.8 mg/kg,ip) can only partially antagonize its anti-tussive *** the other hand,glybenclamide (3 mg/kg,ip),an ATP-sensitiveK~+ channel blocker,can also significantly reduce the antitussive effect of Ver-CA.A further acute toxicity study showed that the LD50values of Ver-CA were 3 timesthat of ***:Based on the studies of pharmacology and acutetoxicity,the salt has a synergic and attenuated toxicity compared with singleverticinone and cholic ***,the present study also suggests that Ver-CA,a potential novel antitussive agent,may exert its antitussive effect via boththe peripheral (modulated by ATP-sensitive K~+ channels) and central mechanisms(modulated by the opioid receptor).

In this study, palladium nanoparticles loaded graphdiyne oxide (Pd/GDYO) nanocomposite were fabricated by in-situ reduction of palladium chloride in the dispersion of GDYO, and characte-rized by Raman spectra, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The synthesized Pd/GDYO was first found to have catalytic activities similar to those of the peroxidase enzyme, which can catalyze the oxidation of peroxidase substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). Steady-state kinetic studies showed that the catalytic reaction of Pd/GDYO follows a ping-pong mechanism, and Pd/GDYO has a stronger activity to TMB with a Michaelis constant(Km) value of 5.32×10-4 mmol/L. Based on the shielding effect of glutathione(GSH) on the Pd/GDYO-H2O2-TMB reaction system, a colorimetric detection method for GSH was deve-loped with a wide linear range from 0.1 μmol/L to 40 μmol/L and a limit of detection of 0.1 μmol/L. The method was successfully applied for fast and accurate detection of GSH in injection powder drugs. It was expected that this peroxidase-like Pd/GDYO nano- composite would have wide applications in the fields of biomedicine and environmental chemistry.

A square-grid triboelectric nanogenerator （SG-TENG） is demonstrated for harvesting vibrational energy and sensing impulsive forces. Each square of the three-dimensional （3D）-printed square grid is filled with an aluminum （A1） ball. The grid structure allows the SG-TENG to harvest vibrational energy over a broad bandwidth and operate at different vibrational angles. The most striking feature of the SG-TENG is its ability of being scaled and integrated. After connecting two SG-TENGs in parallel, the open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current are significantly increased over the full vibrational frequency range. Being integrated with a table tennis racket, the SG-TENG can harvest the vibrational energy from hitting a ping pong ball using the racket, where a direct hit by the racket generates an average output voltage of 10,9 ~ 0.6 V and an average output current of 0.09 ± 0.02 boA. Moreover, the SG-TENG integrated into a focus mitt can be used in various combat sports, such as boxing and taekwondo, to monitor the frequency and magnitude of the punches or kicks from boxers and other practitioners. The collected data allow athletes to monitor their status and improve their performance skills. This work demonstrates the enormous potential of the SG-TENG in energy harvesting and sensing applications.
