By numerically solving the two-dimensional semiconductor Bloch equation,we study the high-order harmonic emission of a monolayer ZnO under the driving of co-rotating two-color circularly polarized laser *** changing the relative phase between the fundamental frequency field and the second one,it is found that the harmonic intensity in the platform region can be significantly *** the higher order,the harmonic intensity can be increased by about one order of *** time-frequency analysis,it is demonstrated that the emission trajectory of monolayer ZnO can be controlled by the relative phase,and the harmonic enhancement is caused by the second quantum trajectory with the higher emission *** addition,near-circularly polarized harmonics can be generated in the co-rotating two-color circularly polarized *** the change of the relative phase,the harmonics in the platform region can be altered from left-handed near-circularly polarization to right-handed *** results can obtain high-intensity harmonic radiation with an adjustable ellipticity,which provides an opportunity for syntheses of circularly polarized attosecond pulses.

In this study, magnesium and coconut shell carbon (CSC) were prepared by a ball milled process and used for water disinfection with adsorbing tiny amounts of copper(II). Dissolved oxygen (DO) was reduced to hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2)) via a two-electron pathway by Mg corrosion. Cu(II) in the wastewater will be enriched on the CSC surface and efficiently catalyzes H2O2 for inactivating E. coli. The results show that E. coli with an initial concentration of approximately 106 CFU/mL was under the detection limit (<4 CFU/mL) within 15 min. All of the Cu(II) could be adsorbed by the composite and catalyzed H2O2 to different active species. The quenching experiments, electron spin resonance (ESR) capture measurements and the UV-vis spectroscopy detection confirmed the present of the hydroxyl radicals (·OH), superoxide radicals (·O_(2)^(-)) and Cu(III). Different with tradition Fenton like process, Cu(III), rather than radicals, played the major role during the Mg-CSC/Cu(II) process. In addition to the cellular membrane damage, most of the bacterial genomic DNA was also be degraded and the bacterial reactivation was avoided. The Mg-CSC/Cu(II) process also showed a satisfied disinfection performance in real wastewater treatment. Overall, this study provides a new strategy for water disinfection.

Two major challenges,high cost and short lifespan,have been hindering the commercialization process of lowtemperature fuel *** Wei's group has been focusing on decreasing cathode Pt loadings without losses of activity and durability,and their research advances in this area over the past three decades are briefly reviewed *** the Pt-based catalysts and the low Pt usage,they have firstly tried to clarify the degradation mechanism of Pt/C catalysts,and then demonstrated that the activity and stability could be improved by three strategies:regulating the nanostructures of the active sites,enhancing the effects of support materials,and optimizing structures of the three-phase *** Pt-free catalysts,especialiy carbon-based ones,several strategies that they proposed to enhance the activity of nitrogen-/heteroatom-doped carbon catalysts are firstly ***,an indepth understanding of the degradation mechanism for carbon-based catalysts is discussed,and followed by the corresponding stability enhancement ***,the carbon-based electrode at the micrometer-scale,faces the challenges such as low active-site density,thick catalytic layer,and the effect of hydrogen peroxide,which require rational structure design for the integral cathodic *** review finally gives a brief conclusion and outlook about the low cost and long lifespan of cathodic oxygen reduction catalysts.

Neurological injury caused by ischemic stroke is a major cause of permanent disability and death. The currently available neuroprotective drugs fail to achieve desired therapeutic efficacy mainly due to short circulation half-life and poor blood−brain barrier (BBB) permeability. For that, an edaravone-loaded pH/glutathione (pH/GSH) dual-responsive poly(amino acid) nanogel (NG/EDA) was developed to improve the neuroprotection of EDA. The nanogel was triggered by acidic and EDA-induced high-level GSH microenvironments, which enabled the selective and sustained release of EDA at the site of ischemic injury. NG/EDA exhibited a uniform sub-spherical morphology with a mean hydrodynamic diameter of 112.3 ± 8.2 nm. NG/EDA efficiently accumulated at the cerebral ischemic injury site of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO) mice, showing an efficient BBB crossing feature. Notably, NG/EDA with 50 µM EDA significantly increased neuron survival (29.3%) following oxygen and glucose deprivation by inhibiting ferroptosis. In addition, administering NG/EDA for 7 d significantly reduced infarct volume to 22.2% ± 7.2% and decreased neurobehavioral scores from 9.0 ± 0.6 to 2.0 ± 0.8. Such a pH/GSH dual-responsive nanoplatform might provide a unique and promising modality for neuroprotection in ischemic stroke and other central nervous system diseases.

The Liaodong Peninsula,in the northeastern part of the Eastern Block in the North China Craton,China, consists of lithologic units from Archean to Cenozoic in *** basement rocks consist of widespread amphibolite-to granulite-facies Archean supracrustal assemblages and granitoid gneisses,as well as Paleoproterozoic volcano-sedimentary successions that were intruded by granitic-marie complexes,and then metamorphosed under greenschist-to amphibolite-facies *** basement rocks are overlainby thick Mesoproterozoic- Cenozoic sedimentary sequences.A synthesis of the available petrological and geochronological data allowed us to establish a geological framework for the Precambrian basement on the Liaodong Peninsula and its *** basement can be subdivided into three tectonic units:the Neoarchean Liaonan Block,the Eo-Neoarchean Longgang Block,and the intervening Paleoproterozoic Jiao-Liao-Ji *** this paper we delineate the characteristics of an Archean tectonothermal event,and in a companion paper we examine the Paleoproterozoic lithotectonic *** samples of the Hadean eon are rare worldwide,but Hadean zircons have been identified in rocks of the Liaodong Peninsula,and they provide one of the oldest known mineralogical records on *** Archean gneisses in the Liaonan Block are dominated by quartz dioritic-granodioritic gneisses that were emplaced between 2.55 and 2.44 Ga,and these rocks later underwent a lower-amphibolite-facies *** the other hand,the Archean basement in the Longgang Block is dominated by TTG (tonalitic-trondhjemitic-granodioritic) and granitic gneisses,chamocldtes,and small amounts of supracrustal sequences with much older protolith ages of up to 3.85 Ga,and these rocks have undergone amphibolite-to granulite-facies *** magrnatism (ca.2.5 Ga)marked the end of the Archean tectonothermal event in the Eastern Block of the North China Craton.

A CombustionModel for Explosive Charge Affected by a Bottom Gap in the Launch Environment

Launch safety of explosive charges has become an urgent problem to be solved by all countries in the world aslaunch situation of ammunition becomes ***, the existing numericalmodels have differentdefects. This paper formulates an efficient computational model of the combustion of an explosive charge affectedby a bottom gap in the launch environment in the context of the material point method. The current temperatureis computed accurately from the heat balance equation, and different physical states of the explosive charges areconsidered through various equations of state. Microcracks in the explosive charges are described with respectto the viscoelastic statistical crackmechanics (Visco–SCRAM) model. Themethod for calculating the temperatureat the bottomof the explosive charge with respect to the bottomgap is described. Based on this combustionmodel,the temperature history of a Composition B (COMB) explosive charge in the presence of a bottom gap is obtainedduring the launch process of a 155-mm artillery. The simulation results show that the bottom gap thickness shouldbe no greater than 0.039 cm to ensure the safety of the COM B explosive charge in the launch environment. Thisconclusion is consistent with previous results and verifies the correctness of the proposed model. Ultimately, thispaper derives amathematical expression for themaximumtemperature of the COMB explosive chargewith respectto the bottomgap thickness (over the range of 0.00–0.039 cm), and establishes a quantitative evaluationmethod forthe launch safety of explosive *** research results provide some guidance for the assessment and detectionof explosive charge safety in complex launch environments.

目的:探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)KCNK15-AS1是否通过靶向微RNA-140-5p(miR-140-5p)影响骨关节炎(OA)软骨细胞增殖、凋亡,炎症因子表达及细胞外基质(ECM)合成。方法:实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测KCNK15-AS1和miR-140-5p在OA软骨组织中的表达。在OA软骨细胞中转染si-KCNK15-AS1,噻唑蓝(MTT)和流式细胞术分别检测细胞增殖与凋亡,蛋白质印迹法(WB)检测细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)、p21、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、蛋白聚糖(Aggrecan)、Ⅱ型胶原(Collagen typeⅡ)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、MMP-9、MMP-13的表达。双荧光素酶活性检测分析KCNK15-AS1与miR-140-5p的靶向关系。si-KCNK15-AS1和anti-miR-140-5p共转染,观察干扰miR-140-5p表达对抑制KCNK15-AS1表达诱导的OA软骨细胞增殖、凋亡,炎症因子表达及ECM合成的影响。结果:与正常软骨组织比较,OA软骨组织中KCNK15-AS1表达量明显增加(P<0.05),miR-140-5p表达量显著减少(P<0.05)。抑制KCNK15-AS1表达明显提高OA软骨细胞24 h、48 h、72 h的吸光度(OD)值和CyclinD1、Bcl-2蛋白表达量、Aggrecan、Collagen typeⅡ水平(P<0.05),显著降低细胞凋亡率、p21、Bax蛋白水平、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8、MMP-3、MMP-9、MMP-13水平(P<0.05)。KCNK15-AS1靶向miR-140-5p抑制miR-140-5p的表达。干扰miR-140-5p表达逆转了抑制KCNK15-AS1表达对OA软骨细胞增殖、ECM合成的促进作用,对细胞凋亡、炎症因子表达的抑制作用。结论:LncRNA KCNK15-AS1通过靶向调控miR-140-5p表达影响OA软骨细胞增殖、凋亡、炎症因子表达及ECM合成。

The anomalous valley Hall effect(AVHE)can be used to explore and utilize valley degrees of freedom in materials,which has potential applications in fields such as information storage,quantum computing and *** exists in two-dimensional(2D)materials possessing valley polarization(VP),and such 2D materials usually belong to the hexagonal honeycomb ***,it is necessary to achieve valleytronic materials with VP that are more readily to be synthesized and applicated *** this topical review,we introduce recent developments on realizing VP as well as AVHE through different methods,i.e.,doping transition metal atoms,building ferrovalley heterostructures and searching for ferrovalley ***,2D ferrovalley systems under external modulation are also discussed.2D valleytronic materials with AVHE demonstrate excellent performance and potential applications,which offer the possibility of realizing novel low-energy-consuming devices,facilitating further development of device technology,realizing miniaturization and enhancing functionality of them.
