Intermetallic Ti-xAl-8Nb（x = 41,43,45,47,49;at%） alloys were solidified unidirectionally upwards with a constant temperature gradient of G=3.8 K·mm^（-1）at wide range of growth rates of v=10-400 μm·s^（-1）using a Bridgman directional solidification（DS） *** parameters including the primary dendrite arm spacing（λ_1）,secondary dendrite arm spacing（λ_2）,dendrite tip radius（R） and mushy zone depth（d） were measured *** values of λ_1,λ_2,R and d decrease as the growth rate increases for a given composition（x）.The values of λ_1,λ_2,R and v increase with the increase in x value,while the value of d firstly increases and then decreases with the increase in x value for a given *** relationships between λ_1,λ_2 and R were analyzed by the linear *** average growth rate exponent of λ_1 is 0.29,which is in accordance with the previous experimental observations,and that of λ_2 is close to the previous experimental results,while those of R and d are lower than the results in other alloy *** addition,theoretical models for λ_1,λ_2 and R were compared with the experimental observations,and a comparison of the present experimental results with the theoretical models and previous experimental results was also made.

Objective: Hemay022 is a novel small-molecule and an irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor with the target of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2), which demonstrated anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies. This first-in-human study evaluated the safety, pharmacokinetics,tolerability and preliminary anti-tumor activity of Hemay022 in HER2-positive advanced breast cancer ***: Heavily pretreated patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer were assigned to eight dose cohorts in a 3+3 dose-escalation pattern at doses of 50-600 mg QD and 300 mg BID. Eligible patients were given a single dose of Hemay022 on d 1 in week 0, followed by once daily continuous doses for four weeks in 28-day *** samples were obtained on d 1 and d 28. Clinical responses were assessed every eight ***: Twenty-eight patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with Hemay022. The most frequently reported drug-related adverse events were diarrhoea(85.7%), vomiting(28.6%), nausea(25.0%) and decreased appetite(17.9%). No grade 4 drug-related adverse events were reported. At 50-600 mg doses, steady state areas under the concentration-time curve and peak concentrations increased with doses. One patient achieved complete response(CR), and three achieved partial response(PR). The objective response rate(ORR) and disease control rate(DCR) were 14.3% and 46.4% in 28 patients, respectively. The median progression-free survival(PFS) was3.98 ***: Hemay022 at the dose of 500 mg once daily was well tolerated. The pharmacokinetic properties and encouraging anti-tumor activities of Hemay022 in advanced breast cancer patients warranted further evaluation of Hemay022 for treating breast cancer patients in the current phase Ⅲ trial(No. NCT05122494).

The characteristics of diffusion are essential to the transport of radionuclides through buffer/backfill materials, such as bentonite, which are commonly found in waste repositories. This study used through-diffusion techniques to investigate the diffusion behavior of HTO and ^(99)TcO_4^- on GMZ bentonite of various densities. Diffusion rates were calculated by measuring the diffusion coefficients(De, Da), plotting breakthrough curves and interpreting experiment data. The apparent and effective diffusion coefficients of HTO ranged from(1.68 ± 0.40) 9 × 10^(-11) to(2.80 ± 0.62) 9 × 10^(-11) m^2/s and from(4.61 ±1.28) 9 × 10^(-12) to (16.2 ± 2.50) 9 × 10^(-12) m^2/s, *** apparent and effective diffusion coefficients of^(99)TcO_4^-ranged from(5.26 ± 0.16) 9 × 10^-12to(7.78 ± 0.43) 9× 10^-12m^2/s and from(1.49 ± 0.002) 9 × 10^(-12) to(4.16 ±0.07) 9 × 10^(-12) m^2/s, respectively. The distribution coefficients of HTO and^(99)TcO_4^-ranged from(0.70 ± 0.12) 9× 10^(-2) to(1.36 ± 0.53) 9 × 10^(-2) mL/g and from(1.12 ±0.06) 9 × 10^(-2) to(5.79 ± 2.22) 9 × 10^(-2) mL/g, *** Deand Kdvalues were shown to decrease with an increase in the bulk dry density of compacted bentonite. Our results show that HTO and ^(99)Tc could be considered nonsorbent radionuclides. The data obtained in this studyprovide a valuable reference for the safety assessment of waste repositories.

　　It is a new interest to explore novel organic two-photon absorption (TPA) chromophores with large TPA cross section for their potential applications in various fields, such as three-dimensional optical data storage, micro- and nano-fabrication, biological imaging and optical limiting, and so on. As far as asymmetrical D-π-A type chromophores were concerned, larger TPA cross section can be obtained with the enhancement of electron-donation/electron-acception ability.[1] Recently, we have synthesized a series of new D-π-A type compounds. In these chromophores, stilbene or phenyl cyclo-bridged hexatriene is served as π-bridge, which terminated with a number of amino groups and dicyanomethylene unit (Scheme 1). All the chromophores can be obtained by the condensation reaction of aldehydes and active methyl or methenyl groups in good yields (72%～81%). The chromophores have been characterized by 1H NMR,IR, UV-vis, PL and EA. All these five chromophores in dilute solutions show strong red fluorescence (Table 1). The loss of hydrocarbon production caused by the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures under long-term production conditions has been widely reported in recent ***,the quantitative relationships for the variations of the inner boundary and propped fractures have not been determined and incorporated in the semi-analytical models for the pressure and rate transient *** work focuses on describing the variations of the inner boundary and propped fractures and capturing the typical characteristics from the pressure transient curves.A generalized semi-analytical model was developed to characterize the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures under long-term production *** pressure-dependent length shrinkage coefficients,which quantify the length changes of the inner zone and propped fractures,are modified and incorporated into this multi-zone semi-analytical *** simultaneous numerical iterations and numerical inversions in Laplace and real-time space,the transient solutions to pressure and rate behavior are determined in just a few *** dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures on transient pressure curves is divided into five periods:fracture bilinear flow(FR1),dynamic PFs flow(FR2),inner-area linear flow(FR3),dynamic inner boundary flow(FR4),and outer-area dominated linear flow(FR5).The early hump during FR2 period and a positive upward shift during FR4period are captured on the log-log pressure transient curves,reflecting the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures during the long-term production *** transient pressure behavior will exhibit greater positive upward trend and the flow rate will be lower with the shrinkage of the inner *** pressure derivative curve will be upward earlier as the inner boundary shrinks more *** lower permeability caused by the closure of un-propped fractures in the inner zone results in gr
