Mesoporous Technische Universiteit Delft（TUD-1）-supported chromium oxide-doped titania（Cr-TiO2） was developed as a promising photocatalyst for phenol photodegradation under visible light ***-angle X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results confirmed the amorphous and mesoporous silicate framework of TUD-1 in TUD-1-supported *** mesostructure of TUD-1 was further verified via N2 adsorption-desorption analysis,which showed a type-IV isotherm with a narrow average pore size distribution of 3.9 nm and high surface area of 490 m^2/*** electron microscopy analysis results indicated that TUD-1-supported Cr-TiO2 contained nanoparticles and porous *** increase in band gap energy was observed after loading Cr-TiO2 into *** with that of unsupported Cr-TiO2,TUD-1-supported Cr-TiO2 showed higher photocatalytic activity for phenol degradation under visible light *** TUD-1 supported Cr-TiO2 photocatalyst with a Si/Ti molar ratio of 30 exhibited the highest photodegradation of phenol（82%） of the prepared *** photodegradation of phenol by the supported catalyst followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm with first-order kinetics.

In this paper, a perturb and observe(P&O) based voltage regulator(POVR) and a capacitor compensator(CC)circuit are proposed for the implementation on 31-level asymmetrical switch-diode based multi-level DC-link(MLDCL) inverter. Since the application of MLDCL in a standalone photovoltaic(PV) system requires constant DC voltages from PV panels, the POVR strategy is deployed to regulate the voltage along with the capability to deliver the maximum power at full *** DC-DC converters are used as the interface between the panels and the inverter for the POVR operation. The results show that POVR is capable of achieving the desired fixed DC voltages even under varying environmental and load conditions,with a steady 230 V at the output. At full load, the standalone system successfully delivers 97.21% of the theoretical maximum power. Additionally, CC is incorporated to mitigate voltage spikes at the output when supplying power to inductive *** successfully eliminates the spikes and also reduces the total harmonic distortion(THD) of output current and voltage from more than 10% to less than 5%, as recommended in IEEE 519 standard.

Prototypical three-dimensional(3D)topological Dirac semimetals(DSMs),such as Cd3As2 and Na3Bi,contain electrons that obey a linear momentum-energy dispersion with different Fermi velocities along the three orthogonal momentum *** being extensively studied in recent years,the inherent Fermi velocity anisotropy has often been neglected in the theoretical and numerical studies of 3D *** this omission does not qualitatively alter the physics of light-driven massless quasiparticles in 3D DSMs,it does quantitatively change the optical coefficients which can lead to nontrivial implications in terms of nanophotonics and plasmonics *** we study the linear optical response of 3D DSMs for general Fermi velocity values along each *** the signature conductivity-frequency scaling,σ(ω)∝ω,of 3D Dirac fermion is well-protected from the Fermi velocity anisotropy,the linear optical response exhibits strong linear dichroism as captured by the universal extinction ratio scaling law,Λi j=(vi/v j)^2(where i=j denotes the three spatial coordinates x,y,z,and vi is the i-direction Fermi velocity),which is independent of frequency,temperature,doping,and carrier scattering *** Cd3As2 and Na3Bi3,an exceptionally strong extinction ratio larger than 15 and covering a broad terahertz window is *** findings shed new light on the role of Fermi velocity anisotropy in the optical response of Dirac semimetals and open up novel polarization-sensitive functionalities,such as photodetection and light modulation.

This paper studies the coordination effects between stages for scheduling problems where decision-making is a two-stage process. Two stages are considered as one system. The system can be a supply chain that links two stages, one stage representing a manufacturer; and the other, a distributor It also can represent a single manufacturer, while each stage represents a different department responsible for a part of operations. A problem that jointly considers both stages in order to achieve ideal overall system performance is defined as a system problem. In practice, at times, it might not be feasible for the two stages to make coordinated decisions due to (i) the lack of channels that allow decision makers at the two stages to cooperate, and/or (ii) the optimal solution to the system problem is too difficult (or costly) to achieve.Two practical approaches are applied to solve a variant of two-stage logistic scheduling problems. The Forward Approach is defined as a solution procedure by which the first stage of the system problem is solved first, followed by the second stage. Similarly, the Backward Approach is defined as a solution procedure by which the second stage of the system problem is solved prior to solving the first stage. In each approach, two stages are solved sequentially and the solution generated is treated as a heuristic solution with respect to the corresponding system problem. When decision makers at two stages make decisions locally without considering consequences to the entire system, ineffectiveness may result - even when each stage optimally solves its own problem. The trade-off between the time complexity and the solution quality is the main concern. This paper provides the worst-case performance analysis for each approach.

This paper presents the quasi-ballistic electron transport of a symmetric double-gate (DG) nano-MOSFET with 10 nm gate length and implementation of logical NOT transistor circuit using this nano-MOSFET. Theoretical calculation and simulation using NanoMOS have been done to obtain parameters such as ballistic efficiency, backscattering mean free path, backscattering coefficient, critical length, thermal velocity, capacitances, resistance and drain current. NanoMOS is an on-line device simulator. Theoretical and simulated drain current per micro of width is closely matched. Transistor loaded NOT gate is simulated using WinSpice. Theoretical and simulated value of rise time, fall time, propagation delay and maximum signal frequency of logical NOT transistor level circuit is closely matched. Quasi-ballistic transport has been investigated in this paper since modern MOSFET devices operate between the drift-diffusion and ballistic regimes. This paper aims to enable modern semiconductor device engineers to become familiar with both approaches.

以废米糠为原料,浓硫酸为脱水剂,通过炭化法制备出炭纳米颗粒(CNPs),探讨CNPs荧光发射特征、金属离子的淬灭效应以及作为Sn(II)离子传感材料应用。CNPs产率最佳条件为:硫酸浓度12 mol/L、加热温度120℃及恒温时间30 min。样品在水中强蓝光的最大发射波为439 nm。通过加入金属离子,使金属离子与CNPs表面间形成复合物而淬灭荧光。Sn(II)离子对CNPs荧光具有显著的淬灭效应。Sn(II)离子浓度对淬灭效应符合Stern-Volmer线性关系,Sn(II)离子为6.13 mmol/L。Sn(II)离子的检测限为18.7μmol/L。

中国大陆地区经历住房改革40年,已经完成由计划经济时代的福利分房制度向市场化制度转型,并且建立起保障性住房与住房市场经济并重的发展模式。在近20年经济飞速增长,城市建设不断扩张的背景下,持续上涨的城镇房价已是热门的民生问题。其中,有关大学毕业生的住房保障问题在近几年国内城市的人才竞争中成为了广受关注的焦点。在高素质人才不断涌入大城市寻求发展的局面下,引才并且留才的相关举措关系到城市长远发展。为了使公共租赁住房体系能够更有效地保障此类人群的住房困难,突破当前公共租赁住房供给上的不足之处,包括缩小保障群体的职住距离、提供良好的交通区位、提供符合需求的户型设计以及更高效经济的建筑模式等将是关键的一点。因此,本文从实行住房保障的政府责任以及城市人才竞争的角度出发,通过梳理国内保障性住房的发展现状,总结归纳公租房在建设中存在的问题,分析国内外的公共住宅建设案例以及调查青年群体在租房行为中的需求特征等,来探讨建设面向青年人才的公共租赁住房应当采取的设计对策。并且通过实地考察厦门市的公共租赁住房社区,结合本地的城市区位概况,以厦门市为例开展相关的公租房设计研究,旨在提出一种能够适应新时代需求的人才公租房设计模式。

语义连贯能使文本具逻辑性、连续性和可理解性。它不仅是写作的重要基础,在话语中亦是具有决定性意义的特质。相同的,语义连贯在口译中也有着关键的作用。缺乏语义连贯的口译产出会导致听众无法理解他们的周遭。在不明白源语的情况下,缺乏语义连贯的口译对于听众的影响尤为严重。为了解口译员如何在产出中达到语义连贯并避免不连贯性,本文对一篇中国医改讲座的模拟会议的汉英交传进行案例分析。本文探讨了现有文献中关于语义连贯的研究,针对语义连贯进行定义并分析如何达到语义连贯,为本案例的分析奠定框架。本文参考了文献中语义不连贯的类别,识别出案例中相同类型的语义不连贯,并举例说明。语义不连贯的体现包括在衔接、真实性以及主题连续性三方面的欠缺。本文也了解了语义不连贯的起因,提出改进建议并将改善方法套用到缺乏语义连贯的产出中。修改建议包括批判性思考源语内容、产出中信息的显化以及在输出阶段有效的纠正。本文旨在为案例中的口译员提供反思,为其改进提供指导,同时也为其他口译员在培养语义连贯上提供参考。
