In order to develop municipal solid waste （MSW） gasification and melting technology, two preliminary experiments and a principle integrated experiment were fulfilled respectively. The gasification characteristics of MSW were studied at 500-750℃ when equivalence ratio （ER） was 0.2--0.5 using a fluidized-bed gasifier. When temperature was 550-700℃ and ER was 0.2--0.4, low heat value （LHV） of syngas reaches 4000-12000 kJ/Nm^3. The melting characteristics of fly ash were investigated at 1100-1460℃ using a fixed-bed furnace. It was proved that over 99.9% of dioxins could be decomposed and most heavy-metals could be solidified when temperature was 1100-1300℃. The principle integrated experiment was carried out in a fluidized-bed gasification and swirl-melting system. MSW was gasified etticiently at 550-650℃, swirl-melting furnace maintains at 1200-1300℃ stably and over 95% of fly ash could be caught by the swirl-melting furnace. The results provided much practical experience and basic data to develop MSW gasification and melting technology.

Internetware has become an emerging software paradigm to provide Internet *** performance anomaly of Internetware services not only affects user experience,but also causes severe economic loss to service *** performance anomalies has become one of the keys to improving the quality of service(QoS) of *** approaches create a system model to predict ***,the prediction from the model is compared with the observation;a significant deviation may signal the occurrence of a performance ***,these approaches require domain knowledge and parameterization ***,dynamic workloads affect the accuracy of performance *** address these issues,we propose a correlation analysis based approach to detecting the performance anomaly for *** use kernel canonical correlation analysis(KCCA) to model the correlation between workloads and performance based on monitoring ***,we detect anomalous correlation coefficients by XmR control charts,which detect the anomalous coefficient and trend without a priori ***,we adopt a feature selection method(Relief) to locate the anomalous *** evaluated our approach on a testbed running the TPC-W industry-standard *** experimental results show that our approach is able to capture the performance anomaly,and locate the metrics relating to the cause of anomaly.

Based on regular surface meteorological observations and NCEP/DOE reanalysis data, this study investigates the evolution of surface sensible heat（SH） over the central and eastern Tibetan Plateau（CE-TP） under the recent global warming hiatus. The results reveal that the SH over the CE-TP presents a recovery since the slowdown of the global warming. The restored surface wind speed together with increased difference in ground-air temperature contribute to the recovery in *** the global warming hiatus, the persistent weakening wind speed is alleviated due to the variation of the meridional temperature gradient. Meanwhile, the ground surface temperature and the difference in ground-air temperature show a significant increasing trend in that period caused by the increased total cloud amount, especially at night. At nighttime, the increased total cloud cover reduces the surface effective radiation via a strengthening of atmospheric counter radiation and subsequently brings about a clear upward trend in ground surface temperature and the difference in ground-air ***–radiation feedback plays a significant role in the evolution of the surface temperature and even SH during the global warming hiatus. Consequently, besides the surface wind speed, the difference in ground-air temperature becomes another significant factor for the variation in SH since the slowdown of global warming, particularly at night.

A silane containing isocynate groups（3-（trimethoxysilyl） propyl cyanic acid ester,NCO） associated with hexamethyldisilazane（HDMS） is used to modify the surface of poly-（p-phenylene terephthalamide）（PPTA） pulps. As concerns surface chemistry,Attenuated Total Reflection Flourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy（ATR FT-IR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS） confirm that NCO associated with HDMS silylated PPTA pulp surface successfully. While the modified PPTA pulps are used as reinforcing fillers for silicone composites,the dispersibility and storage stability of the composites are improved as Mooney testing indicated. The silicone composites filled with modified PPTA pulps present a higher tensile strength and much higher broken elongation（3.30 MPa and 166.54%） than that with unmodified pulps（3.08 MPa and 68.47%）,respectively.

Effects of donor cells on in vitro development of cloned bovine embryos

The donor cells from different individuals and with different foreign genes introduced were investigated to determine their effects on the efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer （SCNT）. The bovine ear fibroblast from different individuals was isolated, cultured, and then transfected with foreign genes to establish the stable cell lines, which were used as donor cells for nuclear transfer. The oocytes were obtained through ovum pick up operation. After in vitro maturation, the M II phase oocytes were selected as receptors for nuclear transfer. The reconstructed embryos were cultured in vitro and observed at 2 h, 48 h, and 7 days after transfer to assess the rate of fusion using cleaved and blastocyst as the parameters of SCNT efficiency. The donor cells from different individuals （04036, 06081, 06088, and 06129） had no obvious effect on the fusion and cleaved rate, whereas there was significant difference in the blastocyst rate （P〈0.05）, and the rate was 62.3%, 37.0%, 35.1%, and 15.6%, respectively. There was no significant difference among the rate of fusion, cleaved and blastocyst in donor cells with different foreign genes （P〉0.05）. It was concluded that the genetic background of the donor cells could affect the efficiency of SCNT, while the introduction of foreign genes into the donor cells had no obvious effect on the efficiency. This study provides useful information for the SCNT and would benefit in promoting the efficiency.

本文以2010-2020年沪深两市A股上市公司为研究样本,分析海归高管对企业数字化转型的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)海归高管有助于推动企业数字化转型,这一结论在考虑内生性并经过多种稳健性检验后依然成立;(2)作用机制表明,海归高管主要通过提升企业人力资本水平、学习吸收能力以及ESG责任履行程度三重机制推动企业数字化转型;(3)异质性分析表明,海归高管对企业数字化转型的促进作用在中小企业以及金融资产配置效率低的企业中更为显著。研究结论既丰富和拓展了高阶梯队理论以及企业数字化转型影响因素的相关研究,还有助于为企业如何顺应数字化发展趋势,加快企业数字化转型进程提供经验证据。

Coverage Dependence of Growth Mode in Heteroepitaxy of Ni on Cu(100) Surface

A realistic kinetic Monte Carlo （KMC） simulation model with physical parameters is developed, which well reproduces the heteroepitaxial growth of multilayered Ni thin film on Cu（100） surfaces at room temperature. The effects of mass transport between interlayers and edge diffusion of atoms along the islands are included in the simulation model, and the surface roughness and the layer distribution versus total coverage are calculated. Speeially, the simulation model reveals the transition of growth mode with coverage and the difference between the Ni heteroepitaxy on Cu（100） and the Ni homoepitaxy on Ni（100）. Through comparison of KMC simulation with the real scanning tunneling microscopy （STM） experiments, the Ehrlich-Schwoebel （ES） barrier Ees is estimated to be 0.18±0.02 eV for Ni/Cu（100） system while 0.28 eV for Ni/Ni（100）. The simulation also shows that the growth mode depends strongly on the thickness of thin film and the surface temperature, and the critical thickness of growth mode transition is dependent on the growth condition such as surface temperature and deposition flux as well.

Shen-Jing as a chinese Medicine Concept Might Be a Counterpart of Stem Cells in Regenerative Medicine

As the epitome of the modern regenerative medicine, stem cells were proposed in the basic sense no more than 200 years ago. However, the concept of "stem cells" existed long before the modern medical description. The hypothesis that all things, including our sentient body, were generated from a small origin was shared between Western and chinese people. The ancient chinese philosophers considered Jing(also known as essence) as the origin of life. In chinese medicine(CM), Jing is mainly stored in Kidney(Shen) and the so-called Shen-Jing(Kidney essence). Here, we propose that Shen-Jing is the CM term used to express the meaning of "origin and regeneration". This theoretical discovery has at least two applications. First, the actions underlying causing Shen-Jing deficiency, such as excess sexual intercourse, chronic diseases, and aging, might damage the function of stem cells. Second, a large number of chinese herbs with Shen-Jing-nourishing efficacy had been proven to affect stem cell proliferation and differentiation. Therefore, if Shen-Jing in CM is equivalent with stem cells in regenerative medicine, higher effective modulators for regulating stem-cell behaviors from Kidney-tonifying herbs would be expected.
