chitosan(CS),hydrated zinc acetate,and rectorite(REC) were used as raw materials to prepare CS-embedded zinc oxide(ZnO) nanoparticle by a chemical precipitation ***-bonded REC-loaded ZnO-CS nanoparticle was to form ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite photocatalyst,its morphology and structure were analyzed by means of FTIR,XRD,TGA,SEM,and *** effects of the catalyst dosage,methyl orange(MO) initial concentration and solution pH on photocatalytic performance were also *** experimental results show that the ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite has a particle size of 100 nm with good dispersion and *** irradiation of visible light,0.6 g/L photocatalyst was used to degrade MO in solution for 90 min at pH 6,then the MO solution(10 mg/L) was decolored by more than 99%,indicating that the ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite exhibited highly photocatalytic degradation ***,the photodegradation kinetic mechanism of MO in aqueous solution is presumed.

Quantification of the nonlinearities between ambient ozone(O3)and the emissions of nitrogen oxides(NOx)and volatile organic compound(VOC)is a prerequisite for an effective O3 control *** Enhanced polynomial functions Response Surface Model(Epf-RSM)with the capability to analyze O3-NOx-VOC sensitivities in real time was developed by integrating the hill-climbing adaptive method into the optimized Extended Response Surface Model(ERSM)*** Epf-RSM could single out the best suited polynomial function for each grid cell to quantify the responses of O3 concentrations to precursor emission *** comparisons between Epf-RSM and pf-ERSM(polynomial functions based ERSM)were performed using out-of-sample validation,together with comparisons of the spatial distribution and the Empirical Kinetic Modeling Approach *** comparison results showed that Epf-RSM effectively addressed the drawbacks of pf-ERSM with respect to overfitting in the margin areas and high biases in the transition *** O3 concentrations predicted by Epf-RSM agreed well with Community Multi-scale Air Quality simulation *** case study results in the Pearl River Delta and the north-western area of the Shandong province indicated that the O3 formations in the central areas of both the regions were more sensitive to anthropogenic VOC in January,April,and October,while more NOx-sensitive in July.

It is always desirable to know the interior deformation pattern when a rock is subjected to mechanicalload. Few experimental techniques exist that can represent full-field three-dimensional （3D） straindistribution inside a rock specimen. And yet it is crucial that this information is available for fully understandingthe failure mechanism of rocks or other geomaterials. In this study, by using the newlydeveloped digital volumetric speckle photography （DVSP） technique in conjunction with X-ray computedtomography （CT） and taking advantage of natural 3D speckles formed inside the rock due to materialimpurities and voids, we can probe the interior of a rock to map its deformation pattern under load andshed light on its failure mechanism. We apply this technique to the analysis of a red sandstone specimenunder increasing uniaxial compressive load applied incrementally. The full-field 3D displacement fieldsare obtained in the specimen as a function of the load, from which both the volumetric and the deviatoricstrain fields are calculated. Strain localization zones which lead to the eventual failure of the rock areidentified. To study IgG subclasses for the hepatitis B virus （HBV） core antigen （anti-HBc） in different populations, a comparison was made between 104 chronic carriers （60 male and 44 female） and 434 recovered individuals （247 male and 192 female）. Biochemistry analyses of AST （aspartate aminotransferase） and ALT （alanine aminotransferase） were also performed. Among the 104 chronic carriers, 21 patients were found to be ALT and AST abnormal （〉 25 IU/ml）. After comparing these ALT and AST abnormal patients with other ALT and AST normal chronic carriers, no statistical difference was observed in the OD values of the anti-HBe （p 〉 0.05）. The ELISA results showed the anti-HBc IgG subclass pattern was IgG1 〉 IgG3 〉 IgG4 in chronic carriers and IgG3 〉 IgG1 〉 IgG4 in recovered individuals （p 〈 0.05）. This result suggests the IgG1/IgG3 ratio may be related with HBV status. However, in spite of the different anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 patterns demonstrated in different populations, both anti-HBc IgG1 and IgG3 concentrations were significantly higher in chronic carriers （p 〈 0.05）. Therefore, both the anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 ratio and their amounts differed. They may play a significant role in chronic carriers and recovered individuals. The anti-HBc IgG subclass profiles of chronic carriers were not changed regardless of liver inflammation, and were independent of sex and age.

提出了用于测量物体内部三维变形场的数字体散斑(DVSP)法。利用计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)、激光扫描共焦显微镜(LSCM)或光学相干断层成像术(OCT)获取具有散斑特征的物体变形前后的三维立体图像,将其分别分割成若干具有相同尺寸的子块体,对相对应的子块体进行第一步三维快速傅里叶变换,在频谱域进行数值干涉得到合成谱,对合成谱进行第二步三维快速傅里叶变换,得到含位移信息的扩展脉冲函数,通过求取峰值位置得到子块体的位移矢量,对所有变形前后相对应的子块体逐一进行上述两步三维快速傅里叶变换,就可以求出所有子块体的位移矢量,从而获得物体内部三维变形场。利用模拟生成的三维散斑体图像,通过数字实验,分析了散斑尺寸、数目、子块体尺寸、图像对比度和亮度对DVSP法精度与准确性的影响。利用DVSP法测量了红砂岩单轴压缩内部的三维应变场,由位移场及应变场分布可直观地揭示试件内部变形特征。

BACKGROUND Graft hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)recurrence after liver transplant is more frequently *** hepatectomy is technically challenging and is associated with high *** body radiation therapy(SBRT)has been shown to be safe and effective for the treatment of primary ***,its role in HCC recurrence in a liver graft remains *** To evaluate the safety and efficacy of SBRT for the treatment of graft HCC recurrence after liver *** A retrospective study was *** 2012 to 2018,6 patients with intrahepatic HCC recurrence after liver transplant were treated with SBRT at Queen Mary Hospital,the University of Hong *** primary outcome was time to overall disease progression and secondary outcomes were time to local progression and best local response,as assessed with the Modified response Evaluation Criteria for Solid Tumours *** were monitored for treatment related toxicities and graft *** A total of 9 treatment courses were given for 13 *** median tumour size was 2.3 cm(range 0.7-3.6 cm).Two(22%)patients had inferior vena cava tumour *** best local treatment response was:5(55%)complete response,1(11%)partial response and 3(33%)stable *** a median follow up duration of 15.5 mo,no local progression or mortality was yet *** median time to overall disease progression was 6.5 *** were 6 regional progression in the liver graft(67%)and 2 distant progression in the lung(22%).There was no grade 3 or above toxicity and there was no graft dysfunction after *** SBRT appears to be safe in this *** progression is the mode of failure.

This paper examines how bank capital affects bank profitability and risk in china, and how its impact differed before and after the nation entered the WTO. Our study uses the dynamic generalized method of moments approach with a panel database containing 171 chinese commercial banks. We ftnd that bank capital has significant influence on bank profitability and risk, but its impact has declined since china joined the WTO in 2001. For different sized groups, the impact of capital on profitability exhibits a distinct trend. The effects of capital on bank risk are different for large and small banks depending on the risk variables used for the chinese banking industry.

Objective:To correlate the utility of the fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery(FLS)manual skills program with the Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills(OSATS)global rating scale in evaluating operative ***:The Asian Urological Surgery Training and Educational Group(AUSTEG)Laparoscopic Upper Tract Surgery Course implemented and validated the FLS program for its usage in laparoscopic surgical ***’basic laparoscopic skills were assessed using three different training models(peg transfer,precision cutting,and intra-corporeal suturing).They also performed live porcine laparoscopic surgery at the same *** surgery skills were assessed by blinded faculty using the OSATS rating ***:From March 2016 to March 2019,a total of 81 certified urologists participated in the course,with a median of 5 years of post-residency *** differences in task time did not reach statistical significance,those with more surgical experience were visibly faster at completing the peg transfer and intra-corporeal suturing FLS ***,they took longer to complete the precision cutting task than participants with less *** OSATS scores correlated weakly with all three FLS tasks(peg transfer time:r=0.331,r^(2)=0.110;precision cutting time:r=0.240,r^(2)=0.058;suturing with intracorporeal knot time:r=0.451,r^(2)=0.203).Conclusion:FLS task parameters did not correlate strongly with OSATS globing rating scale *** FLS task models demonstrated strong validity,it is important to assimilate the inconsistencies when benchmarking technical proficiency against real-life operative competence,as evaluated by FLS and OSATS,respectively.
