Achieving an efficient and stable heterogeneous Fenton reaction over a wide pH range is of great significance for wastewater ***,a pollen-derived biochar catalyst with a unique honeycomb-like structure,coupled with the dispersion of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)/FeS(Fe/S)nanoparticles,was synthesized by simple impregnation precursor,followed by *** prepared Fe/S-biochar catalyst demonstrated outstanding phenol degradation efficiency across a wide pH range,with 98%of which eliminated even under neutral conditions(pH 7.0).The high catalytic activity was due to the multilevel porous structure of pollenderived biochar provided enough active sites and allowed for better electron transfer,then increases oxidation ability to promote the ***,the acid microenvironment formed by SO_(4)^(2-)group from Fe/S composite extended the pH range for Fenton reaction,and S^(2-)facilitated the conversion of≡Fe^(3+)to≡Fe^(2+),resulting in remarkable degradation ***,biochar can effectively promote cycling stability by limiting Fe *** work may provide a general strategy for designing 3D framework biochar-based Fe/S catalysts with excellent performance for heterogeneous Fenton reactions.

The chiral separations of four pharmaceutical racemates which contain N-alkyl groups were satisfactorily resolved using SBE-β-CD as a chiral mobile phase additive （CMPA） in a RP-HPLC system （the resolution is 2.701 for ondansetron hydrochloride, 1.996 for sulpiride, 1.293 for clenbuterol hydrochloride and 0.816 for omeprazole）. In addition, the effects of different parameters such as CD type and CD concentration were investigated. The separation mechanism arises through the combination of several potential interactions, including electrostatic interactions as well as hydrogen bonding interactions and hydrophobic inclusion interactions, which allow for the SBE-β-CD-drug complexation with strong stereoselectivity and stability. The resolution also relates to the number and location of N atoms in the enantiomers. This method will be applicable to the isolation of various types of biologically imoortant enantiomers containing N-alkyl groups.

The moisture performance of building envelopes largely depends on the building materials,construction tech-niques,and exposure loads from the indoor and outdoor regions.A ventilated air interlayer placed in a wall can help dehumidify the wall and indoor *** paper presents an experimental study of the heat,air,and moisture variations within the envelope wall of a chamber featuring different air interlayer settings under real outdoor air conditions during the summer of 2020 in Shanghai,***-developed humidity-controlling building mate-rials were applied to the inner building ***,humidity,wind velocity,and heat-flow sensors were placed at different positions in the middle of the *** parameters were measured and recorded in real-time under three working conditions:humidification,dehumidification,and *** experimental results show that under the ventilation working conditions,moisture content of 0.52 kg can be removed after a 2-h air layer ventilation,which can benefit the design strategy for the humidification and ventilation of dehu-midification walls.

This paper investigates the problem of cooperative localization(CL)for a multi-robot system(MRS)under dynamic measurement topology,which involves a group of robots collectively estimating their poses with respect to a common reference frame using ego-motion measurements and robot-to-robot relative *** authors provide a theoretical analysis of the time-varying unobservable subspace and propose a consistent cooperative localization ***,the authors introduce the relative measurement graph(RMG)to represent the relative pose measurements obtained by the MRS at each ***,the authors derive the local observability matrix over a time *** equivalent relationship is established between the local observability matrix and the spectral matrices of the ***,the authors present a method for constructing the unobservable subspace based on the RMG under different topology *** on this analysis,the authors design a consistent cooperative localization algorithm that satisfies the constraints of the time-varying unobservable *** analytical optimal solution is derived for the constrained optimization *** Carlo numerical simulations are conducted to demonstrate the consistency and accuracy of the proposed method.

Wide-spatial radar surveillance missions are challenging tasks, requiring an increased power budget and agility in transmission aimed at extracting information from multiple targets in different environments. These requirements necessitate high transmitting degrees of freedom(DOF) to achieve the objective of multiscale observation for specific tasks in specialized regions of interest. herein, we exploit the multiscale observation ability in wide-spatial radar surveillance based on frequency diverse array(FDA)radar. The proposed method facilitates spatial anisotropic control of multiple radar resources, including the transmitting waveforms, beampattern, and bandwidth. By utilizing a coherent FDA radar, we offer principles for the selection of baseband waveforms, in addition to the quantitative design of the beampattern gain and optimal bandwidth from the perspective of detection. The feasibility of the proposed method is validated through numerical experiments, thus indicating the potential in wide-spatial radar surveillance. Moreover,this work can be regarded as a preliminary attempt to gauge the efficacy of the computational array, a novel academic concept.

Morinda officinalis oligosaccharides(MOO) are an oral drug approved in china for the treatment of depression in china. However, MOO is hardly absorbed so that their anti-depressant mechanism has not been elucidated. here, we show that oral MOO acted on tryptophan → 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HTP) → serotonin(5-HT) metabolic pathway in the gut microbiota. MOO could increase tryptophan hydroxylase levels in the gut microbiota which accelerated 5-HTP production from tryptophan;meanwhile, MOO inhibited 5-hydroxytryptophan decarboxylase activity, thus reduced 5-HT generation,and accumulated 5-HTP. The raised 5-HTP from the gut microbiota was absorbed to the blood, and then passed across the blood-brain barrier to improve 5-HT levels in the brain. Additionally, pentasaccharide,as one of the main components in MOO, exerted the significant anti-depressant effect through a mechanism identical to that of MOO. This study reveals for the first time that MOO can alleviate depression via increasing 5-HTP in the gut microbiota.

With the rapid growth of the maritime Internet of Things(IoT)devices for Maritime Monitor Services(MMS),maritime traffic controllers could not handle a massive amount of data in *** unmanned MMS,one of the key technologies is situation ***,the presence of slow-fast high maneuvering targets and track breakages due to radar blind zones make modeling the dynamics of marine multi-agents difficult,and pose significant challenges to maritime situation *** order to comprehend the situation accurately and thus offer unmanned MMS,it is crucial to model the complex dynamics of multi-agents using IoT big ***,previous methods typically rely on complex assumptions,are plagued by unstructured data,and disregard the interactions between multiple agents and the spatial-temporal correlations.A deep learning model,Graph Spatial-Temporal Generative Adversarial Network(GraphSTGAN),is proposed in this paper,which uses graph neural network to model unstructured data and uses STGAN to learn the spatial-temporal dependencies and *** experiments show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)has aggressive characteristics as exemplified by the high risk of recurrence,metastasis,and patient mortality.1 Cytotoxic chemotherapy may reduce tumor burden initially,but leave behind chemo-resistant breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)that lead to tumor recurrence and metastasis.2 Chemotherapy induces BCsC enrichment through the activation of glutathione biosynthesis pathways,which increases intracellular glutathione levels and specifies the BCSC phenotype through complicated downstream signaling pathways.3 Glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),a superfamily(which contains seven cytosolic classes:Alpha,Kappa,Mu,Omega,Pi,Theta,and Zeta,and one microsomal class MGSTs)of phase Il enzymes that catalyze the conjugation of glutathione with electrophilic compounds,play a critical role in detoxification and chemotherapy resistance of cancer ***,the role of GSTs in the regulation of BCSCs is largely elusive.
