Precise resources and energy forecasting are important to facilitate the decision-making process in order to achieve higher efficiency and reliability in energy system planning,maintenance,operation,security,and so on.In the past decades,many resources and energy forecasting models have been continuously proposed to increase the forecasting accuracy,especially intelligence models(e.g.,artificial neural networks,support vector regression,evolutionary computation models,etc.).Meanwhile,due to the great development of optimization methods(e.g.,quadratic programming method,differential empirical mode method,evolutionary algorithms,etc.),many novel hybrid methods combined with the above-mentioned intelligent-optimization-based methods have also been proposed to achieve satisfactory forecasting accuracy levels.It is worthwhile to explore the tendency and development of intelligent-optimization-based hybrid methodologies and to enrich their practical performances,particularly for resources and energy forecasting.

Physiological signals indicate a person’s physical and mental state at any given time.Accordingly,many studies extract physiological signals from the human body with non-contact methods,and most of them require facial feature points.However,under COVID-19,wearing a mask has become a must in many places,so how non-contact physiological information measurements can still be performed correctly even when a mask covers the facial information has become a focus of research.In this study,RGB and thermal infrared cameras were used to execute non-contact physiological information measurement systems for heart rate,blood pressure,respiratory rate,and forehead temperature for peoplewearing masks due to the pandemic.Using the green(G)minus red(R)signal in the RGB image,the region of interest(ROI)is established in the forehead and nose bridge regions.The photoplethysmography(PPG)waveforms of the two regions are obtained after the acquired PPG signal is subjected to the optical flow method,baseline drift calibration,normalization,and bandpass filtering.The relevant parameters in Deep Neural Networks(DNN)for the regression model can correctly predict the heartbeat and blood pressure.In addition,the temperature change in the ROI of the mask after thermal image processing and filtering can be used to correctly determine the number of breaths.Meanwhile,the thermal image can be used to read the temperature average of the ROI of the forehead,and the forehead temperature can be obtained smoothly.The experimental results show that the above-mentioned physiological signals of a subject can be obtained in 6-s images with the error for both heart rate and blood pressure within 2%∼3%and the error of forehead temperature within±0.5°C.

Regulating the local configuration of atomically dispersed transition-metal atom catalysts is the key to oxygen electrocatalysis performance enhancement.Unlike the previously reported singleatom or dual-atom configurations,we designed a new type of binary-atom catalyst,through engineering Fe-N_(4)electronic structure with adjacent Co-N_(2)C_(2)and nitrogen-coordinated Co nanoclusters,as oxygen electrocatalysts.The resultant optimized electronic structure of the Fe-N_(4)active center favors the binding capability of intermediates and enhances oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity in both alkaline and acid conditions.In addition,anchoring M-N-C atomic sites on highly graphitized carbon supports guarantees of efficient charge-and mass-transports,and escorts the high bifunctional catalytic activity of the entire catalyst.further,through the combination of electrochemical studies and in-situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy analyses,the ORR degradation mechanisms under highly oxidative conditions during oxygen evolution reaction processes were revealed.This work developed a new binary-atom catalyst and systematically investigates the effect of highly oxidative environments on ORR electrochemical behavior.It demonstrates the strategy for facilitating oxygen electrocatalytic activity and stability of the atomically dispersed M-N-C catalysts.

To study IgG subclasses for the hepatitis B virus （HBV） core antigen （anti-HBc） in different populations, a comparison was made between 104 chronic carriers （60 male and 44 female） and 434 recovered individuals （247 male and 192 female）. Biochemistry analyses of AST （aspartate aminotransferase） and ALT （alanine aminotransferase） were also performed. Among the 104 chronic carriers, 21 patients were found to be ALT and AST abnormal （〉 25 IU/ml）. After comparing these ALT and AST abnormal patients with other ALT and AST normal chronic carriers, no statistical difference was observed in the OD values of the anti-HBe （p 〉 0.05）. The ELISA results showed the anti-HBc IgG subclass pattern was IgG1 〉 IgG3 〉 IgG4 in chronic carriers and IgG3 〉 IgG1 〉 IgG4 in recovered individuals （p 〈 0.05）. This result suggests the IgG1/IgG3 ratio may be related with HBV status. However, in spite of the different anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 patterns demonstrated in different populations, both anti-HBc IgG1 and IgG3 concentrations were significantly higher in chronic carriers （p 〈 0.05）. Therefore, both the anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 ratio and their amounts differed. They may play a significant role in chronic carriers and recovered individuals. The anti-HBc IgG subclass profiles of chronic carriers were not changed regardless of liver inflammation, and were independent of sex and age.

Photovoltaics(PV)has been combined with many other industries,such as agriculture.But there are many problems for the sustainability of PV agriculture.Timely and accurate sustainability evaluation of modern photovoltaic agriculture is of great significance for accelerating the sustainable development of modern photovoltaic agriculture.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of evaluation,this paper proposes an evaluation model based on interval type-2 fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS and least squares support vector machine optimized by fireworks algorithm.Firstly,the criteria system of modern photovoltaic agriculture sustainability is constructed from three dimensions including technology sustainability,economic sustainability and social sustainability.Then,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)methods are improved by using interval type-2 fuzzy theory,and the traditional evaluation model based on interval type-2 fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS is obtained,and the improved model is used for comprehensive evaluation.After that,the optimal parameters of least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)model are obtained by Fireworks algorithm(FWA)training,and the intelligent evaluationmodel for the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture is constructed to realize fast and intelligent calculation.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted to demonstrate the scientificity and accuracy of the proposed model.This study is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture,and can provide decision-making support for more reasonable development model in the future of modern photovoltaic agriculture.

BACKGROUND Graft hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)recurrence after liver transplant is more frequently encountered.Graft hepatectomy is technically challenging and is associated with high morbidity.Stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)has been shown to be safe and effective for the treatment of primary HCC.However,its role in HCC recurrence in a liver graft remains unclear.AIM To evaluate the safety and efficacy of SBRT for the treatment of graft HCC recurrence after liver transplantation.METHODS A retrospective study was conducted.From 2012 to 2018,6 patients with intrahepatic HCC recurrence after liver transplant were treated with SBRT at Queen Mary Hospital,the University of Hong Kong.The primary outcome was time to overall disease progression and secondary outcomes were time to local progression and best local response,as assessed with the Modified response Evaluation Criteria for Solid Tumours criteria.Patients were monitored for treatment related toxicities and graft dysfunction.RESULTS A total of 9 treatment courses were given for 13 tumours.The median tumour size was 2.3 cm(range 0.7-3.6 cm).Two(22%)patients had inferior vena cava tumour thrombus.The best local treatment response was:5(55%)complete response,1(11%)partial response and 3(33%)stable disease.After a median follow up duration of 15.5 mo,no local progression or mortality was yet observed.The median time to overall disease progression was 6.5 mo.There were 6 regional progression in the liver graft(67%)and 2 distant progression in the lung(22%).There was no grade 3 or above toxicity and there was no graft dysfunction after SBRT.CONCLUSION SBRT appears to be safe in this context.Regional progression is the mode of failure.

Here,we demonstrate that the lattice oxygen release on the high-capacity cathode,Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.6)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(LNMO)surface can be successfully suppressed through S-anion-substitution using density functional theory(DFT)calculations and ab initio molecular dynamics(AIMD)simulations.The oxygen evolution mechanisms on pristine and sulfur(S)-substituted LNMO(003)surfaces in the presence of an electrolyte mixture are compared.Over-oxidation of O^(2−)anions during delithiation in the pristine surface results in oxygen evolution and subsequent structural deformation.Whereas,in the S-substituted LNMO,S^(2−)anions primarily participate in charge compensation and further inhibit oxygen evolution and O vacancy formation at high degrees of delithiation.furthermore,the S-substitution effectively prevents the formation of Ni^(3+)ions and Jahn-Teller distortion,retaining the layered structure during delithiation.Our findings provide insight into improving the structural stability of the LNMO(003)surface,paving the way for developing Li-rich LNMO cathode materials for next-generation LIBs.

The high incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)recurrence negatively impacts outcomes of patients treated with curative intent despite advances in surgical techniques and other locoregional liver-targeting therapies.Over the past few decades,the emergence of transcriptome analysis tools,including real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR,microarrays,and RNA sequencing,has not only largely contributed to our knowledge about the pathogenesis of recurrent HCC but also led to the development of outcome prediction models based on differentially expressed gene signatures.In recent years,the single-cell RNA sequencing technique has revolutionized our ability to study the complicated crosstalk between cancer cells and the immune environment,which may benefit further investigations on the role of different immune cells in HCC recurrence and the identification of potential therapeutic targets.In the present article,we summarized the major findings yielded with these transcriptome methods within the framework of a causal model consisting of three domains:primary cancer cells;carcinogenic stimuli;and tumor microenvironment.We provided a comprehensive review of the insights that transcriptome analyses have provided into diagnostics,surveillance,and treatment of HCC recurrence.

It is always desirable to know the interior deformation pattern when a rock is subjected to mechanicalload. Few experimental techniques exist that can represent full-field three-dimensional （3D） straindistribution inside a rock specimen. And yet it is crucial that this information is available for fully understandingthe failure mechanism of rocks or other geomaterials. In this study, by using the newlydeveloped digital volumetric speckle photography （DVSP） technique in conjunction with X-ray computedtomography （CT） and taking advantage of natural 3D speckles formed inside the rock due to materialimpurities and voids, we can probe the interior of a rock to map its deformation pattern under load andshed light on its failure mechanism. We apply this technique to the analysis of a red sandstone specimenunder increasing uniaxial compressive load applied incrementally. The full-field 3D displacement fieldsare obtained in the specimen as a function of the load, from which both the volumetric and the deviatoricstrain fields are calculated. Strain localization zones which lead to the eventual failure of the rock areidentified.
