Full-color micro-LED displays are being widely developed and regarded as a primary option in current microdisplay technologies to fulfill the urgent demands of metaverse applications in the next *** this paper,a monolithic full-color micro-LED microdisplay with a resolution of 423 pixels per inch is demonstrated through the integration of a blue GaN-on-Si display module and a quantum dots photoresist(QDs-PR)color conversion *** 400×240 active-matrix blue micro-LED display with a dominant wavelength of 440 nm was monolithically fabricated using GaN-on-Si epiwafers and flip-chip bonded on a custom-designed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor backplane.A color conversion module was independently fabricated on a *** substrate by applying red and green QDs-PR arrays and a color filter array through the standard lithography *** the blue GaN-on-Si micro-LED display module and the lithography-based QDs-PR color conversion module,a full-color micro-LED display was achieved with a wide color gamut up to 104%of the standard red,green,and blue and a maximum brightness of over 500 *** influence of blue light leakage resulting from the possible misalignment of flip-chip bonding and crosstalk in the bottom GaN-on-Si display was investigated in which the percentages of efficient pumping light for the blue,green,and red subpixels are around95%,89%,and 92%,*** prototype demonstrates potential scalability and low-cost volume production of high-resolution full-color micro-LED microdisplays soon.

The dynamic characteristics of cooking-related particle size distributions in real-world settings are not fully *** a real-world campaign in a naturally-ventilated apartment in the northwest US,this study investigates the temporal profiles of size-resolved particle number concentrations(PNCs)ranging from 0.3 to 10µm from frying cooking *** cooking scenarios included various combinations of window ventilation,venting range hood(VRH)use,and portable air cleaner(PAC)*** a standardized pan-frying protocol throughout seven scenarios,real-time PNCs of 16-size bins were measured in the *** PNCs were empirically compared among size bins,periods,and *** most abundant size ranges of cooking-related particles were 0.3–0.579µm in number(45%–71%of the total)and 2.685–5.182µm in mass(48%–57%of the total).Compared with the scenario without any cooking-fume mitigating measures,keeping the kitchen windows open reduced the mean PNCs during and within 1-h after cooking for PM_(0.3-2.5),PM_(2.5-10),and PM_(0.3-10)by 78%,92%,and 79%,*** contrast,utilizing a VRH during cooking reduced the corresponding levels by 21%,69%,and 25%,*** with running the VRH,using a PAC in the kitchen led to additional reductions of 84%,88%,and 84%,***,the removal efficiencies of the three strategies generally increased with particle sizes.

胆道纤维化(BF)是病理性胆道损伤修复的结果,主要表现为胆管壁的增厚硬化和管腔的进行性狭窄,最终可能导致胆道梗阻、胆汁性肝硬化、肝衰竭、肝胆恶性肿瘤等严重不良结局。目前的研究将BF描述为某些胆管病的病理特征,对其病因、病理生理、分子机制和治疗缺乏系统总结。BF是胆道系统普遍存在但容易被忽略的疾病状态,可能通过病理性胆道损伤后的异常修复机制促进肝胆疾病的发生和进展,笔者结合国内外最新研究进展,综述BF的概念、临床表现、病因、发病机制和治疗策略,为临床医师提供参考。

The insulin-like growth factor(IGF)axis plays important roles in cancer development and *** type 1 IGF receptor(IGF-1R)is a key member in the IGF axis and has long been recognized for its oncogenic role in multiple cancer *** we review the occurrence of IGF-1R aberrations and activation mechanisms in cancers,which justify the development of anti-IGF-1R *** describe the therapeutic agents available for IGF-1R inhibition,with focuses on the recent or ongoing pre-clinical and clinical *** include antisense oligonucleotide,tyrosine kinase inhibitors and monoclonal antibodies which may be conjugated with cytotoxic ***,simultaneous targeting of IGF-1R and several other oncogenic vulnerabilities has shown early promise,highlighting the potential benefits of combination ***,we discuss the challenges in targeting IGF-1R so far and new concepts to improve therapeutic efficacy such as blockage of the nuclear translocationofIGF-1R.

In order to discover the main causes of elevator group accidents in edge computing environment, a multi-dimensional data model of elevator accident data is established by using data cube technology, proposing and implementing a method by combining classical Apriori algorithm with the model, digging out frequent items of elevator accident data to explore the main reasons for the occurrence of elevator accidents. In addition, a collaborative edge model of elevator accidents is set to achieve data sharing, making it possible to check the detail of each cause to confirm the causes of elevator accidents. Lastly the association rules are applied to find the law of elevator Accidents.

Test case prioritization(TCP) technique is an efficient approach to improve regression testing activities. With the continuous improvement of industrial testing requirements, traditional single-objective TCP is limited greatly, and multi-objective test case prioritization(MOTCP) technique becomes one of the hot topics in the field of software testing in recent years. Considering the problems of traditional genetic algorithm(GA) and swarm intelligence algorithm in solving MOTCP problems, such as falling into local optimum quickly and weak stability of the algorithm, a MOTCP algorithm based on multi-population cooperative particle swarm optimization(MPPSO) was proposed in this paper. Empirical studies were conducted to study the influence of iteration times on the proposed MOTCP algorithm, and compare the performances of MOTCP based on single-population particle swarm optimization(PSO) and MOTCP based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) with the MOTCP algorithm proposed in this paper. The results of experiments show that the TCP algorithm based on MPPSO has stronger global optimization ability, is not easy to fall into local optimum, and can solve the MOTCP problem better than TCP algorithm based on the single-population PSO and NSGA-Ⅱ.
