Titanium/Gold （Ti/Au） metals have been widely employed as ohmic metal contacts on n+Ga2O3,exhibiting the specific contact resistance （ρc） of 10-5-10-6Ω·cm2[1].But previous studies have revealed the presence of a defective Ga2O3layer and reactive Ti-Ga2O3layer at the annealed Ti/*** an interfacial layer can afect the performance of ohmic contact,which may become more pronounced in power devices subjected to electrical stress and high-frequency ***,there have been no reports on the impact of bias stress effects and dynamic degradation of Ti/Au ohmic contacts on n+Ga2O3.

Experimental folding fin models with an adjustable free-play are tested in a wind *** fin structure is modeled using the free-interface component mode synthesis method,and its free-play is modeled as four independent nonlinear springs with asymmetric stiffness.A nonplanar unsteady vortex-lattice method considering compressibility is employed to address nonlinear deformation and high subsonic *** spline interpolation is improved through projection and *** aeroelastic characteristics of folding fins with different free-play magnitudes,initial conditions and elastic-axis positions are analyzed using an established time-marching method because of its relatively small computation scale and high *** results show good consistency among the presented method,the wind tunnel test and the harmonic balance *** is a negative correlation between the critical speed of divergent motion and the ratio of the initial condition to the free-play *** either the free-play magnitude or the initial condition is extreme(tiny or vast),the system nonlinearity degenerates to ***,the flutter prevention design of a linear model can be applied to a nonlinear model,such as moving the elastic-axis position *** presented fin configuration exhibits an unstable limit cycle oscillation because the orders of coupled flutter modes do not change with variations in equivalent linear stiffness.

Over the past two decades,machine learning(ML)has elicited increasing attention in building energy management(BEM)***,the boundary of the ML-BEM research has not been clearly defined,and no thorough review of ML applications in BEM during the whole building life-cycle has been *** study aims to address this gap by reviewing the ML-BEM papers to ascertain the status of this research area and identify future research *** integrated framework of ML-BEM,composed of four layers and a series of driving factors,is ***,based on the hype cycle model,this paper analyzes the current development status of ML-BEM and tries to predict its future development ***,five research directions are discussed:(1)the behavioral impact on BEM,(2)the integration management of renewable energy,(3)security concerns of ML-BEM,(4)extension to other building life-cycle phases,and(5)the focus on fault detection and *** findings of this study are believed to provide useful references for future research on ML-BEM.

Owing to the inherent advantages of low cost and high capacity,cobalt(Co)-free lithium(Li)-rich layered oxides have become one of the most promising cathodes for next-generation high-energy lithium-ion ***,these familial cathodes suffer from serious voltage decay due to many reasons,such as oxygen release and transition metal(TM)migration,which are closely related to nanoscale strain ***,by combining the synergistic effects of surface integration,bulk doping,and concentration gradient,we successfully construct a Co-free Li-rich layered cathode with a very small volumetric strain(1.05%)between 2.0 and 4.8 V,approaching the critical value of zero *** characterizations indicate that the constructed zero-strain cathode can significantly suppress the TM migration,interfacial reactions,and structural degradation including cracks,lattice defects,phase evolution,and nanovoids,leading to improved voltage stability of Co-free Li-rich layered oxides during the prolonged *** work provides a strategy to eliminate the lattice strain of Li-rich layered cathodes and facilitates the up-scaled application of the as-prepared cathode materials.

Cobalt-free Li-rich layered oxides(LLOs)such as Li_(2)MnO_(3) have attracted extensive attention owing to their high specific capacity and low ***,numerous problems such as continuous voltage fading and capacity decay have become stumbling blocks in its commercial *** this study,we propose an effective dual-site doping strategy by choosing Mo as the cation and F as the anion to enhance the capacity and cycling *** researchdemonstrates that the cycling stability of LLOs enhances with the doping ratio of Mo,and their capacity increases with the doping ratio of *** is because Mo as a pillar enhances the structural stability and F doping is conducive to the activation of Li;MnO;.What’s more,dual-site doping also promotes the diffusion of Li;and reduces the internal resistance of the *** to these improvements,the 5F3M sample still maintains a discharge capacity of 190.98 mAh g;after 100 cycles at 200 mA g^(-1),which is much higher than 165.29 mAh g;of the Pristine *** discovery provides a new way to develop advanced layered oxide cathodes for both Na-and Li-ion batteries.

Audio copyright is a crucial issue in the music industry,as it protects the rights and interests of creators and *** paper studies the current situation of digital music copyright certification and proposes a music copyright certification framework based on“blockchain+edge computing mode,”abbreviated as MBE,by integrating edge computing into the Hyperledger Fabric *** framework compresses and splits the audio into small chunks,performs Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)to extract the peak points of each frequency and combines them to obtain unique audio fingerprint *** being confirmed by various nodes on the Fabric alliance chain,audio fingerprint information and copyright owner information are recorded on the chain and broadcast to all *** technology’s characteristics of being tamper-proof and traceable not only reform the trust mechanism of copyright protection but also endow edge computing with the ability to resist tampering and single-point attack,greatly enhancing the robustness of the music copyright certification ***,edge computing mode improves Fabric blockchain’s processing speed and transaction *** results show that MBE’s performance is better than traditional systems regarding efficiency,storage demand and *** to the traditional Fabric system without edge computing mode,MBE exhibits a 53%higher deposition efficiency and a 48%lower storage space requirement.

Low initial Coulombic efficiency (ICE) is an important impediment to practical application of Li-rich layered oxides (LLOs), which is due to the irreversible oxygen release. It is generally considered that surface oxygen vacancies are conducive to the improvement of ICE of LLOs. To reveal the relation of oxygen vacancies and ICE, sample PLO (Li-Mn-Cr-O) and its treated product (TLO) are comprehensive investigated in this work. During the treated process, part of oxygen atoms return to original constructed vacancies. It makes oxygen vacancies in sample TLO much poorer than those in sample PLO, and induces the formation of Li-poor spinel-layered integrated structure. Electrochemical measurement indicates the ICE of sample PLO is only 80.8%, while sample TLO is almost full reversible with the ICE of ~97.1%. In term of high-energy X-ray diffraction, scanning transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and synchrotron hard/soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy, we discover that the ICE is difficult to be improved significantly just by building oxygen vacancies. LLOs with high ICE not only have to construct suitable oxygen vacancies, but also require other components with Li-poor structure to stabilize oxygen. This work provides deep insight into the mechanism of high ICE, and will contribute to the design and development of LLOs for next-generation high-energy lithium-ion batteries.

The integration of ionic power generation with solar-driven water evaporation presents a promising solution to the critical global problems of freshwater scarcity and clean energy *** this work,a scalable normal temperature chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method is applied for the first time to the fabrication of a cellulose@polypyrrole(CC@PPy)membrane with efficient ionic power generation *** excellent ionic power generation is intimately related to the water and thermal gradients across the membrane,which not only induces fast water evaporation but also synergistically promotes the transport of counterions in charged nanochannels,and the corresponding mechanism is attributed to the streaming potential resulting from the ionic electrokinetic effect and the ionic thermoelectric potential originating from the Soret *** one sun illumination,the CC@PPy film can produce a sustained voltage output of~0.7 V and a water evaporation rate up to 1.67 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)when an adequate water supply is *** study provides new methods for the scalable fabrication of ionic power generation membranes and a design strategy for high-performance solar power generators.

Super-Bloch oscillations(SBOs)are amplified versions of direct current(dc)-driving Bloch oscillations realized under the detuned dc-and alternating current(ac)-driving electric fields.A unique feature of SBOs is the coherent oscillation inhibition via the ac-driving renormalization effect,which is dubbed as the collapse of ***,previous experimental studies on SBOs have only been limited to the weak ac-driving regime,and the collapse of SBOs has not been ***,by harnessing a synthetic temporal lattice in fiber-loop systems,we push the ac-field into a strong-driving regime and observe the collapse of SBOs,which manifests as the oscillation-trajectory localization at specific ac-driving amplitudes and oscillation-direction flip by crossing collapse *** adopting arbitrary-wave ac-driving fields,we also realize generalized SBOs with engineered collapse ***,we exploit the oscillation-direction flip features to design tunable temporal beam routers and *** initiate and demonstrate the collapse of SBOs,which may feature applications in coherent wave localization control for optical communications and signal processing.
