Balancing electron transfer and intermediate adsorption ability of bifunctional catalysts via tailoring electronic structures is crucial for green hydrogen production,while it still remains challenging due to lacking efficient ***,one efficient and universal strategy is developed to greatly regulate electronic structures of the metallic Ni-Fe-P catalysts via in-situ introducing the rare earth(RE)atoms(Ni-Fe-RE-P,RE=La,Ce,Pr,and Nd).Accordingly,the as-prepared optimal Ni-Fe-Ce-P/CC self-supported bifunctional electrodes exhibited superior electrocatalytic activity and excellent stability with the low overpotentials of 247 and 331 mV at 100 mA cm^(-2) for HER and OER,*** the assembled electrolyzer,the Ni-Fe-Ce-P/CC as bifunctional electrodes displayed low operation potential of 1.49 V to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),and the catalytic performance can be maintained for 100 *** results combined with density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveal that Ce doping leads to electron decentralization and crystal structure distortion,which can tailor the band structures and d-band center of Ni-Fe-P,further increasing conductivity and optimizing intermediate adsorption *** work not only proposes a valuable strategy to regulate the electron transfer and intermediate adsorption of electrocatalysts via RE atoms doping,but also provides a deep under-standing of regulation mechanism of metallic electrocatalysts for enhanced water splitting.

A novel adaptive coordinated tracking control scheme for a morphing aircraft with telescopic wings

Inspired by flight biology,morphing flight technology has great potential to improve the adaptability and maneuverability of *** paper is devoted to the flight control problem of morphing aircraft,and aimed at safe and fuel-saving flight through morphing ***,the longitudinal dynamics of a morphing aircraft with telescopic wings is modelled as a strict-feedback nonlinear *** fitting the expression of aerodynamic parameters by the mor-phing ratio,the model uncertainties induced by morphing errors are embedded in the *** meet the safety and fuel-saving requirements,an Adaptive Coordinated Tracking Control Scheme(ACTCS)is then proposed,which consists of a morphing control module and a tracking control *** the morphing control module,an on-line morphing decision model is given in an optimization process with respect to the morphing ratio,and a second-order tracking filter is introduced to smooth the decision output and ensure the physical *** the tracking control module,the novel adaptive controllers for the velocity and altitude subsystems are proposed based on the dynamic surface control method,in which adaptive mechanisms are designed to com-pensate for the model ***,the proposed ACTCS is simulated in nine different cases of the test flight mission,to verify its effectiveness,robustness and fuel-saving effect.

Wind disturbance compensated path-following control for fixed-wing UAVs in arbitrarily strong winds

Wind is the primary challenge for low-speed fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles to follow a predefined flight *** cope with various wind conditions,this paper proposes a wind disturbance compensated path following control strategy where the wind disturbance estimate is incorporated with the nominal guiding vector field to provide the desired airspeed direction for the *** the control input vector for the outer-loop kinematic subsystem needs to satisfy a magnitude constraint,a scaling mechanism is introduced to tune the proportions of the compensation and nominal ***,an optimization problem is formulated to pursue a maximum wind compensation in strong winds,which can be solved analytically to yield two scaling factors.A cascaded inner-loop tracking controller is also designed to fulfill the outer-loop wind disturbance compensated guiding vector ***-fidelity simulation results under sensor noises and realistic winds demonstrate that the proposed path following algorithm is less sensitive to sensor noises,achieves promising accuracy in normal winds,and mitigates the deviation from a desired path in wild winds.

Effect of intrathymic injection of allogene antigen on immune response to sciatic nerve transplantation in allogenic mice

BACKGROUND： The latest researches demonstrate that intrathymic injection of MHC antigen which reaches a certain dosage （2 mg, i.e., 4 × 108 cell extraction） can induce immunologic tolerance under non-antilymphocyte serum condition. OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of intrathymic injection of allogene antigen on survival and function of sciatic nerve in allogenic mice. DESIGN： Randomized controlled animal study.SETTING： The 4th Affiliated Hosptial of Harbin Medical University. MATERIALS： A total of 32 male donor C57BL/6（H-2b） mice of 4-8 weeks old and weighing 18-22 g and 44 female receptor Balb/c（H-2d） mice of 4-8 weeks old and weighing 18-22 g were selected from Heilongjing Veterinary Institution. The animal experiment had got confirmed consent from local ethic committee. METHODS： The experiment was carried out in the Laboratory （Provincial Key Laboratory） of the Fourth Hospital, Harbin Medical University from June 2006 to May 2007. C57BL/6（H-2b） mice were anesthetized to extract MHC （H-2b） antigen from splenic cells and sciatic nerves. Allogenous nerve transplantation group： Mice were given intrathymic injection of 100 μL saline; two weeks later, frozen sciatic nerves of donor mice were transplanted. Immunosuppressive agent group： Mice were given intrathymic injection of 100 μL saline; two weeks later, fresh sciatic nerves of donor mice were transplanted. At three days before transplantation, 10 mg/kg per day cyclosporin A was intraperitoneally injected once a day till mice were sacrificed. MHC （H-2b） antigen injection group： Mice were given intrathymic injection of MHC （H-2b） antigen from C57BL/6（H-2b） donor mice; two weeks later, fresh sciatic nerves of donor mice were transplanted. Autogenous nerve transplantation group： Mice were given intrathymic injection of 100 μL saline; two weeks later, fresh sciatic nerves were transplanted. Time-sensitive prediction of NO_(2) concentration in China using an ensemble machine learning model from multi-source data

Nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))poses a critical potential risk to environmental quality and public health.A reliable machine learning(ML)forecasting framework will be useful to provide valuable information to support government *** on the data from1609 air quality monitors across China from 2014-2020,this study designed an ensemble ML model by integrating multiple types of spatial-temporal variables and three sub-models for time-sensitive prediction over a wide *** ensemble ML model incorporates a residual connection to the gated recurrent unit(GRU)network and adopts the advantage of Transformer,extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)and GRU with residual connection network,resulting in a 4.1%±1.0%lower root mean square error over XGBoost for the test *** ensemble model shows great prediction performance,with coefficient of determination of 0.91,0.86,and 0.77 for 1-hr,3-hr,and 24-hr averages for the test results,*** particular,this model has achieved excellent performance with low spatial uncertainty in Central,East,and North China,the major site-dense *** the interpretability analysis based on the Shapley value for different temporal resolutions,we found that the contribution of atmospheric chemical processes is more important for hourly predictions compared with the daily scale predictions,while the impact of meteorological conditions would be ever-prominent for the *** with existing models for different spatiotemporal scales,the present model can be implemented at any air quality monitoring station across China to facilitate achieving rapid and dependable forecast of NO_(2),which will help developing effective control policies.

Anchoring Ru clusters to highly defective N-doped carbon nanotubes via a thermal-shock strategy for stable industrial hydrogen evolution

Non-Pt or low-Pt catalysts capable for stable generation of hydrogen via water electrolysis at an industrial level of current density are highly *** of strong metal-support connection is beneficial to improve the performance stability of *** we employed highly defective N-doped carbon nanotubes(d-N-CNT)as the support to achieve uniform and firm anchoring of Ru clusters(~1.9 nm)via a thermal-shock *** as-prepared Ru/d-N-CNT catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline media and requires an overpotential(ƞ)of 12 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)and 116 mV at 200 mA·cm^(−2)with a Ru loading of 0.025 mg·cm^(−2).Impressively,Ru/d-N-CNT presents robust stability for HER at both low current density(stable for at least 1000 h at 10 mA·cm^(−2))and the industrial level of current density(stable for at least 100 h at 1000 mA·cm^(−2)),remarkably outperforming commercial Pt/C and Ru/*** highly defective nature of the N-CNT support endowed the as-prepared Ru/d-N-CNT catalyst with strong metal-support adhesion that efficiently suppressed agglomeration as well as obscission of Ru ***,the rich defects increased the surface energy of the N-CNT support and resulted in improved hydrophilicity as evidenced by the liquid contact angle measurement and the bubble evolution process,which also played an important role in stabilizing the HER performance especially at large current density.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by SARS-CoV-2 was identified in December *** symptoms include fever,cough,dyspnea,early symptom of sputum,and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)therapy is the immediate treatment used for patients with severe cases of ***,we describe two confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Wuhan to explore the role of MSC in the treatment of *** transplantation increases the immune indicators(including CD4 and lymphocytes)and decreases the inflammation indicators(interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein).High-flow nasal cannula can be used as an initial support strategy for patients with *** MSC transplantation,the fracrion of inspired O2(Fi02)of the two patients gradually decreased while the oxygen saturation(Sa02)and partial pressure of oxygen(P02)***,the patients9 chest computed tomography showed that bilateral lung exudate lesions were adsorbed after MSC *** indicated that MSC transplantation provides clinical data on the treatment of COVID-19 and may serve as an alternative method for treating COVID-19,particularly in patients with ARDS.
