The aim of this work is to develop a venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained release system based on hollow mesoporous silica microspheres(HMSMs).HMSMs were innovatively prepared with tetraethyl silicate(TEOS)as the precursor and volatile n-heptane as a soft template.The obtained HMSMs show a well-defined hollow structure with an average size of 967 nm and pore volume of 0.85 cm^(3)/g,implying it is a potential drug carrier.Subsequently,venlafaxine hydrochloride(VF)was absorbed in the HMSMs with a content of 37.67% or so.The sustained release effect is further measured by the dissolution in-strument at 37℃ and 50 rpm in ultrapure water.The results showed that the HMSMs/VF system shows good sustained release properties compared with sustained release tablets with hydroxypropyl meth-ylcellulose as the main component.This HMSMs sustained release system appears to be a promising candidate for a sustained drug release.

The influence of turbulent mixing on the subsurface chlorophyll maximum layer in the northern South China Sea

We present observations from deployments of turbulent microstructure instrument and CTD package in the northern South China Sea from April to May 2010.From them we determined the turbulent mixing(dissipation rateεand diapycnal diffusivityκ),nutrients(phosphate,nitrate,and nitrite),nutrient fluxes,and chlorophyll a in two transects(A and B).Transect A was located in the region where turbulent mixing in the upper 100 m was weak(κ~10-6-10-4 m^(2)/s).Transect B was located in the region where the turbulent mixing in the upper 100 m was strong(κ~10-5-10-3 m^(2)/s)due to the influence of internal waves originating from the Luzon Strait and water intrusion from the Western Pacific.In both transects,there was a thin subsurface chlorophyll maximum layer(SCML)(>0.25 mg/m^(3))nested in the upper 100 m.The observations indicate that the effects of turbulent mixing on the distributions of nutrients and chlorophyll a were different in the two transects.In the transect A with weak turbulent mixing,nutrient fluxes induced by turbulent mixing transported nutrients to the SCML but not to the upper water.Nutrients were sufficient to support a local SCML phytoplankton population and the SCML remained compact.In the transect B with strong turbulent mixing,nutrient fluxes induced by turbulent mixing transported nutrients not only to the SCML but also to the upper water,which scatters the nutrients in the water column and diffuses the SCML.

Upper turbulent mixing in the interior and surrounding areas of an anticyclonic eddy in the northern South China Sea(SCS)was estimated from underwater glider data(May 2015)in the present study,using the Gregg-HenyeyPolzin parameterization and the Thorpe-scale method.The observations revealed a clear asymmetrical spatial pattern of turbulent mixing in the anticyclonic eddy area.Enhanced diffusivity(in the order of 10–3 m2/s)was found at the posterior edge of the anticyclonic mesoscale eddy;on the anterior side,diffusivity was one order of magnitude lower on average.This asymmetrical pattern was highly correlated with the eddy kinetic energy.Higher shear variance on the posterior side,which is conducive to the triggering of shear instability,may be the main mechanism for the elevated diffusivity.In addition,the generation and growth of sub-mesoscale motions that are fed by mesoscale eddies on their posterior side may also promote the occurrence of strong mixing in the studied region.The results of this study help improve our knowledge regarding turbulent mixing in the northern SCS.

在利用计算机视觉的挠度测量系统中,相机固定,视野固定,难以获取试验梁整体挠度信息.为此,开发了一种图像连续采集系统,能够定距移动工业相机以获取试验梁的连续图像,并提出了一种基于拼接图像的挠度测量方法,通过具有筛选机制的PCA-SIFT图像拼接技术,得到试验梁的全景图像;采用简化尺度空间的AKAZE特征检测算法和具有预检验且迭代次数自适应的RANSAC追踪结构自然特征,并进行最小二乘法曲线拟合获得试验梁在不同荷载作用下的挠度曲线.试验结果表明,该挠度测量方法能够直接反映试验梁的变形情况,耗时较短且变形平均误差为4%,验证了该方法的实用性.

Regulation of PGE2 signaling pathways and TNF-alpha signaling pathways on the function of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells and the effects of CP-25

Ami To investigate PGE2 and TNF-alpha signaling pathway involving in the maturation and activation of bone marrow dendritic cells （DCs） and the effect of CP-25. Method Bone marrow DCs were isolated and stim- ulated by PGE2 and TNF-alpha respectively. The markers of maturation and activation expressed on DCs, such as CD40, CD80, CD83, CD86, MHC-II, and the ability of antigen uptake of DCs were analyzed by flow cytometry. The proliferation of T cells co-cultured with DCs, the signaling pathways of PGE2-EP4-cAMP and TNF-alpha- TRADD-TRAF2-NF-KB in DCs were analyzed. Result Both PGE2 and TNF-alpha up-regulated the expressions of CD40, CD80, CD83, CD86, and MHC-II, decreased the antigen uptake of DCs, and DCs stimulated by PGE2 or TNF-alpha could increase T cell proliferation. CP-25 （ 10 -5, 10 -6 , 10 -7 mol/L ） decreased significantly the ex- pressions of CD40, CD80, CD83, CD86 and MHC- ]I , increased the antigen uptake of DCs, and suppressed T cell proliferation induced by DCs. PGE2 increased the expressions of EP4, NF-KB and down-regulated cAMP level of DCs. TNF-alpha could also up-regulate TNFR1, TRADD, TRAF2, and NF-KB expression of DCs. CP-25 （10^-5, 10^-6, 10^-7 mol/L） decreased the expressions of EP4 and NF-KB, increased cAMP level in DCs stimulated by PGE2. CP-25 （10^-5 10^-6 10^-7 mol/L） also could down-regulate significantly TNFR1 TRADD TRAF2 and NF-KB expression in DCs stimulated by TNF-alpha. Conclusion PGE2 and TNF-alpha could enhance DCs func- tions by mediating PGE2-EP4-cAMP pathway, TNF-alpha-TNFR1-TRADD-TRAF2-NF-KB pathway respectively. CP-25 might inhibit the function of DCs through regulating PGE2-EP4-cAMP and TNF-alpha-TNFR1-TRADD- TRAF2-NF-KB pathways.

水杨酸在白桦苗期抵御盐碱胁迫中的调控作用

为探究盐碱胁迫下外施水杨酸(SA)对白桦(Betula platyphylla)苗生长及次生产物合成的影响,以白桦幼苗为材料,分别施加3种处理:清水处理(对照),200 mmol·L^(-1)NaHCO_(3),200 mmol·L^(-1)NaHCO_(3)+360μmol·L^(-1)SA,检测不同处理条件下的白桦苗中部叶片相对电导率、叶绿素荧光参数、渗透物质含量、抗氧化酶活性和三萜合成途径关键基因的相对表达量,同时检测白桦苗总三萜、黄酮和多酚含量变化。结果表明:(1)在200 mmol·L^(-1)NaHCO_(3)胁迫下,再进行360μmol·L^(-1)SA处理能够显著降低白桦苗叶片的相对电导率,提高叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,增加脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量,一定程度上增强白桦苗抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT、APX)活性。(2)200 mmol·L^(-1)NaHCO_(3)盐碱胁迫促进了白桦苗三萜合成途径关键基因FPS、SS、SE、BPX、BPW的表达上调,并在胁迫前期显著促进了白桦苗多酚的合成(P<0.05),在胁迫后期显著促进了总三萜、黄酮物质的积累(P<0.05)。盐碱胁迫下外施SA信号促使白桦苗HMGR、FPS、SE、BPX基因表达上调较为显著,并在胁迫前期促进了黄酮的合成;在胁迫后期SA显著促进了总三萜的积累,第7天比盐碱胁迫组含量提高34%,比清水处理组提高47%。综合来看,盐碱胁迫下,适宜浓度的SA能够通过调节白桦幼苗渗透平衡、缓解光抑制、增强抗氧化防御系统、调控物质代谢等方式提高白桦幼苗的耐盐碱特性。

消弧线圈接地配电网的暂态零序电流特征和选线结果呈现复杂的非线性关系,传统选线方法不适用于弱故障特征提取。为提高配电网的故障选线准确性,提出了一种基于格拉米角场GAF(Gramian angular field)与卷积神经网络CNN(convolutional neural network)的故障选线新方法。首先对不同工况下的零序电流进行GAF变换,利用变换后的GASF(Gramian angular summation field)和GADF(Gramian angular difference field)特征图样本集训练CNN,用于判定待测馈线是否故障。为提高选线方法的普适性,除了10 kV辐射状配电网样本库,另外建立了包含3种完全不同拓扑模型样本的混合库。最后,所提方法在辐射状模型库和混合库都得到了验证,判定结果证实了该方法的有效性和准确性。
