Large-scale Patterning of Hydrophobic Silicon Nanostructure Arrays Fabricated by Dual Lithography and Deep Reactive Ion Etching

We describe a simple but efficient technique to fabricate large-scale arrays of highly ordered silicon nanostructures. By coupling dual lithography using light of 351.1 nm wavelength with deep reactive ion etching(DRIE), silicon nanostructures of excellent regularity and uniform coverage were achieved. The proposed nanofabrication method not only simplified the nanofabrication process but also produced highaspect-ratio(higher than 15) nanostructures. The scalloping problem was also controlled by regulating DRIE parameters. The process is rapid, cheap, examined to optimize the fabrication process, and has the potential to be scaled up to large areas. The contact angle of a water droplet atop the surface is larger than 150?.Moreover, by coupling black silicon process with DRIE-based microfabrication, three-dimensional nano/nano dual-scale structures which show robust and stable hydrophobicity have been achieved. This process opens new application possibilities in optical, photoelectric, microelectronic, catalytic and biomedical applications.

A numerical method is presented for analysing 2 dimensional quasi steady state heat transfer in high power density laser keyhole welding processes. The mathematical model is established according to the conservation of mass, momentum and energy. Computation is performed by using the finite control volume method in the curvilinear coordinate system. A position prediction correction procedure is employed to identify the solid liquid interface location. This method is applied to the study of a typical keyhole welding process of an AISI 304 stainless steel plate and its feasibility is verified.

The most significant characteristic in frequency domain during cutting chatter occurring process is the steep rise of the vibration energy in certain narrow frequency band containing the chatter frequency. In accordance with the frequency band-energy principle, a reliable criterion for chatter judgement is proposed and the in-process detection of cutting chatter is realized by the use of microcomputer. This method has the advantages of rapidity, high sensitivity, accuracy and high resistance to interference. Some concrete measures taken in practical applications are also discussed.

Dear Editor,Since the first recognized case of human infection with avian influenza H5NI virus in 1997, the worldwide spread and re-emergence of this highly pathogenic influenza virus have led to 694 human infection cases. Of these cases, 402 died from 2003 to 2015 （http：//***/influenza/ human animal_interface/EN_GIP_20150106Cumulative- ***？ua=l）, with a morbidity rate of 57.9%, which is much higher than that of seasonal influenza H1N1 virus.

Hypertension has become a growing public health concern *** fact,hypertension is commonly associated with increased morbidity and ***,oligonucleotide drugs have proven to be promising therapeutic agents for various *** the present study,we aimed to demonstrate that a herbal small RNA(s RNA),XKC-sRNA-h3(B55710460,F221.I000082.B11),exhibits potent antihypertensive effects by targeting angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)in *** compared with captopril,oral administration of the sphingosine(d18:1)-XKC-s RNA-h3 bencaosome more effectively prevented angiotensin II-induced hypertensive cardiac damage and alleviated kidney injury in *** findings indicated that XKC-sRNA-h3 may be a novel orally available ACE inhibitor type oligonucleotide drug for hypertension.
