地方政府创新并非易事,成功的创新也并非均质分布在每个政府层级。已有研究表明,县域创新的数量与质量都远高于其他层级。县域创新何以成功?既有研究未能给出充分回答。从“场域—行动者”框架来看,正是作为特殊场域的县域塑造了创新行动者的创新行为模式,形成了创新成功的内在机制。西南X省A县“集体民宿”案例表明,县域通过三重机制促成了县域创新的成功:一是动力生成机制,县域特殊的结构与团体特征激活了个体的创新动力;二是合作生产机制,县域统合性体制与战略性群体特征推动着创新中的集体行动;三是效果保障机制,互嵌的整体性县域资源与扁平的创新同盟的灵活行动,保障了创新行动的创新绩效。

传统木构建筑的构件重要性对于整体结构状态的评估具有重要意义,为弄清楚传统木构建筑的构件重要性,开发了一种基于荷载修正的传统木构建筑构件重要性评价程序,基于荷载工况修正与荷载重分布修正重构了荷载分布矩阵,基于荷载施加构件修正改进了构件重要性计算方法。以典型传统木构建筑——保国寺大殿为例进行了数值模拟分析,并基于广义刚度评价了构件重要性,分析了各项修正对构件重要性的影响情况以及最终修正对构件重要性的结果变化率。结果表明:柱类构件的修正变化为-0.526%~2.192%;梁栿类构件的修正变化为-2.638%~50.598%;铺作类构件的修正变化为-12.763%~9.989%;槫类构件的修正变化为-7.586%~6.918%。保国寺大殿构件重要性排序:柱类>槫类>梁栿类>铺作类;修正后柱类、梁栿类重要性提高,铺作类、槫类重要性降低。可为传统木构建筑的结构状态评估和预防性保护提供参考。

In recent years,LoRa has been extensively researched in the satellite Internet of Things(IoT).However,the multiple access technology of LoRa is still one of the bottlenecks of satellite *** improve the multiple access performance of LoRa satellite IoT,based on the orthogonality of LoRa symbols in the fractional domain,this paper proposes a low complexity Orthogonal LoRa Multiple Access(OLMA)algorithm for multiple LoRa users occupying the same frequency *** algorithm introduces the address code to divide the fractional bandwidth into multiple parts,and the OLMA users with different address codes occupy different parts to transmit the information code,thus avoiding mutual interference caused by collisions in the same frequency *** multiple access capability of OLMA can be flexibly configured only by simply adjusting the length of the address code according to the actual application requirements of data *** analysis and simulation results show that the OLMA algorithm can greatly improve the multiple access capability and the total transmission bit rate of LoRa IoT without changing the existing LoRa modulation parameters and process.

Resource allocation with CCI suppression for multiuser MIMO-OFDM downlink in correlated channels

To minimize the overall transmit power while maintaining a constant data rate and target BER, a downlink adaptive resource allocation algorithm with jointing the exclusive manner and the shared manner is proposed for multiuser MIMO-OFDM system in correlated channels. The algorithm allocates all the subcarriers to different users according to their spatial correlations. The users with high spatial correlation are allocated in the same group and the exclusive manner is applied. The shared manner with an improved null broadening method, which improves the performance of co-channel interference （CCI） suppression and decreases the number of transmit antennas required, is applied between the different group users. As the user＇s direction of departure （DOD） changes very slowly, a looking up table method is used to reduce the computational complexity. The simulation results show that despite the angle spread of DOD, when compared with the exclusive manner, the proposed algorithm improves the spectral efficiency, and when compared with the TDMA-ZF （zero forcing） shared manner, the proposed algorithm decreases the total transmit power by at least 1 dB.

To improve the performance of a multiuser MIMO-OFDM system with imperfect channel status information, a downlink adaptive resource allocation algorithm which combines space-time block coding and beam forming （STBC-BF） is proposed. The algorithm allocates the subcarriers with a shared manner. A zero forcing processing with joint Rx-Tx is used to suppress the co-channel interference （CCI） and to construct uncorrelated channels for STBC. An adaptive power allocation for the STBC equivalent channels can increase signal to interference and noise ratio at the receiver. Simulation results show that under the condition of an imperfect CSI, the proposed algorithm improves the system performance and reduces the number of BS transmit antennas required.

To improve the spectrum efficiency, this paper considers the multiuser detection with the MU-MIMO technology for multiuser MIMO-OFDM system uplink with the same subcarrier shared by multiple users. A low complexity multiuser detection algorithm with recursively successive zero-forcing and successive interference cancellation(RSZF-SIC) based on nullspace is proposed. The RSZF process based on the block diagonalization(BD) technique eliminates the co-channel interference(CCI) by a recursive method based on the nullspace orthogonal theorem. The SIC process detects the user signals respectively with the reasonable user detection sequence based on the results of the RSZF process. The computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is effectively reduced by reducing the total number of singular value decomposition(SVD) operations and the dimension of the SVD matrix in the recursive procedure. The performance of the proposed algorithm is improved in terms of bit error rate and sum capacity of the system, especially in the highSNR regime.

Each species within the order Thysanoptera has a distinct mitochondrial gene order displaying a high level of gene rearrangement,particularly massive in *** understand the evolutionary patterns of rearrangement in this family,we sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of Psephenothrips eriobotryae,a notable potential pest of loquat *** mitogenome is a circular DNA molecule(15,413 bp in size)composed of 37 genes:13 PCGs,22 tRNAs,two rRNAs,and two putative control regions(CRs).By comparing with the ancestral mitogenome of arthropods,*** exhibits notable gene rearrangement ***,it shares four conserved gene blocks with three closely related species in *** the phylogenetic tree,*** was clustered with these three leaffeeding Phlaeothripinae *** presence of more similar conserved gene blocks probably indicates a strong correlation between gene rearrangements and the phylogeny within ***,the mitogenome of *** shows some characteristics:(a)two putative CRs in which CR2 is the copy of partial CR1 with 99.62%sequence similarity,and CR1 consists of two 237 bp repeat unites;(b)high A+T content of 82.6%in overall base composition;(c)trn S1 lacking a complete dihydrouridine(DHU)arm;(d)the protein coding gene,atp8 started with TTG instead of the more common ATN,while nad3 terminated by TAG rather than TAA;(e)translocations and inversions observed in fifteen of the 37 genes.
