We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

Conceptual design studies of the 5 m terahertz antenna for Dome A, Antarctica

As the highest, coldest and driest place in Antarctica, Dome A provides exceptionally good observing conditions for ground-based observations over terahertz wavebands. The 5 m Dome A Terahertz Explorer （DATES） has been proposed to explore new terahertz windows, primarily over wavelengths between 350 and 200 pm. DATE5 will be an open-air, fully-steerable telescope that can function by unmanned operation with remote control. The telescope will be able to endure the harsh polar environment, including high altitude, very low temperature and very low air pressure. The unique specifications, including high accuracies for surface shape and pointing and fully automatic year-around remote operation, along with a stringent limit on the periods of on-site assembly, testing and maintenance, bring a number of challenges to the design, construction, assembly and operation of this telescope. This paper intro- duces general concepts related to the design of the DATE5 antenna. Beginning from an overview of the environmental and operational limitations, the design specifications and requirements of the DATE5 antenna are listed. From these, major aspects on the conceptual design studies, including the antenna optics, the backup structure, the pan- els, the subreflector, the mounting and the antenna base structure, are explained. Some critical issues of performance are justified through analyses that use computational fluid dynamics, thermal analysis and de-icing studies, and the proposed approaches for test operation and on-site assembly. Based on these studies, we conclude that the specifications of the DATE5 antenna can generally be met by using enhanced technological approaches.

Objective To study the use of Chinese medicine(CM)in cancer patients in southern *** A total of 1,950 cancer patients finished questionnaires in four provinces in southern *** survey included socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of participants,dosage forms,efficacy,and side *** The study results showed that cancer patients with higher education(>12 years)were more likely to accept the treatment of Chinese *** were 54.61%(1,065 cases)of patients chose Chinese herbs for the initial treatment and 14.46%(282 cases)chose Chinese herbs as *** patients(54.51%,1,063 cases)continuously used CM for more than 6 months,and a few of them(212 cases)used CM for up to 3 *** kinds of dosage forms of CM had been used,including CM decoction,CM patent prescription and CM *** the efficacy in the view of patients,40.31%(786 cases)believed that it would be effective to take Chinese herbs before they starting the anti-cancer treatment,and the percentage increased to 81.08%after 1-month CM *** effect of Chinese herbs was mainly demonstrated by symptom relief and improvement of quality of life,and 8.31%(162 cases)of patients experienced control of tumor growth and decreased tumor ***,only 14.31%(279 cases)participants reported that they experienced side effects during CM *** This large scale investigation reflects the current situation of domestic CM usage objectively and comprehensively,which might provide new ways for cancer treatment.

The DNA nuclease-like activity of a water soluble manganese corrole 5, 10, 15-tris（N-methyl-4-pyridyl）- corrolatomanga- nese（III）（MnⅢTMPyC） has been investigated. MnⅢMPyC may bind strongly to DNA via outside groove binding mode as indicated by absorption spectra, viscosity measurements and CD spectra. MnInTMPyC exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the DNA oxidative cleavage in the presence of hydroperoxide.

目的通过研究两种不同选择性的布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor,BTKi)的胞内摄取及靶蛋白结合特点,为进一步了解药物脱靶相关出血风险的机制提供参考。方法采用伊布替尼(非选择性BTKi)和泽布替尼(选择性BTKi)为研究药物。MEC-1细胞人血小板加药孵育后,细胞热转移实验(cellular thermal shift assay,CETSA)结合Western blot法得到熔解曲线和等温曲线,分析两种药物与靶蛋白BTK的结合特点。MEC-1细胞和人血小板加药孵育后,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)检测两种药物浓度,分析两种药物胞内摄取的情况。结果CETSA分析结果证实,相较于伊布替尼,泽布替尼对靶蛋白BTK的选择性更高。LC-MS/MS分析结果显示,两种药物均被MEC-1细胞与血小板胞内摄取,并呈浓度依赖性。结论BTKi靶向作用于B淋巴细胞的BTK发挥治疗作用的同时,由于其胞内摄取和靶向结合特点的差异,对血小板产生的脱靶作用可能是不同选择性BTKi出血风险存在差异的原因之一。

为解决低温致密油藏储层转向压裂暂堵剂的降解问题,通过溶液聚合法以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、PA-1交联剂和过硫酸铵引发剂制备了适用于低温致密油藏转向压裂的自降解凝胶颗粒暂堵剂,评价了凝胶颗粒的吸水性能和降解性能。同时采用单因素变量法研究了丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、交联剂、引发剂和矿化度对凝胶颗粒性能的影响,研究了暂堵颗粒的封堵性能。结果表明,凝胶颗粒的吸水倍数为82倍,降解时间为3~6 d,通过调节配方组分可以调节暂堵剂的吸水倍数和降解时间,同时该暂堵剂具有较强的封堵能力,封堵率为99.81%,耐压20.66 MPa。注入水体积为20 PV时,封堵率仍能保持95%以上,暂堵剂可满足低温施工作业要求。

Dissolved organic matter(DOM)in soils drives biogeochemical cycling and soil functions in different directions depending on its molecular ***,there is a distinct paucity of information concerning how the molecular signatures of soil DOM vary with different degrees of weathering across wide geographic ***,we resolved the DOM molecular signatures from 22 diverse Chinese reference soils and linked them with soil organic matter and weathering-related mineralogical *** mixed-effects models revealed that the yields of DOM were determined by soil organic carbon content,whereas the molecular signature of DOM was primarily constrained by the weathering-related *** soil weathering index showed a positive effect on the lability and a negative effect on the aromaticity of ***,DOM in highly weathered acidic soils featured more amino sugars,carbohydrates,and aliphatics,as well as less O-rich polyphenols and condensed aromatics,thereby conferring a higher DOM biolability and lower DOM *** study highlights the dominance of the weathering-related dimension in constraining the molecular signatures and potential functions of DOM in soils across a wide geographic scale.

CO_2-responsive Polymeric Fluorescent Sensor with Ultrafast Response

Response speed is one of the most important evaluation criteria for CO2 sensors. In this work, we report an ultrafast CO2 fluorescent sensor based on poly[oligo（ethylene glycol） methyl ether methacrylate]-b-poly[N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate-r-4-（2- methylacryloyloxyethylamino）-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole] [POEGMA-b-P（DEAEMA-r-NBDMA）], in which DEAEMA units act as the CO2-responsive segment and 4-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-l,3-diazole （NBD） is the chromophore. The micelles composed of this copolymer could disassemble in 2 s upon CO2 bubbling, accompanying with enhanced fluorescence emission with bathochromic shift. Furthermore, the quantum yield of the NBD chromophore increases with both the CO2 aeration time and the NBD content. Thus we attribute the fluorescent enhancement to the inhibition of the photo-induced electron transfer between unprotonated tertiary amine groups and NBD fluorophores. The sensor is durable although it is based on ＂soft＂ materials. These micellar sensors could be facilely recycled by alternative CO2/Ar purging for at least 5 times, indicating good reversibility.
