This paper considers optimal control data scheduling for finite-horizon linear quadratic regulation(LQR) control of scalar systems with limited controller-plant communication. Both the single-system and multiple-system scenarios are studied. For the first scenario, we derive the necessary and sufficient condition for a comparison function to be positive. Using this condition, the optimality of an explicit schedule is extended from unstable systems in the existing work to general systems. For the second scenario, we are able to construct explicit optimal scheduling policies for three particular classes of problems. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the proposed results.

Abstract-The ineffective utilization of power resources has attracted much attention in current years. This paper proposes a real-time distributed load scheduling algorithm considering constraints of power supply. Firstly, an objective function is designed based on the constraint, and a base load forecasting model is established when aggregating renewable generation and non-deferrable load into a power system, which aims to transform the problem of deferrable loads scheduling into a distributed optimal control problem. Then, to optimize the objective function, a real-time scheduling algorithm is presented to solve the proposed control problem. At every time step, the purpose is to minimize the variance of differences between power supply and aggregate load, which can thus ensure the effective utilization of power resources. Finally, simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

高校科技投入与产出动态关系及效率演进

运用面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型和超效率SBM模型,选取2007—2017年30所研究型大学和53所非研究型大学科技投入与产出的数据,使用PVAR模型分析两类大学科技投入与产出的动态关系并运用超效率SBM模型对其投入与产出效率进行测算。研究发现,研究型大学与非研究型大学的货币资本投入与产出存在正向影响,但这种影响并不具有持续性,高校科技产出主要依赖货币资本的投入,最大促进作用分别存在1年和2年的滞后期,且只在短期内显著。引入滞后期测度出的科技投入与产出效率表明,高校科技投入与产出效率整体水平较低,研究型大学明显高于非研究型大学。研究为科学认识高校科技投入与产出规律和进一步提高高校科技投入与产出效率提供新的参考视角。

The response of lake environments in arid Central Asia to climate change during the Late Holocene over the centennial to millennial timescales remains contentious. The reason that primarily paleoenvironmental proxies interpreting diverse and the scarcity of accurate quantitative reconstruction records. In this study， we employed diatoms and pollen records from lacustrine sediment in the Aibi Lake of SW Junggar Basin to quantitatively reconstruct salinity and watershed precipitation amounts while exploring the associated forcing mechanism. The results indicate that Aibi Lake salinity varied between 2 g/L and 47 g/L during the Late Holocene period， indicating a generally brackish environment， and corresponding to prevailing Tryblionella granulata diatom in the lake basin. Westerly-dominated annual precipitation varied between 250 mm and 320 mm during the Late Holocene period in the basin， exhibiting a generally semi-arid environment and prevailing desert steppe vegetation. The Aibi Lake has a low salinity of average value of ～15 g/L. It exhibits elevated precipitation (average value of ～280 mm) during the periods of the Roman Warm Period (2900-1990 cal yr BP)， Dark Age Cold Period (1570-1140 cal yr BP)， and Little Ice Age (590-120 cal yr BP). The reconstructed precipitation and salinity exhibit a periodicity of ～200 years， which is consistent with the cycle of phase changes of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) and Total Solar Irradiance (TSI). This correlation suggests that variations in NOA and TSI significantly influence the precipitation and salinity changes in Central Asia over centennial to millennial timescales.
