Rational design and synthesis of Cr_(1-x)Te/Ag_(2)Te composites for solid-state thermoelectromagnetic cooling near room temperature

Materials with both large magnetocaloric response and high thermoelectric performance are of vital importance for all-solid-state thermoelectromagnetic *** two properties,however,hardly coexist in single phase materials except previously reported hexagonal Cr_(1-x)Te half metal where a relatively high magnetic entropy change(-△S_(M))of~2.4 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1)@5 T and a moderate thermoelectric figure of merit(ZT)of~1.2×10^(-2)@300 K are simultaneously *** we aim to increase the thermoelectric performance of Cr_(1-x)Te by compositing with semiconducting Ag_(2)*** is discovered that the in-situ synthesis of Cr_(1-x)Te/Ag_(2)Te composites by reacting their constitute elements above melting temperatures is unsuccessful because of strong phase ***,at elevated temperatures(T>800 K),Cr_(1-x)Te has a much lower deformation energy than Ag_(2)Te and tends to become more Cr-deficient by capturing Te from Ag_(2)***,Ag is insufficiently reacted and as a metal it deteriorates *** then rationalize the synthesis of Cr_(1-x)Te/Ag_(2)Te composites by ex-situ mix of the pre-prepared Cr_(1-x)Te and Ag_(2)Te binary compounds followed by densification at a low sintering temperature of 573 K under a pressure of 3.5 *** show that by compositing with 7 mol%Ag_(2)Te,the Seebeck coefficient of Cr_(1-x)Te is largely increased while the lattice thermal conductivity is considerably reduced,leading to 72%improvement of *** comparison,-△S_(M)is only slightly reduced by 10%in the *** work demonstrates the potential of Cr_(1-x)Te/Ag_(2)Te composites for thermoelectromagnetic cooling.

托克赛铅锌矿是西天山别珍套山发现的中型SEDEX型铅锌矿,赋存于中元古界长城系一套白云岩地层中,且与闪长岩脉有强烈的空间的关系。通过对矿区地质工程及物探工程的综合整理,结合钻探及重、磁、电法等有效手段,对矿区开展了2500 m深度的综合探测,并利用GOCAD平台建立矿区0~2500 m的综合地质-物探三维模型,揭示深部矿体形态,预测深部找矿靶区,为今后深部找矿提供依据。

2,2,7,7-Tetrakis-(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)has been identified as the most widely used and effective hole transporting material(HTM)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the complicated multistep synthesis and low intrinsic hole mobility of Spiro-OMe TAD limit its commercialized ***,developing highly efficient HTMs with less synthetic steps becomes increasingly ***,understanding hot carriers transfer dynamics at the interface of perovskite layer and hole transport layer is crucial for further enhancing PSCs performance towards Shockley-Queisser limit,which still lacks full investigation to ***,a new HTM based on tetraphenylethene(WP1)was successfully synthesized by a simple one-step reaction *** was found that WP1-based HTM exhibits more matched energy level,higher hole mobility and conductivity than those of the control Spiro-OMe *** femtosecond transient absorption results reveal that the transfer rate of hot holes in perovskite/WP1 sample is four times higher than that of perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD,thereby helping enhance the device ***,the efficiency of PSCs is enhanced to 24.04%(WP1)from 22.85%(Spiro-OMeTAD).Moreover,the un-encapsulated device prepared with WP1 exhibits better long-term stability,retaining 87%of its initial PCE value after storing for 72 days under air environment,while the reference device shows76%of its initial *** work indicates that simple tetraphenylethene-based organic small molecule could be a very promising HTM candidate for highly efficient PSCs,and gives some significant insights for understanding intrinsic hot carriers transfer dynamics in device.

Here, we report two nuclear factor Y transcription factors NF-YB2 and NF-YB3(thereafter YB2 and YB3) play key roles in such de-repression in Arabidopsis. 目前,P2P技术已经被广泛地应用在文件共享系统中,存在多个基于P2P的文件共享软件,拥有众多用户。与此同时,也出现了针对这些P2P文件共享系统的蠕虫和病毒等恶意代码。P2P系统的分布式控制、拓扑结构动态变化等特性使得恶意代码传播更快、更难防治。文章通过分析这些P2P恶意代码的传播方式,提出了一种基于恶意代码行为特征的恶意代码识别方法,并利用这种识别方法制定了一个适合P2P文件共享系统的恶意代码防治策略来减缓、遏制恶意代码的传播。

采用高温固相法一步合成了碳氮掺杂的双金属硫化物复合材料CN@NiS-Cu_(2)S,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和BET比表面积测试对所制备的复合材料进行结构表征.在NaBH4助催化剂存在下,研究其在降解水体中对硝基苯酚、有机染料(甲基橙和亚甲基蓝)及Cr(Ⅵ)催化活性.研究结果表明:该复合材料具有显著的催化还原活性,催化还原对硝基苯酚的催化效果可与贵金属复合物相媲美,有望用于实际水体催化降解有机及无机污染物.
