Chitin powder and chitin-aerogel were prepared from shrimp wastes and used to uptake Y^(3+)from aqueous solutions and concentrate this rare earth element from phosphogypsum(PG).Chitin aerogel displays a specific surface area of 945 m^(2)/g,while chitin powder is 3.6 m^(2)/g,which largely influences its adsorption *** the adsorption in synthetic solutions,the effect of pH on Y^(3+)removal is strong for chitin powder *** contrast,no big pH influence was detected for chitin *** interactions and chelation can highlight the proposed mechanism of Y^(3+)on chitin adsorbents for the powder and ***,in addition to these interactions,pore filling/pore diffusion is the main mechanism of Y^(3+)removal in the chitin *** aerogel is efficient in concentrating 8 times the Y^(3+)from PG,a very complex *** complex chitin aerogel-Y^(3+)can be a secondary source of rare earth elements for other applications.

Gully morphology is an important part of loess landform *** with gully development,the variation of its cross section is the most significant,and it can intuitively reflect the characteristics of the lateral widening of the gully ***,in-depth research of the variation of the cross-sectional morphology of the gully is helpful to understanding the development process of the loess *** on the DEMs(Digital Elevation Model)of nine periods of an indoor simulated loess small watershed,this paper studies the evolution model of a complete branch ditch in the watershed using the digital terrain analysis theory and *** show that with the development of the gully,the average gradient of the gully slope continuously decreases,and the slope morphology is mostly a concave slope along the slope *** degree of downward concave first increases and then gradually tends to be *** gully erosion mode is gradually transformed from downward cutting erosion to lateral *** more mature the gully development,the lower the depth of gully bottom cutting is compared with the width of gully ***,the surface cutting depth tends to be stable and the slope is ***,the transformation law of the slope morphology of the gully cross section with the development of the gully is studied,and the prediction model of the transformation of the slope morphology of the gully cross section is established by using the Markov *** Markov model can better reflect the dynamic change of the slope morphology of the gully cross section,which is of great significance to revealing the external performance and internal mechanism of the gully morphology.

Path Planning for AUVs Based on Improved APf-AC Algorithm

With the increase in ocean exploration activities and underwater development,the autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV)has been widely used as a type of underwater automation equipment in the detection of underwater ***,nowadays AUVs generally have drawbacks such as weak endurance,low intelligence,and poor detection *** research and implementation of path-planning methods are the premise of AUVs to achieve actual *** improve the underwater operation ability of the AUV,this paper studies the typical problems of path-planning for the ant colony algorithm and the artificial potential field *** response to the limitations of a single algorithm,an optimization scheme is proposed to improve the artificial potential field ant colony(APf-AC)*** with traditional ant colony and comparative algorithms,the APf-AC reduced the path length by 1.57%and 0.63%(in the simple environment),8.92%and 3.46%(in the complex environment).The iteration time has been reduced by approximately 28.48%and 18.05%(in the simple environment),18.53%and 9.24%(in the complex environment).finally,the improved APf-AC algorithm has been validated on the AUV platform,and the experiment is consistent with the *** APf-AC algorithm can effectively reduce the underwater operation time and overall power consumption of the AUV,and shows a higher safety.

Numerical investigations of floating platforms with different outer column inclined angles under two operating conditions of regular wave and irregular wave are presented in this paper.A coupled aero-hydrodynamic computational fluid dynamics in-house solver foWT-UALM-SJTU is applied for the ***,the validation for wave and wind generation are conducted to determine mesh distribution *** on these,the hydrodynamic motion response,aerodynamic performance and wake flow are analyzed to explore the impact of inclined *** spectral analysis on the motion response under wave action,discuss the aerodynamic attack angle and inflow wind velocity along the blade spanwise direction in detail,reveal different trends in wake development and *** results show that for the regular wave condition with the increase of inclined angles,the equilibrium position of surge motion is constantly rising,while pitch is *** maximum root mean square(rms)value occurs at angle=30°,compared with the original oC4 foWT,the rms in power and thrust increase 0.35%,0.71%.And there are two low regions of attack angle and high regions of axial inflow velocity,corresponding to aerodynamic *** spectral analysis indicates that the natural frequency of pitch motion will increase with inclined ***,from the middle to far region of wake flow,the velocity recovery of foWT with inclined angle will become faster,which is beneficial for downstream turbines to enhance more wind energy.

The ocean,with its highly variable and complex meteorological conditions,harbors enormous renewable *** nanogenerators(TENGs),which possess unique advantages,show exciting prospects in water wave energy *** to design and optimize TENGs to cover all characteristic water wave energies and achieve efficient energy utilization is *** this paper,we carefully designed and fabricated a columnar multi-layer sliding TENG(CMLS-TENG)that can harvest water wave energy independent of wave height and *** rods with a hollow acrylic spherical shell were introduced to deliver wave energy,ensuring that the CMLS-TENG can work in all directions from 0°to 360°.Based on the sliding structure,switching the optimized CMLS-TENG is independent of wave *** optimized CMLS-TENG can achieve a total power density of 730 mW/m^(3) at a wave height of only 4.8 cm regardless of wave direction,which can illuminate multiple light-emitting diodes(LEDs)to provide lighting and provide power to a watch and a hygrometer for temperature and humidity *** work provides new choices and hopes for the effective collection of full-range water wave energy.

Inflammatory responses,manifested in excessive oxidative stress and microglia overactivation,together with metal ion-triggered amyloid-beta(Aβ)deposition,are critical hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).The intricate pathogenesis causes severe impairment of neurons,which,in turn,exacerbates Aβaggregation and facilitates AD ***,multifunctional melanin-like metal ion chelators and neuroinflammation regulators(named PDA@K)were constructed for targeted treatment of *** this platform,intrinsically bioactive material polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA)with potent metal ion chelating and RoS scavenging effects were decorated with the KLVff peptide,endowing the system with the capacity of enhanced pathological blood–brain barrier(BBB)crossing and lesion site accumulation via Aβ*** vitro and in vivo experiment revealed that PDA@K had high affinity toward Aβand were able to hitch a ride on Aβto achieve increased pathological BBB *** engineered PDA@K effectively mitigated Aβaggregate and alleviated neuroinflammation.

High frequency pulsating voltage injection method is a good candidate for detecting the initial rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous ***,traditional methods require a large number of filters,which leads to the deterioration of system stability and dynamic *** order to solve these problems,a new signal demodulation method is proposed in this *** proposed new method can directly obtain the amplitude of high-frequency current,thus eliminating the use of filters,improving system stability and dynamic performance and saving the work of adjusting filter *** addition,a new magnetic polarity detection method is proposed,which is robust to current measurement ***,experiments verify the effectiveness of the method.

The nuclear event risk(NER)is an important and disputed factor that should be reasonably considered when planning the pathway of nuclear power development(NPD)to assess the benefits and risks of developing nuclear power more *** paper aims to explore the impact of nuclear events on NPD pathway *** influence of nuclear events is quantified as a monetary risk component,and an optimization model that incorporates the NER in the objective function is *** optimize the pathway of NPD in the lowcarbon transition course of power supply structure evolution,a simulation model is built to deduce alternative NPD pathways and corresponding power supply evolution scenarios under the constraint of an exogenously assigned carbon emission pathway(CEP);moreover,a method is proposed to describe the CEP by superimposing the maximum carbon emission space and each carbon emission reduction(CER)component,and various CER components are clustered considering the emission reduction characteristics and resource endowments of different power generation technologies.A case study is conducted to explore the impact of NER and its risk valuation uncertainty on NPD pathway *** method presented in this paper allows the impact of nuclear events on NPD pathway planning to be quantified and improves the level of coordinated optimization of benefits and risks.

Drought stress impairs crop growth and ***1-like family transcription factors may be involved in plant response to drought stress,but little is known of the molecular mechanism by which these proteins regulate plant response and defense to drought *** we show that the BEL1-like transcription factor GhBLH5-A05 functions in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)response and defense to drought *** of GhBLH5-A05 in cotton was induced by drought *** of GhBLH5-A05 in both Arabidopsis and cotton increased drought tolerance,whereas silencing GhBLH5-A05 in cotton resulted in elevated sensitivity to drought ***5-A05 binds to cis elements in the promoters of GhRD20-A09 and GhDREB2C-D05 to activate the expression of these ***5-A05 interacted with the KNoX transcription factor ***-expression of GhBLH5-A05 and GhKNAT6-A03 increased the transcription of GhRD20-A09 and *** conclude that GhBLH5-A05 acts as a regulatory factor with GhKNAT6-A03 functioning in cotton response to drought stress by activating the expression of the drought-responsive genes GhRD20-A09 and GhDREB2C-D05.
