Objective:To investigate the effect of BMSCs transplantation plus hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on repair of rat ***:Seventy five male rats were divided randomly into five groups:sham,*** transplantation group,combination group,15 rats in each *** week after the SCI onset,all animals were evaluated for behavior outcome by Basso-BeattleBresnahan(BBB) score and inclined plane *** recovery was examined with focal spinal cord tissue by electron microscope at 6 weeks after the SCI *** staining and BrdU staining were performed to examine the BMSCs and lesion post *** evoked potential(SEP) testing was performed to detect the recovery of neural *** from the behavior tests from combination group were significant higher than rats which received only transplantation or HBO *** from histopathology showed favorable recovery from combination group than other treatment *** number of BrdU+ in combination group were measureable more than transplantation group(P<0.05).The greatest decrease in TNF-α,IL-1β,***-α determined by Elisa assay in combination group were evident ***:BMSCs transplantation can promote the functional recovery of rat hind limbs after SCI,and its combination with HBO has a synergistic effect.

Two-terminal(2-T)perovskite(PVK)/CuIn(Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS)tandem solar cells(TSCs)have been considered as an ideal tandem cell because of their best bandgap matching regarding to Shockley–Queisser(S–Q)***,the nature of the irregular rough morphology of commercial CIGS prevents people from improving tandem device *** this paper,D-homoserine lactone hydrochloride is proven to improve coverage of PVK materials on irregular rough CIGS surfaces and also passivate bulk defects by modulating the growth of PVK *** addition,the minority carriers near the PVK/C60 interface and the incompletely passivated trap states caused interface recombination.A surface reconstruction with 2-thiopheneethylammonium iodide and N,N-dimethylformamide assisted passivates the defect sites located at the surface and grain ***,LiF is used to create this field effect,repelling hole carriers away from the PVK and C60 interface and thus reducing *** a result,a 2-T PVK/CIGS tandem yielded a power conversion efficiency of 24.6%(0.16 cm^(2)),one of the highest results for 2-T PVK/CIGS TSCs to our *** validation underscores the potential of our methodology in achieving superior performance in PVK/CIGS tandem solar cells.

A new macrocyclic diamide, 22-membered macrocyclic diamide, named cyclodicaprylamide（2）, and five known compounds, bis（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate（1）, ethyl 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate（3）, ethyl 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate （4）, （＋）-syringaresinol（5）, loliolide（6）, were isolated from the roots of Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang. Their structures were elucidated based on NMR, 2D NMR, and MS spectrum, respectively. They were obtained from it for the first time.

We consider the transport of particles for spatially periodic system with infinite locally coupled oscillators dirven by additive and multiplicative noises.A formula of the probability current derived by us shows that the coupling among the infinite oscillators is an ingredinent for *** coupling of the oscillators can induce transport of particles in the absence of the correlation of the additive and multiplicative noises,even without the multiplicative noise.

Current situations of geodetic coordinate datum development procedures and management methods in China were presented. The precisions of astronomic geodetic network and space geodetic network were introduced. Geodetic datum requirements under the current and future new surveying technologies and their applications were discussed. The necessity for upgrading national astronomic geodetic network and development of a new open coordinate geodetic datum management method was investigated.

To investigate the mechanisms underlying the onset and progression of ischemic stroke,some methods have been proposed that can simultaneously monitor and create embolisms in the animal cerebral ***,these methods often require complex systems and the effect of age on cerebral embolism has not been adequately studied,although ischemic stroke is strongly *** this study,we propose an optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy-based visualized photothrombosis methodology to create and monitor ischemic stroke in mice simultaneously using a 532 nm pulsed *** observed the molding process in mice of different ages and presented age-dependent vascular embolism ***,we integrated optical coherence tomography angiography to investigate age-associated trends in cerebrovascular variability following a *** imaging data and quantitative analyses underscore the differential cerebrovascular responses to stroke in mice of different ages,thereby highlighting the technique's potential for evaluating cerebrovascular health and unraveling age-related mechanisms involved in ischemic strokes.

The first version of Acta Mechanica Sinica （AMS） was launched in June 1985 in Beijing, aimed at delivering the cutting-on-edge progress and achievement in Mechanics in China to the world, allowing world-round colleagues to access the work of Chinese mechanician, and supplying an international forum in the field. Its appearance was a result of 5-year preparation after the consensus agreement by the Acta Mechanica Sinica Editorial Board （3rd）, and was approved by the China Association for Science and Technology and supported by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics （CSTAM）.

Due to the use of the cloud computing technology,the ownership is separated from the administration of the data in cloud and the shared data might be migrated between different clouds,which would bring new challenges to data secure creation,especially for the data privacy *** propose a User-centric data secure creation scheme(UCDSC) for the security requirements of resource owners in *** this scheme,a data owner first divides the users into different *** data owner encrypts data and defines different secure managing policies for the data according to *** encrypt the data in UCDSC,we present an algorithm based on Access control conditions proxy re-encryption(ACC-PRE),which is proved to be master secret secure and Chosen-ciphertext attack(CCA) secure in random oracle *** give the application protocols and make the comparisons between some existing approaches and UCDSC.

Diagnosability is an important property in the field of fault diagnosis. In this paper, a novel approach based on logical formula is proposed to verify diagnosability of Discrete event systems(DESs). CNFFSM is defined to represent a new model for DES. Each transition in DES can be described as a clause. According to CNF-FSM, we construct a CNF-diagnoser. Based on the resolution principle and CNF-diagnoser, an algorithm is presented to test whether the failure events can be detected or not in a finite number of observable *** algorithm can be applied in both off-line diagnosis and on-line diagnosis. Experimental results show that our algorithm can solve the diagnosability problem efficiently.
