The volume fractions and morphology of precipitates in precipitation-strengthened Cu-Ti alloys,which precipitate mainly as continuous and discontinuous precipitates,are important for the application of the *** study employed hardness and electrical conductivity tests transmission electron microscopy(TEM),atom probe tomography(APT),and first-principles calculations to demonstrate that the addition of Mg is effective for accelerating nanosized continuousβ'-Cu_(4)Ti precipitation as well as for suppressing the precipitation of coarse lamellar discontinuousβ-Cu_(4)Ti precipitates along the grain boundaries,resulting in Cu-Ti alloys with high yield strength and good electrical *** results showed that the continuous precipitation ofβ'-Cu_(4)Ti was accelerated by the Mg additions,which reduced the supersaturation of the matrix,thereby reducing the chemical driving force for the discontinuous *** the other hand,Mg additions increased the mismatch between the discontinuousβ-Cu_(4)Ti precipitates and matrix decreased the nucleation rate of the discontinuous precipitates,and increased the spacing of the discontinuous precipitation layer,resulting in a lower growth rate of the discontinuous ***,the addition of Mg to Cu-Ti alloys enhances the strength and improves the resistance to over-ageing.

Photothermal material applied in environmental governance has attracted growing *** combining the Stober method and dopamine-triggered coating strategy,Co-Mn precursor was in situ incorporated into the poly dopamine(PDA)layer over the surface of silica ***,a unique photothermal nanosphere with SiO_(2)core and thin carbon layer and dual Co-Mn oxides shell was allowed to form by sequential heat treatment in the inert atmosphere(SiO_(2)@CoMn/C).The bimetallic fraction of Co/Mn in the carbon layer and post-treatment calcination temperature was comprehensively tuned to optimize the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation performance of the *** state of bimetallic species was studied including their physical distribution,chemical valence,and interplay by various ***,Co oxides appear as dominant monodispersed nanoparticles(~10 nm),while Mn with cluster-like morphology is observed to uniformly distribute over thin-layer carbon and adhered to the surface of SiO_(2)nanospheres(~250 nm).The calcined temperature could tune the oxidized state of Co species,leading to the optimization of the catalytic performance of introduced dual metal *** a result,this obtained optimal catalyst integrated the advantages of exposed bimetallic CoMn species and N-doped thin carbon to deliver excellent catalytic PMS activation performance and photothermal synergetic catalytic mineralization ability for diversiform *** reactions condition controls and anion interference studies were conducted to identify the adaptability of the optimal ***,the application of solar-driven interfacial water evaporation using optimal SiO_(2)@Co_3Mn_1/C-600 catalyst was explored,showing a high water evaporation rate of 1.48 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1)and an efficiency of 95.2%,further revealing a comprehensive governance functionality of obtained material in the complex pollution condition.

Association of acute glycemic parameters at admission with cardiovascular mortality in the oldest old with acute myocardial infarction

OBJECTIVES Stress-related glycemic indicators,including admission blood glucose(ABG),stress-hyperglycemia ratio(SHR),and glycemic gap(GG),have been associated with worse outcomes after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).However,data regarding their prognostic value in the oldest old with AMI are ***,this study aimed to investigate the association of stress-related glycemic indicators with short-and long-term cardiovascular mortality(CVM)in the oldest old(≥80 years)with *** In this prospective study,a total of 933 consecutive old patients with AMI admitted to FuWai hospital(Beijing,China)were *** admission,ABG,SHR,and GG were assessed and all participants were classified according to their ***-Meier,restricted cubic splines(RCS),and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to evaluate the association between these glycemic indicators and CVM within 30 days and long-term *** During an average of 1954 patient-years of follow-up,a total of 250 cardiovascular deaths were ***-Meier analyses showed the lowest CVM in quartile 1 of ABG and in quartile 2 of SHR and *** adjusting for potential covariates,patients in quartile 4 of ABG,SHR,and GG had a respective 1.67-fold(95%CI:1.03-2.69;P=0.036),1.80-fold(95%CI:1.16-2.79;P=0.009),and 1.78-fold(95%CI:1.14-2.79;P=0.011)higher risk of long-term CVM risk compared to those in the reference groups(quartile 1 of ABG and quartile 2 of SHR and GG).Furthermore,RCS suggested a J-shaped relationship of ABG and a Ushaped association of SHR and GG with long-term ***,we observed similar associations of these acute glycemic parameters with 30-day *** Our data first indicated that SHR and GG consistently had a U-shaped association with both 30-day and longterm CVM among the oldest old with AMI,suggesting that they may be useful for risk stratification in this special population.

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), a common respiratory disease, can be effectively treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Qingfei Huatan, a TCM formula, has been reported to effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of COPD patients. However, there is a lack of multi-centre,randomised, double-blind, controlled clinical trials documenting the clinical efficacy and safety of this formula in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD).Objective: This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Qingfei Huatan formula in the treatment of AECOPD, thereby providing high-quality clinical ***, setting, participants and interventions: A total of 276 patients with AECOPD were included in this multi-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial and were randomised into treatment and control groups at a ratio of 1:1. Patients in the treatment and control groups took Qingfei Huatan granules or simulated Qingfei Huatan granules twice a day, for 14 days, in addition to Western medicine treatment. All patients were followed up for 3 *** outcome measures: The primary outcome was time taken to symptom stabilisation. The secondary outcomes included duration of antibiotic use, clinical symptom and sign score, TCM syndrome score, dyspnoea score, and quality of life(QOL) score. Meanwhile, the safety of the formula was assessed through routine urine and stool tests, electrocardiograms, liver and kidney function tests, and the observation of adverse events throughout the ***: The time taken for effective stabilisation(P < 0.05) and obvious stabilisation(P < 0.01), and the duration of antibiotic use(P < 0.05) were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. On days 6, 9, 12 and 14 of treatment, clinical symptom and sign score decreased in both groups,particularly in the treatment group(P < 0.01). Study of the Lift Force Induced by An Interceptor on A High-Speed Mono-Hull:The Affecting Factors and Estimation Formula

To find a better way to estimate the lift force induced by an interceptor on a high-speed mono-hull ship,a series of high-speed mono-hull ship models are designed and investigated under different *** lift forces are obtained by numerical calculations and validated by a model test in a towing *** factors that influence the force are the interceptor height,velocity,draft,and deadrise *** relationship between each factor and the induced lift force is investigated and *** found that the induced lift mainly depends on the interceptor height and advancing velocity,and is proportional to the square of the interceptor height and *** results also showed that the effects of the draft and deadrise angle are relatively less important,and the relationship between the induced lift and these two factors is generally *** on the results,a formula including the combined effect of all factors used to estimate the lift force induced by the interceptor is developed based on systematic *** proposed formula could be used to estimate the lift force induced by interceptors,especially under high-speed condition.

OBJECTIVES To evaluate the predictive value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with different glucose metabolism *** We selected 5,308 participants with AMI from the prospective,nationwide,multicenter CAMI registry,of which 2,081 were diabetic and 3,227 were *** were divided into high FPG and low FPG groups according to the optim-al cutoff values of FPG to predict in-hospital mortality for diabetic and nondiabetic cohorts,*** primary endpoint was in-hospital *** Overall,94 diabetic patients(4.5%)and 131 nondiabetic patients(4.1%)died during hospitalization,and the optimal FPG thresholds for predicting in-hospital death of the two cohorts were 13.2 mmol/L and 6.4 mmol/L,*** with individuals who had low FPG,those with high FPG were significantly associated with higher in-hospital mortality in diabet-ic cohort(10.1%vs.2.8%;odds ratio[OR]=3.862,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.542-5.869)and nondiabetic cohort(7.4%vs.1.7%;HR=4.542,95%CI:3.041-6.782).After adjusting the potential confounders,this significant association was not ***-more,FPG as a continuous variable was positively associated with in-hospital mortality in single-variable and multivariable models regardless of diabetic *** FPG to the original model showed a significant improvement in C-statistic and net reclassification in diabetic and nondiabetic *** This large-scale registry indicated that there is a strong positive association between FPG and in-hospital mor-tality in AMI patients with and without *** might be useful to stratify patients with AMI.

Development of 400-μW cryogen-free dilution refrigerators for quantum experiments

We have successfully developed cryogen-free dilution refrigerators with medium cooling power that can be applied to quantum experiments. Breakthroughs have been made in some key technologies and components of heat switches and dilution units. Our prototype has been running continuously and stably for more than 100 hours below 10 m K, with a minimum temperature of 7.6 m K and a cooling power of 450 μW at 100 m K. At the same time, we have also made progress in the application of dilution refrigerators, such as quantum computing, low-temperature detector, and magnet integration. These indicators and test results indicate good prospects for application in physics, astronomy, and quantum information.

中国人口红利的空间流动及其经济效应

人口红利代表的是人口转变过程中能为经济增长提供额外优势的人口年龄结构,随着劳动年龄人口在空间上的转移,会相应形成一种人口红利的空间流动。由于中国长期面临区域发展不平衡的基本国情,人口红利的空间流动便产生了不同的区域经济效应。文章结合人口红利相关理论,对人口红利空间流动及其经济效应进行梳理与分析,并通过对人口红利在中国东、中、西部三大地区做出的经济增长贡献及其变化差异进行实证研究,证明在人口红利式微的背景之下,存在由经济欠发达地区向经济发达地区的人口红利流动推迟了东部地区人口红利向人口负债的转变,东部地区较中西部地区的人口红利机会窗口期关闭得更晚,实现了人口红利的空间补偿,最大化地提升了人口红利的综合经济效率。而东部地区人口质量红利对人口数量红利的替代进程较中西部地区也依然处于领先水平。与此同时,文章也关注到东部地区吸收的人口红利于中西部地区而言则是一种人口红利的流失,使得中西部地区人口红利受到挤兑,扩大了各区域间的经济发展差距。基于这一现实状况,秉持着效率和公平兼具的发展观念,文章认为应通过强化主体功能区建设、完善跨区域补偿机制及推动基本公共服务均等化,以实现区域协调发展和可持续发展。

Mutual regulation of microglia and astrocytes after Gas6 inhibits spinal cord injury

Invasive inflammation and excessive scar formation are the main reasons for the difficulty in repairing nervous tissue after spinal cord *** and astrocytes play key roles in the spinal cord injury micro-environment and share a close ***,the mechanisms involved remain *** this study,we found that after spinal cord injury,resting microglia(M0)were polarized into pro-inflammatory phenotypes(MG1 and MG3),while resting astrocytes were polarized into reactive and scar-forming *** expression of growth arrest-specific 6(Gas6)and its receptor Axl were significantly down-regulated in microglia and astrocytes after spinal cord *** vitro experiments showed that Gas6 had negative effects on the polarization of reactive astrocytes and pro-inflammatory microglia,and even inhibited the cross-regulation between *** further demonstrated that Gas6 can inhibit the polarization of reactive astrocytes by suppressing the activation of the Yes-associated protein signaling ***,in turn,inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia by suppressing the activation of the nuclear factor-κB/p65 and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling *** vivo experiments showed that Gas6 inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia and reactive astrocytes in the injured spinal cord,thereby promoting tissue repair and motor function ***,Gas6 may play a role in the treatment of spinal cord *** can inhibit the inflammatory pathway of microglia and polarization of astrocytes,attenuate the interaction between microglia and astrocytes in the inflammatory microenvironment,and thereby alleviate local inflammation and reduce scar formation in the spinal cord.
